Bonjour lilychachou, je pars également en Irlande prochainement, à Dublin précisement. J'aimerai y rester quelques mois afin de perfectionner mon anglais, j'ai parcouru pas mal de site et j'ai récolté une dizaine d'adresse d'auberges de jeunesse et d'hotels.
Si quelqu'un à déja tenté l'experience, vos conseils sont les bienvenus. je me pose encore quelques questions:
- Est-il possiblible de trouver un petit job avec un niveau d'anglais très moyen?
- Es-que j'ai une chance de trouver un un petit studio en locotion pas trop cher pour quelques mois?
Tu y trouveras des pistes pour trouver un boulot mais sache que l'Irlande subit la crise et ce n'est plus aussi facile qu'avant de décrocher un job notament sur Dublin.
Je suis actuellement sur Cork et beaucoup de français que je rencontre ici sont restés sur Dublin plusieurs mois sans rien trouver. Mais tu peux toujours tenter ta chance !
Concernant le logement que ce soit à Dublin ou Cork le meilleur plan est la colocation car les loyers sont très élevés ici. Tu peux facilement trouver une chambre simple autour de 300 et 400 euros au mois.
Je recherche deux etudiants qui seraient interesses par un stage au centre de Dublin pour une duree de 2 a 5 mois.
Le stage se passe dans une agence de recrutement internationale, il est vraiment interessant et complet et l'ambiance est plutot bonne.
Concernant les taches que vous aurez a faire elles sont diverses.
Le stage pourrait commencer a partir de fin juillet.
Et pour ceux qui cherchent a ameliorer leur anglais c'est vraiment l'occasion de le faire.
De plus Dublin est une tres belle ville, les gens sont tres sympathiques et vous ne vous lasserez pas de sortir a Dublin.
Pour le logement je pourrai aussi vous aider a en trouver un.

Je viens juste de rentrer de dublin et c'était une superbe experience! Pour le logement je ne pas trop vous éclairer car j'ai trouver une famille de français qui m'ont trés gentillement heberger mais la colocation il ya pas mieux pour les jeunes(daft.ie) ....Par contre pour le travail c'est vrai que c'est pas le meilleur moment mais dublin est une ville pleins de petits boulots pour les jeunes. Envoyez vos cv sur Irishjob.ie, monster, manpower, the job.ie, jobs.ie, approachpeople.ie, gumtree.ie. Ou allez directement sur place sur les plus grandes rues O'connell, grafton...Essayez surtout les grandes enseingnes genre HMV, spar, londis, dunnes stores, tesco, et les restaurants. Si vous avez any question n'hesitez pas j'ai etait un an la bas et j'ai adorée. D'ailleur je cherche a faire une formation ou un stage pouvez vous me donnez plus de precision sur le stage et les requirements merci biz😉
Salut, j'ai pu voir que tu semblais interessée par le stage que je propose. Donc comme je l'ai dit le stage est d'une durée minimale de 2 mois pouvant aller jusqu'a 5 mois. L'entreprise est une agence de recrutement internationale, le stage est non rémunéré. Il est très interessant, tu fais differentes choses et l'ambiance est plutot bonne. Ton message m'a beaucoup intéressée. Moi je viens étudier, à partir de septembre, un an à Cork avec le programme d'échange Erasmus. Et j'aimerais beaucoup avoir des renseignements sur cette ville, notamment ce qui concerne le logement.
Tu connais certainement bien cette ville maintenant donc tu dois savoir quels sont les quartiers où il vaut mieux habiter, ou au contraire à éviter, non?
J'étudierai à l'UCC, et d'après toi, l'université est-elle près du centre? Donc pour le logement, je souhaite aussi voir en fonction de la proximité avec la fac. As-tu des conseils pour trouver une coloc? Moi j'arriverai en principe que vers la fin du mois d'août donc je regarde des annonces sur le net, mais je ne trouve pas grand-chose et j'ai un peu peur aussi de mal tomber!!
Sinon, quels sont les journaux sur place où l'on peut trouver les petites annonces de colocations?
Enfin, les transports en commun sont-ils bien développés? (quels sont les coûts?) Car c'est aussi un élément important dans le choix du lieu du logement étant donné que je n'ai pas le permis!
Sinon, en ce qui concerne les jobs sur place, as-tu des petits tuyaux à donner? Et idem, quels sont les journaux qui donnent les annonces de jobs?

Alors concernant Cork c'est une ville sympa, les gens sont ouverts et très accueillants dans l'ensemble. C'est la deuxième plus grande ville de la République d'Irlande mais pour comparer à une ville française c'est aussi grand que Rennes ou Valence. Autant dire que on en a vite fait le tour ! Mais le cadre est sympa et la mer pas très loin (c'est toujours bien les weekend!).
Concernant les logements c'est moins cher que Dublin mais je conseille vivement la colocation, ya rien de mieux pour progresser en anglais. Comme site tu as easyroommate ou alors daft.ie, perso c'est sur ce dernier que j'ai trouvé. Je sais qu'il y a pas mal de logements étudiant près de l'UCC mais je ne connais pas les tarifs. Le plus simple est de résider sur Washington street ou Western road, après tu as la résidence où je vis sur Popes Quay qui a un accès facile à l'UCC entre 10 à 15 min à pied (tarifs autour de 350 par mois). Tu trouveras peut-être moins cher dans les quartiers en périphérie de la ville et souvent c'est des maisons mais faut savoir que les bus ne circulent plus après 23h donc si tu veux sortir le soir tu rentres à pied ! Je prends rarement le bus mais on m'a dit que les abonnements étaient pas donnés en plus ! C'est pour ça je te conseille proche du centre.
Au niveau des journaux ya evening echo où je pense que tu peux trouver des annonces.
Si tu veux travailler ici tu dois rapidement faire les papiers pour obtenir ton pps number, après tu vas au FAS (équivalent de l'ANPE) où tu peux consulter les offres d'emplois et tu peux aussi t'inscrire auprès d'agence d'intérim (adecco, manpower).
Voilà si tu as d'autres questions n'hésites pas !
