Pour ma part, j'ai beaucoup aimé ce resort. J'y suis allé deux fois cette année soit une première fois en haute saison et la seconde en basse saison et j'ai été satisfaite du service en général à chaque fois. La plage est à coupé le souffle, et pour avoir déjà été au Mexique et en République Dominicaine je peux vous dire que c'est certainement la plus belle que j'ai vue. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, au buffet le choix est assez varié et on y trouve toujours quelque chose pour se satisfaire. Je n'ai pas été aux restaurants à la carte parce que le buffet me convenait amplement. Étant donné que le Sol est le premier hotel à avoir été construit sur cette île, les chambres sont pratiques et confortables mais ce n'est pas le grand luxe et elles auraient besoin d'être un peu '' retappées'' . Si comme moi vous partez en ayant des attentes réalistes pour un 4 étoiles à Cuba, vous ne serez pas déçu puisque c'est un petit hotel ce qui en fait un endroit très chaleureux où les employés sont égalements très dévoués. Je sais que pour cette hotel les commentaires sont partagés, mais de mon côté j'ai tout simplement adoré! Alors profitez-en pleinement et surtout bon voyage !

je une question , lors de votre voyage au sol avez vous remarquer si il y avait un fer a repaser dans la chambre car il n est pas mentionner dans le livre ou sur le site de cet hotel. car je me mari et je vais avoir besoin d un fer a repasser..merci beaucoup pour tes infos.
Personellement je n'ai pas eu à me servir du fer à repasser durant mes séjours donc je ne me rapelle pas en avoir vu dans la chambre. Par contre, j'ai été voir dans la section vidéothèque du site voyagesarabais.com et il semble en effet y en avoir un dans le garde robe de la chambre. Voici le lien :

vous ne serez pas déçus du Sol. Plusieurs de mes amis y vont à répétition, je n'y ai pas séjourné mais j'allais les rejoindre dans la journée - l'ambiance est vraiment bonne.
Nouvelle administration depuis l'été qui apportent beaucoup d'amélioration à l'hôtel, d'ailleurs celui-ci ferme une partie du mois de décembre à ce qu'il paraît justement pour des travaux de rénovations. Vous devriez donc arriver dans un hôtel qui aura fait peau neuve.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

Bonjour, j'hésite entre deux hôtels de Cayo Coco….soit leMemories Flamingo , soit leMélia Jardines Del Rey…..si quelqu'un connait ces deux hôtels(ou un seul)et qu'il y a séjourné dans la dernière année(car je sais qu'à Cuba l'entretien des hôtels laisse parfois à désirer et que ça change beaucoup d'une année à l'autre), j'aimerais avoir votre opinion(plage, mer , nourriture, état des chambres etc...) merci !...….ou une autre suggestion d'hôtel…..par contre si je choisis Cuba c'est pour la mer...donc ce critère est à retenir...je tiens à une mer translucide merci
