Bonjour, je suis une jeune fille de 19 ans, je suis actuellement dans une école d'ingénieur en agriculture et l'an prochain je dois effectuer un stage de 5 semaines dans le domaine dans lequel j'aimerais me pencher plus tard. J'aimerais pour ma part découvrir les émirats arabe unis et effectuer un stage dans le milieu du cheval : dans un haras, un centre équestre.......... Car j'ai vraiment envie de passer ma vie auprès des chevaux que je cotoie depuis 16 ans déjà. Si quelqu'un pouvais me donner des adresses intéressantes où je pourrais avoir des contacts de personnes intéressées ça serait bien.

En fait je ne connais pas encore mes dates de stage pour l'année prochaine je sais juste que mon stage doit durer 5 semaines entre les mois de juin et aout, et en fait je voudrais le faire dans un haras ou un centre équestre ou tout autre structure étant en rapport avec le cheval.

oui j ai bien compris ta demande. J aurais pu t aider si javais vu ton message plutot. Mon ami a un haras. ils a 12 chevaux, il participe a la world cup dubai. Et j ai un de mes amis qui est comme toi il adore les chevaux donc je pense qu il va faire son stage de six moi dans son haras. Je ne veux pas te decourager, mais tous les proprietaires de chevaux sont de riches emiratis et rentrer en contact avec eux est assez difficile. A Sharjah il y a un cheikh qui a un grand haras, je me souvient plus de son nom. Sinon il parle anglais et arabe.

Non franchement essai, se sera une superbe experience pour toi. Il y a le haras de Cheikh HAMDAM a Sharjah, Il y a aussi Cheikh Maktoum a Dubai.
Ils aiment beaucoups les européens, et surtout les français.

J effectue mes études en commerce internationale. J ai recherché des adresses d'entreprise sur le KOMPASS. et j'ai écrit. J'ai fait des relance téléphonique. J'ai eut plusieurs réponses, certaines me parraissaient un peu cheloux, je dois t avouer. Une fille Européenne ca attire!!!!!!
Ensuite j ai eut plusieurs contacts avec une entreprise à Sharjah. Ils ont acceptés de m accueillir.
Non rémunéré et pas logé. là le stress a commencé. mais j'ai trouvé un jeune français qui m'a accueilli pendant trois mois; donc super. Les loyer sont chères.
Apres le probleme qui se posait était mon moyen de locomotion, eh oui la voiture est nécessaire; la location est de 62 dh par jour. Donc 14 euros par jour.
Bon je dois t'avouer que j'ai un ami emirati, qui m'a aider.
Mais c'est que du bonheur, d ailleur je ne voulais plus rentrer. J'ai rencontrer beaucoups de personnes. j'ai mon cercles d'amis, et beaucoups de chance car se sont tous des emiratis donc ils ont des relations.
je reparts le 1er Avril, pour 6 mois, et je pense rester pour travailler. Eh oui c'est ma dernière année;

je viens d'avoir une offre de management training a l'hotel kempenski dubai. durant le training je serai nouri, logé, transport assuré en plus de 400 us$ come argent de poche. en fait je suis de formation hôtelière et j'ai un diplome en administration et gestion des entreprises touristiques et hôtelières (bac+4) et "un job a dubai" est toujours mon premier reve.
mais le problème c'est que je travail actuellement dans un autre domaine qui n'a rien à voir avec l'hotellerie avec un salaire de 500 us$.
j'ai quelques question:
est ce que l'expérience vaut la peine parce que ca serai pour mois une avanture de quitter mon job actuel qui est en CDI pour un stage?
si l'expérience est interessante je voulais avoir des conseil dans quel département faire le management training?
quelle la durée maximale qu'on peut passer dans un management training?
y a t il des possibilités d'embauche avec l'hotel dans lequel on fait un management training et avec quel salaire?
Il est vrai que la situation est délicate. Quitter son CDI pour un stage ? A priori, tout homme sensé ne se poserait pas la question... 🤪 Dans ton cas, c'est différent. Cela dépend de diverses conditions : où est-ce que tu habites et travailles, quel est ton âge, ta situation familiale (marié, enfants) et est-ce que ton emploi te satisfait pleinement ou préfères-tu te ré-orienter vers l'hôtelerie et le management ? Si ton emploi actuel ne te plait pas, que tu n'es pas marié et que tu n'as pas d'enfants, vas-y, fonce ! C'est ton rêve, le salaire est 20 % inférieur mais le logement (très cher à Dubai d'après ce que j'ai entendu), la nourriture ainsi que le transport seront pris en charge par l'hôtel. De plus, ce stage te permettra d'acquérir une expérience non négligeable. Le Kempinski Hotel Dubai est un très bel hôtel qui pourrait PEUT ETRE t'offrir de bonnes perspectives d'avenir quant à ta future carrière dans la gestion hôtelière 😎. Mais ce stage ne constituera peut être qu'un stage sans perspective d'avenir 😕. Dans tous les cas, il ne faut pas regreter ton choix. Qu'Allah te guide.

We’re a small family from the south of France, with a 2-year-old little boy, and we’re dreaming of starting a new adventure abroad by opening our own business. For now, we haven’t chosen a specific destination yet.
We mainly speak French, with a basic level of Spanish and English, and we’re ready to improve these two languages if needed. We’re looking for a multicultural, safe country with quality healthcare and good schools accessible for our son. We’d also love a pleasant place with a mild climate where life is good.
Our idea is to travel to different countries to explore, compare, and refine our project. We’d be really happy to read your tips, experiences, or anecdotes if you’ve already undertaken a similar project or if you know key points to anticipate.
