je revien a peine du mares il a 6 jours deja.
La plage etait vraiment bien, un peu mouvementer, mais tres belle et assez propre.
la nourriture etait bien, mais avec un choix un peu mince coter legumes et fruits(il ny avait pas de bananes a tt les jours!!)
Les chambre et lhotel en generale TRES propre, petit hic, la piscine rendu a 16h... il y flotte un drole de m/lange visqueu pres du filtreur surment du a tte les creme solaire!!. la semaine ou jy /tait les cubains ce sont affairer a tt bien remettre en ordre, refait le toit de la terasse du buffet du mares, refait bcp de peinture un peu partout, et le luna lui.. bien il est en reno jusquen decembre.

Je vais te faire part de mon voyage dès mon retour, les commentaires sur cet hotel sont favorables pour la plupart, nous y allons surtout pour la plage et le soleil et se reposer car nous repartons fin janvier pour la République Dominicaine nous sommes un gros groupe donc ce sera plus .

Nous sommes revenus hier soir du Sol Lunas Y Mares, c'est très bien et tu peux y aller sans crainte car tout est bien réparé et en parfaite condition, si tu peux avoir les chambres du #1023-24-25-26 elles sont très tranquilles et vue sur mer assurée, pour la bouffe nous avons été agréablement surpris après tout ce que j'avais lu j'étais un peu craintive mais c'était très bien, le resto méxicain fut mon préféré mais tu dois le réserver en arrivant car il est seulement le samedi soir alors que le cubain et l'italien reviennent à quelques reprises dans la semaine pour ce qui est du Romantica tu peux réserver presque chaque soir mais si tu est limité par ta compagnie aérienne à 2 soupers à la carte par semaine tu vas devoir choisir, le personnel est chaleureux et souriant, l'équipe d'animation fait tout pour distraire les gens de tout age mais les excurtions sont assez dispendieuses à cause de l'échange d'argent car pour $100.00 canadien nous recevions entre 71 et 73 pesos convertibles donc si une excurtion te coute 67 pesos je trouve çà un peu chere, mais tu peux aller à Guardalavaca en calèche pour 15 pesos et il t'attend 1 heure pour te permettre de voir le mercado et visiter les allentours nous nous y sommes allés avec un autre couple et avons donné 20 pesos au conducteur de calèche car il nous a fait visiter 2 petits villages donc 2 heures de tour.A l'hotel tu peux marcher faire de la bicyclette ou du cheval et beaucoup de sports nautiques non-motorisés gratuitement, il y a le petit Zoo à voir et le petit sentier pédestre aussi c'est le fun et çà passe le temps quand il ne fait pas beau car nous les 3 dernières journées il n'y avait pas de soleil et c'était un peu frisquet à cause du vent mais quand nous sommes repartis hier le soleil revenait, En gros nous avons beaucoup aimés et si nous retournons ce sera au même hotel c'est certain.Si tu veux d'autres informations fait moi signe çà me fera plaisir.Bon voyage

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
