Je suis en première année de Droit à Montpellier et je comptais partir l'an prochain à Barcelone en passant par le programme Erasmus. Le problème c'est que dans ma fac, on ne peut partir qu'en troisième année et je compte partir aux Etats Unis cette année là. En plus les inscriptions sont closes depuis début janvier.
Je voudrais donc savoir s'il est possible de partir étudier à Barcelone exactement comme si on passait par Erasmus, mais sans Erasmus (ahah!). Si j'ai les bourses du CROUS en France est-ce que je continue à les toucher si je pars ? Comment obtenir d'autres aides ? Comment m'inscrire dans une université de droit à Barcelone ?
Je parle couramment espagnol donc il n'y a déjà pas le problème de la langue.

Pour répondre à ta question: bien entendu que tu as le droit de partir étudier hors cadre ERASMUS dans une université espagnole (ou autre d'ailleurs). La différence: tu paieras les frais d'inscription en Espagne et pas en France. JE lis que tu es boursière donc en gros en ERASMUS tu aurais payé 15 ou 30€ pour ton inscription à la fac, contre 1500 environ si tu pars seule.
L'autre différence: en ERASMUS les crédits ECTS sont tels que tu as beaucoup moins d'heures de cours pour un même nombre de crédits. Si tu pars hors cadre tu auras le même nombre d'heures de cours qu'un local.
Après, ce n'est pas forcément une mauvaise chose 😉.
Ce que je te conseille: aller sur le site de l'université qui t'intéresse, il doit y avoir une rubrique étudiant étranger, et pour le reste, je te fais confiance pour trouver puisque tu parles espagnol. Ne tarde pas trop pour te renseigner, en général les dossiers se font au printemps.
Autre chose, non tu ne pourras pas garder ta bourse CROUS si tu pars hors cadre ERASMUS.
C'est toujours rigolo de retrouver sur un forum international quelqu'un que j'ai petut être croisé sans le savoir !
Je me suis un peu renseignée depuis ce matin, j'irais voir aussi demain au bureau des RI même Mme Crouzet est aussi aimable qu'une porte de prison.
En fait je pensais m'inscrire à l'UM1 normalement, et m'inscrire aussi dans une fac de Barcelone, pour suivre les cours juste pour le plaisir (j'ai vu des filières de criminologie ou droit pénal) et une amie m'enverra les cours par mail + je bosserai avec des livres et dans l'idéal je rentrerais pour passer les partiels normalement.
Il faudrait juste que la fac accepte que je rate les TD quoi, quitte à envoyer les devoirs par mail au prof.
Mais je ne sais pas si c'est possible de suivre des cours si on n'est pas inscrit dans la fac là bas, mais comme on peut le faire en France (des vieux qui reprennent les cours ou quoi) mais bon il me faut quand même plus de renseignements.
Le problème c'est tous les papiers (cf auberge espagnole !!) et c'est assez compliqué quand la fac décide de ne pas y mettre du sien.
Pour les bourses, en théorie si je suis inscrite dans une fac française, je peut continuer à toucher les bourses ?!
En tout cas si tu as d'autres renseignements, ils sont les bienvenus.
Ahah pour Mme Ludivine des RI...L'an dernier elle m'a fait des misères...En fait avant d'aller en science po j'étais en fac de ciné, puis j'ai bossé et donc repris mes études l'an passé, et elle me disait qu'on ne me prendrait à en ERASMUS parce que j'étais pas dans les normes...La blague, le responsable du BRI m'avait filé mon 2eme voeu: Bruxelles! Finalement je ne suis pas partie car il m'a manqué 3 matières du semestre 1... Mais bon, je les ai validé donc cette fois-ci j'ai ma L3 !! Ouf.
Sinon, pour en revenir à nos moutons (aux tiens + précisément): ce que tu peux faire pour les TD --> demander une dispense d'assiduité. Dans ma promo y'en a qui ont fait ça pour cause de double cursus ou de boulot: l'avantage, tu gères directement avec le chargé de TD le travail à faire. Quant tu t'inscris à la fac tu fais une demande dispense d'assiduité pour les TD, la scolarité va râler (mais tu t'en fiches) et ton prof (celui du CM, pas celui du TD) te filera une feuille avec le travail que tu devras faire pour ton chargé de TD.
Après, normalement si t'as des bourses, tu es obligée d'aller aux exams.
Autre solution possible: je te la donne car j'y ai songé (😛). Tu cherches sur google les facs de droit qui proposent un enseignement à distance (ça existe dans des tas de cursus alors pourquoi pas en droit) et tu regardes si y'a moyen de faire ça (comme si tu étais au CNED).
Après, pour les papiers, pour la sécu c'est pas trop dur, faut demander à ton centre de sécu une carte européenne d'assurance maladie (ça met un mois pour arriver). J4avais fait ça quand j'étais partie comme jeune fille au pair aux Canaries.
Mais pour les autres titres (travail etc) j'avoue que je n'en sais pas + que ça. Je croyais naïvement que l'UE simplifiait tout ça, a priori je me leurrais...
Je commence vraiment à croire que c'est possible, merci beaucoup, vraiment !
Parce que comme tu dis, quand tu vas voir le BRI tout est impossible, soit c'est trop demandé ou justement pas assez donc difficile (faudrait savoir !) et sur les sites catalans, c'est franchement pas bien expliqué du tout.
Pour les bourses, justement je compte revenir pour les partiels comme ça je les touche et en plus je ne "perds" pas une année (déjà que j'en ai pour huit ans si j'ai tout du premier coup !). Et puis au moins je reste à l'UM1 (ce qui est bénéfique pour le master 2, non ?!) et puis je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment mieux le CNED si je peux trouver les cours par moi même.
Pour la carte d'assurance maladie euro je l'ai déjà, je l'avais faite parce que je voyage beaucoup. Pour la sécu normalement si je suis inscrite à l'UM1 je continue à être avec la LMDE. Pour le boulot, c'est vrai que je voudrais en trouver aussi là bas pour aider à financer (à défaut de bourses erasmus). Tu crois que je peux demander au conseil régional ?
Pour les TD c'est super. Je savais pas que ça existait, du moins pas à Montpellier. Je suis salariée et quand j'ai demandé si ça existait on m'a dit non, au moins je pourrais insister maintenant que je sais que c'est possible.
En tout cas ça me rassure un peu plus même si je vais devoir me bouger pas mal je pense. J'ai un peu peur de tout ce qui est inscription et tout ça là bas, et pour le logement aussi d'ailleurs. On rêve tous de l'auberge espagnole mais est-ce que ça arrive vraiment ?! Mystère !

Oh ben tu sais, pour le BRI c'est simple, j'avais demandé une brochure pour les logements l'an passé et........... ça datait de 4 ou 5 ans... No comment !
Pour les TD en dispensés d'assiduité, faut insister auprès des mesdames de la scola mais je te garantis que ça existe. C'est hallucinant d'ailleurs que des secrétaires se permettent de dire non. Une copine en double cursus a eu droit à "c'est impossible de réussir en double cursus" et devine quoi? Elle a réussi... M'enfin...
Sur la porte des BRI j'ai vu que le conseil régional proposait une aide de 600€ TTC à quiconque partirait en Catalogne ou aux Baléares (euh la vie est belle là !!) pour un semestre ou pour un stage. En gros, un stage et c'est bon.
Après pour tout ce qui est auberge espagnole, je lis plein plein de choses et la coloc serait vachement + répandu en Espagne qu'en France. J'ai même trouvé des prix de loyers qui défient toute concurrence (pour les villes qui m'intéressent, je n'ai pas regardé pour Barcelone). En tout cas, chapeau de vouloir tenter Barcelone, moi le catalan me bloque vraiment. Mais après j'adore cette ville...
Pour le M2 à Montpellier, oui les profs étant chauvins, ils préfèrent leurs étudiants (en tout cas en science po ils assument cette politique). Mais bon après, si t'as fait la L1 à Montpellier, et que tu fais ton M1 à Montpellier, pour le M2 tu seras de Montpellier et tu auras comme point + d'être mobile, ce qui selon ce vers quoi tu te tournes peut-être un gros avantage. Après, je ne veux pas t'induire en erreur non plus, donc à vérifier...
L'an dernier j'ai su en avril que je partais, a priori cette année ça devrait être en mars.
D'ailleurs là je viens de mailer le BRI pour changer mes voeux et mettre Salamanque en 1.

Ne comptez franchement pas dessus, le suivi est désastreux. Y a vraiment qu'en étant sur place que ça marche, avec quelqu'un sur qui gueuler 😛
Mais le truc de passer ses cours par une amie et revenir passer les exams oui c'est tout à fait faisable.
Et c'est comme pour tout, faut négocier (pour ne pas dire "attendrir") avec les profs !
Tu devrais essayer ce site Gullivearth il est très fourni en terme d'infos pour étudiants en mobilité. Il m'a beaucoup aidé à préparer mon départ pour l'Angleterre, l'an dernier. Le réel avantage avec ce site est qu'il est entièrement rédigé par des étudiants en mobilité à travers le monde. Je pense qu'il y a pas mal d'informations sur l'Espagne, tu devrais y jeter un coup d'oeil.
