Il faut aller sur place en vacances par exemple pour voir ce qu'est la vie aux Emirats et rechercher un travail,
vous risquez aussi de déchanter rapidement car les salaires n'y sont pas mieux qu'en France, enfin il y en a aussi qui gagnent tres bien leur vie, mais la vie y est tellement cher que les salaires n'y suffisent pas.
Je connais des expatriés qui cherchent du travail ailleurs car cela devient invivable pour eux, les études des enfants, les loyers, les bouchons quotidient.
Si vous etes célibataire c'est déja un peu plus facile mais cela dépend du genre de travail que vous recherchez.

Je te comprend quand tu dis que tu voudrais vivre autre chose tu as raison, mon fils est cuisinier et il est parti en Guadeloupe ce n'est pas mieux payé qu'en métropole mais il adore la vie là bas.
Si j'ai bien compris tu es d'origine Marocaine et si tu parles Arabe c'est déja pas mal car aux Emirats il faut au moins parler Arabe et Anglais. L'anglais tu peux l'apprendre sur place.
A Dubai ou Abu dhabi il y a enormement d'hôtel donc déja dans ta profession tu devrais pouvoir trouver, il faut peut etre envoyer des CV dans les hôtels, mais c'est vrai que le mieux est d'aller voir sur place si tu veux y passer une semaine il faut compter environ 1500 €, l'avion, l'hôtel, la nourriture.

au fait, je fais des etudes d'ingenieur en construction et la capital de la construction en ce moment est D....!
donc j'aimerais vraiment contribuer aux projets gigantesques dans la region et pour cela un stage serait un tres bon commencement.
Je me suis renseigné sur les societes de construction aux uae et j'ai decouvert des societe tels que arabtec, accsal, besix ( societé belge).....
donc si quelqu'un aurait des informations (ou meme des petits fillons) ca serait vraiment tres gentil et surtout pour arabtec qui est pour moi une societe ou je pourrais satisfaire mon anthousiasme.
