Hi there, We’re heading to Mexico in May, and I’d love to know if any of you have flown with this airline before and what you thought of it. Thanks for your feedback!

I’ve never flown with them, but I’ve taken Aeromexico to Mexico three times (last time was 2 months ago), and it’s great—amazing meals, plenty of legroom, and Wi-Fi the whole flight.
je continuerais à faire très prudemment des choses dangereuses, pour pouvoir les faire longtemps...!

Hi,

We flew with them to Ecuador (ORY/MAD/UIO) four years ago, and we didn’t like it at all—seats were super tight, meals were minimal, and we had to beg for a glass of water or some bread. The crew was grumpy except for one flight attendant who was cool. The movies were years old. Maybe things have improved since then because back then, they were on the verge of bankruptcy. We also tried their business class during a big promo, but it was the same—just the bare minimum.
Cordialement, Patrick.

Hi, Just a heads-up—it’s still a pretty solid airline with B787s that perform well on long-haul flights. The big plus with this airline is that it offers great prices to South America from Paris.

We had booked with AeroMexico but ended up on an Air Europa flight. The only downside I remember was that we didn’t have any screens due to a malfunction (both on the way there and back 😠).
