Etant à Miami, en effet les prix chutent, mais acheter est un risque car qui te dit que les prix vont remonter ?
Miami n'est plus ce qu'elle était, et à priori je doute que les prix remontent de si tot. Maintenant avec la baisse des prix et le tuax Euro/dollar il devient peu onéreux d'acheter un bien ici. Mais de la a parler d'investissement rentable...méfiance.
A mon avis il y a des endroits bien plus interessants que Miami pour ce genre d'investissements.

A priori la crise n'est pas finie, les prix pourraient encore baisser les prochains mois.

Je viens a miami la premiere semaine d octobre pour voir un peu les quartiers, pour me faire une idée pour notre arrivée, pour visiter des appartements avec une agence qui est connu en france du a son passage sur m6 c'est miami investement brokers.
Connaissez vous des hotels bien placés pas trop cher car je ne suis pas la pour les vacances, mais bon, profiter un peu quand meme.

non pour l instant j ai de l argent a placer si l investisseement n est pas necessaire je me contente de prendre en france qu'est ce que tu me conseille, tout en sachant que j arrive debut octobre et que je viens vivre dans un an la bas est tu la bas et bpeux tu me donner des conseils et peux t on se voir je viens du 2 au 9 octobre
Miami avec la crise a arrêté pas mal des chantiers en cours, même si ça construit toujours.
Mais as-tu déjà été là-bas ? Car Miami est très loin de ce que l'on montre à la télé. Miami Beach, autrement l'ile ou tout ou presque se passe, est minuscule, et plus ça va, moins la ville connait de succes, notamment car les gens voyagent de plus en plus et se rendent comptent que Miami au final c'est pas terrible, il y a très peu d'activités à faire ici, et les prix restent chers pour des prestations qui n'en valent pas la peine.
Pour une famille, tu as Miami Downtown, autrement dit la ville sur le continent. C'est très résidentiel, assez pauvre globalement, et divisé en quartier comme little Haiti, ou le Design District. Je le recommande pour acheter une maison, mais faut aimer vivre loin de tout, voiture plus qu'obligatoire.
Sinon il y a Miami Beach, ou la plage est à 5 minutes, avec plein de petits commerces, et beaucoup d'animation le soir. Par contre les maisons y sont hors de prix, ou sinon des apparts, mais excessivement chers aussi.
Miami reste sur son idée d'etre une ville au top, mais en réalité la ville décroit.
Sinon en effet il y a la question de visa....y as-tu pensé ?
Enfin, va à Miami pour 2 ou 3 semaines, et là tu te rendras compte. En général après 2 ou 3 jours les gens s'ennuient et vont dans d'autres villes plus animées.

au debut en temps que salarie je partirais au moin 6 mois avant ma famile et le temps de vendre mes deux societes, je ne sais pas si la bas il est facile de creer e mon business d ici n est pas compatible avec les states, si vous des infos sur l ontention et la durée et les demarches n hesitez pas merci
pour obtenir un visa de travail, il faut trouver une entreprise qui vous sponsorise en montrant qu'il n y a pas de personnes aux states pour faire votre travail.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
