Bonjour à tous, j'ai pu parcourir plusieurs discussions sur ce site mais je n'ai pu trouver de réponse clair sur mon problème. Voici ma situation:
Je suis francaise et je pars en Floride en Janvier 2009 pour un échange universitaire de 5 mois avec un visa J-1.
Celui ci, qui n'est pas encore fait, va de toute evidence expiré au terme de ces 5 mois et j'aurai donc 30 jours pour quitter le sol americain. Aussi, je planifie de rester 30 jours pour profiter et faire un peu de tourisme et là où ca se complique c'est qu'après ces 30 jours je voudrais continuer mon voyage en amerique latine (mexique). J'ai dans l'idee de rejoindre une amie et de visiter dans un cadre touristique pendant 2 mois (jusqu'à Juillet environ). Par la suite j'aimerai retourner sur le sol americain dans le SEUL but de prendre mon avion retour pour retourner en France: en effet je voudrais prendre un aller retour France Etats Unis en Janvier pour l'aller et Juillet pour le retour.
Mes questions sont les suivantes:
Est-ce possible de quitter les States apres 30 jours, aller au mexique et revenir en Juillet aux états unis juste pour prendre mon avion (je n'y resterai pas une seule journée de +, c'est vraiment pour repartir en france). Après tout étant francaise, je beneficierai du programme d'exemption visa une fois mon J-1 expiré..et revenir dans le seul but de rejoindre la France ne devrait pas poser de problème, non?
Ou alors dois-je forcement prendre un aller retour Paris Floride et n'utiliser que l'aller, puis au terme des 30 jours prendre un aller pour le Mexique (je quitterai donc le sol americain dans les temps) et ensuite un Aller retour Mexico Paris (moins cher qu'un aller ) sans utiliser le retour forcement?🤪
Ou encore moins avantageux pour moi, rentrer en france apres mes 30 jours aux Etats-Unis et prendre un billet pour le mexique depuis la France alors qu'un billet Floride Mexico est BEAUCOUP plus avantageux pour moi ?🙁

Bien sûr que non, ça ne cause aucun problème, tant que vous avez le modèle de passeport qui permet de bénéficir du programme d'exemption de visa.
Pour le reste, il me semble que vous vous compliquez la vie pour rien.

le problème c'est que prendre un avion au Mexique pour rejoindre la france me couterait 800euros en moyenne alor que par ailleurs j'aurai déjà payer un billet aller retour Paris-Floride et ne pas utiliser le billet retour serait dommage surtout pour une question de visa et de statut.
Moi j'ai une autre question, j'ai les mêmes projets je compte partir 6 mois en Floride pour un échange universitaire mais contrairement à Vanessa je souhaiterais profiter de l'exemption de visa pour continuer à visiter les Etats-Unis pendant la période de 90 jours après avoir visité le Mexique. Est-ce possible avec mon passeport uniquement ? faut-il remplir un formulaire particulier ? j'ai lu quelque part que cela n'était valable qu'une seule fois, est-ce vrai ?
Et si je prévois d'aller ensuite au Canada ou bien de rentrer en France, le billet en question suffit-il comme preuve de n'être que de passage sur le sol américain ?

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
