Je dois partir à Varadero avec un CE en février 2011 et donc je dois réserver mon voyage avant le 8 juillet. Les infos très négatives que j'ai vu sur internet concernant cet hôtel me font peur. Le voyage coûte quand même 1400 €. Est ce que quelqu'un y a été récemment et peut me donner des informations objectives ? Merci d'avance
Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel, personellement à Varadero je n'irais pas ailleurs.
Voici pourquoi:
- Il est très bien situé pour quelqu'un qui veut sortir du complexe.
- La nourriture y est acceptable, surtout pour un 3* à Cuba.
- Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant.
- C'est un complexe de petite taille de style Espagnol, en une semaine ont fini par
connaître tout le monde et ce n'est pas un édifice genre appartements Russe.
- La plage est magnifique, comme presque partout à Varadero.
Voici ce que je crois suscite des critiques négatives:
- Étant donné que c'est un hôtel ou il y a un grand nombre de gens qui reviennent
années après années, les employés favorisent peut être plus les habitués.
- Certains le trouve bruyant à cause Calle 62 ou des activités de l'hôtel, ce n'est pas
l'endroit idéal pour des vacances hyper relaxantes genre presbitaire car ça bouge.
- Les installations sont correctes mais les chambres déçoivent un peu.
Il ya aussi les gens qui ne connaissent pas Cuba, qui s'attendent à du gros luxe, qui paniquent lorsqu'ils voient un mur mal peituré, un ameublement défraichi, une tache dans l'évier ou le bain, qui n'ont pas leur café favoris et qui ne comprennent pas qu'à Cuba tout tourne au ralentit. `J'ai gaché mon voyage, ma porte patio ne fermait pas bien, il y avait des bébittes et en plus l'air climatisé faisait du bruit` Ces gens n'ont pas choisis la destination qui leurs convient.
En bref c'est un établissement bien situé assez coquet de petite taille ou ça bouge et ont mange corectement. Si vous vous attendez à des vacances 5* avec un service impeccable et sans compromis, vous serez déçus. Je vous recommande fortement la visite de la Havane qui est à 140 km, c'est une des raisons qui me fait revenir à Varadero. Pour une raison que j'ignore les Français semblent moins satisfaits du Cuatro Palmas que nous les Québécois, c'est peut être parce que votre voyage est plus dispendieux et que vous vous attendez à plus...
c'est un tres bon resumé moi j'y suis allé 4ou 5 jours en 2008 et des quatre clubs ou j'ai sejourné a varradero toujours le meme temps car je fais moi meme un circuit en voiture et termine par quelques jours de club c'est celui que j'ai preferé. maitenant 1400euros pour fevrier ca me parait cher sauf si c'est pendant les vacances scolaires
😉 Nous sommes aller au mercure CUATRO PALMAS et ont a bien aimer ;le résumer de lemnoc est très bien.Pour nous Québecois qualité prix ca fait très bien notre affaire pour un 3* à cuba super.Lorsque je vais retourner à varadéro je vais aller encore au cuatro palmas car très bien situer.Siquestions il me feras plaisir de répondre.😎BONNE VACANCES.
Pour y avoir séjournée 2 semaines en juillet 2007, je n'y remettrai pas les pieds! ;-) Manque d'assiettes propres lors des repas, chaises longues cassées et craquées, piscine petite et l'eau était laiteuse... bref, tant qu'à payer, aussi bien choisir la coche au-dessus et être satisfait! Par contre c'est très bien situé quand on veut le nightlife de Varadero...
J'ai réservé aujourd'hui du 10 au 17 juillet à l'hôtel Barcelo Solymar... à suivre... 😉
Mais des amis me font peur en me disant que le déversement de pétrole de BP a commencé à toucher les côtes cubaines!?! Je ne trouve AUCUNE info là-dessus dans internet!!! 🤪 Je ne sais pas si c'est vrai... si quelqu'un a de l'info, laissez-moi savoir! Merci!

depuis la piscine a eté refaite bien sur elle a toujours la meme grandeur quant aux pala palas et les transats ils etaient en bon etat et nombreux pas besoin de se battre pour en avoir un la restauration etait correcte et le personnel de salle agreable.faut dire que c'etait en mai donc beaucoup moins de monde ce qui peux changer pas mal de choses

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
