J'aimerais donc savoir comment ça se déroule quand on va chez le medecin, à savoir qui paye, est-on remboursé, quel medecin disponible?....

Tu n' as pas de "ticket modérateur " ici. Tu dois tout avancer et garder les preuves de tes dépenses de santé couvertes.
Si ton assurance a une convention avec un hôpital comme la Fundacion Santa Fe, celle-ci peut avancer les frais, mais sauf urgence, il faut d'abord joindre ton assurance, ou le groupe inermutuelles asistance, si ton assurance fait partie de celui-ci.
Tout cela, tu dois le vérifier avant ton départ:
Qui appeler en cas de gros frais? Quelle feuille de remboursement utiliser? à qui l'envoyer? Ta couverture fait-elle partie de l'IMA?
Toutes ces questions sont très importantes: tant qu'il ne t'arrive rien, c'est tranquille, mais en cas de pépin,
si tu n'as pas pris toutes tes infos, ça peut être le gros stress.
Je confirme que mon assurance ouvre le droit aux prestation IMA aprés l'appel d'un numéro, j'ai aussi l'adresse du centre de remboursement par contre j'aimerai savoir ce que le medecin te donne comme justificatif de visite en colombie?
De même j'ai etendu dire qu'envoyer un courrier colombie-->france coute très cher es-tu au courrant?

moi j'utilise un autre canal donc je n'utilise jamais les services de poste colombiens.
Demande à ton assurance si tu dois utiliser une feuille de remboursement
comme c'est probable, dans ce cas là, il doit y avoir un lien pour télécharger le modèle adéquat (demande lequel):
ensuite, tu imprimes r/v et tu fais des photocopies r/v au besoin.
Tu la fais remplir par le médecin: nom, adresse, type d'opération, honoraires, signature, tampon.
Fais remplir et complète scupuleusement.
Pour les médocs, souvent en vente libre, ils sont souvent très très chers:
Envoie l'ordonnance et la facture.. par précaution tu peux garder des photocopies des preuves.
Une photocopie ici coûte 100 pesos, c'est à dire, 3.5 cents d'euro.
Comme tu vas vivre quelques temps à Bogota, certaines questions sont très ciblées et n'intéressent pas forcémént les autres forumers.
Dorénavant, envoie-moi tes questions spécifiques par MP.
Le courrier postal au travers de DHL, Fedex , UPS, c’est un peu cher, $ 120.000 pesos, 40 euros, mais très rapide. 3 jours.

Un envoi de 21 a 100 gr cout $ 18.800 pesos colombianos, 6 ou 7 euros

D, autre part, habituellement l’Université Nationale fait réunions d’accueil pour les étudiants étrangers,
Finalment, bon séjour en Colombie et particulièrement a Bogotá et a l’Université!

Concernant le paludisme, tout dépend des zones parcourues.
Je n'ai jamais pris de traitement anti-paludéen préventif ni en Colombie, ni au Cambodge ou en Inde mais j'ai toujours utilisé un bon répulsif genre 5 sur 5. Il faut bien se protéger au coucher du soleil car c'est à ce moment que sévit le moustique porteur du parasite et utiliser un moustiquaire si nécessaire...
je ne pourrais pas te dire si on peut trouver ces traitements anti-palu en Colombie, déjà très chers en France mais peut être les Français résidant en Colombie peuvent te donner cet info.

J'ai encore une question, j'ai entendu dire qu'à l'entrée du pays le DAS ne donne qu'un visa de 2 mois et qu'après il faut reconduire de mois en mois en payant mais maximum jusqu'à 6 mois. Après il faut franchir la frontière pour renouveler.
Moi je possède un visa étudiant pour une durée de 8mois que j'ai eu ici en france au consulat colombien, je ne suis donc pas concerner par ces 2 mois à l'arrivée et les 6mois maxi? En clair j'aimerais savoir si je pourrais rester les 8 mois(durée de validité de mon visa) ou si je devrais sortir du pays au bout de 6mois?

En effet pour les touristes le DAS donne un permis de séjour de 2 mois mais ton cas est différent car tu as déjà un visa d'étudiant donc à mon avis cela ne devait pas poser trop de prblm. Passe un coup de fil au consulat il devront pouvoir te donner plus d'infos.

Le vaccin contre la fièvre jaune est gratuit en Colombie. Je pars en Juillet dans la région du Choco et aussi en Equateur avec des amis français et je me suis déjà renseigné auprès de membres de ma famille qui travaillent dans le milieu de la santé à Cali. On fera le vaccin dès notre arrivée car il faut le faire au moins 10 jrs avant de partir dans la zone à risque. On aura même un certificat international de vaccination....
En ce moment il y a même de campagnes de vaccination gratuite un peu partout...même à Bogota il suffit de regarder sur le net la liste des Centres médicaux proposant ce service gratuitement,
Des postes de vaccination gratuits ont été mis en place également à la gare routière et l'Aéroport El Dorado entre autres. Les régions concernées par la fièvre jaune sont surtout la Guajira, Norte de Santander, Arauca, Orinoquía, Amazonía, Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Putumayo, Caquetá et la totalité de la Côte Atlántique.
Le vaccin est obligatoire pour les Colombiens qui se rendent dans certains pays tels que le Brésil, quelques pays asiatiques voir l’Australie…
Oui, ma compagne a été vaccinée l'an dernier à Bogota, dans une centre du Chapinero... et c'était gratuit.
Je pensais simplement que cette gratuité ne concernait que les Colombiens et les résidents permanents dont je fais partie.
Si c'est gratuit pour les visas touristes aussi, plus la peine d'aller dépenser 25 euros en France!

J'ai vu sur le site que tu partais en Colombie pour étudier à l'université de Bogota. Je suis en Master d'anglais et je voudrais faire ma deuxième année là bas l'année prochaine en 2011.

Pour ce qui est du choix des cours (équivalents à ceux en France) je ne sais pas lesquels prendre. En fait, en deuxième année de Master, on a des cours de traduction (du français à l'anglais, et de l'anglais au français), et le prof qui se charge de remplir la partie pédagogique de mon dossier me conseille de garder une matière en traduction et de choisir une autre matière relative au sujet de mon mémoire (qui est sur les hippies). Saurais-tu quelles matières y seraient relatives? Ou alors, où je pourrais trouver un genre de listing de toutes les matières que je peux choisir?

Le pays est magnifique et les gens sont très chaleureux.
Au niveau sécurité il n'y pas de problème mais évidement il faut tout de même être vigilent, je suppose que tu n'irais pas trainer dans les quartier nord de marseille aprés 22h seule ? Ben la c'est la même chose certains quartier sont à éviter mais sortie de là c'est royal.
