je me suis marié depuis le mois de janvier 2006 ona eu notre livret en 1mois dieu merci mais lors de la demande de visa une enquete a été demandé par le consulat notre dossier se trouve au ministere des affaire etranger de nantes.Cela fait 7mois qu'on attend notre visa moi j'ai été divorcé(mais sans vie commune et sans enfants) et mon époux a été signalé au SIS (systeme d'information schengen) par le pays bas car il était en situation irrégulière.
Jai fais appel au maire, député pour avoir leur appui...
Une personne est intervenu chez moi pour me poser des questions concernant la véracité de notre couple et a donné son avis favorable pour notre dossier ensuite jai appelé la prefecture de marégion qui a aussi donné son avis favorable dieu merci et la mon dossier coince a nantes.Le consulat a reconvoqué mon époux pour un complément denquete demandé par nantes depuis mi octobre..
et nous dit dattendre et je sais plus quoi faire.
es ce quelqu'un est passé par là?quelqu'un pourrait il me conseiller?

A partir du moment où tu as eu ton livret de famille, c'est que votre mariage a été enregistré sur l'état cvivil français.
Donc tu as "droit" à ton visa de conjoint.
néanmoins, il est possible que l'administration veuille faire une enquête supplémentaire. Aujourd'hui elle dispose de 24 mois pour annuler un mariage considéré comme frauduleux (ie fait uniquement pour obtenir des papiers).
Cela se passe en deux temps : enquête de police, là ils ont six mois pour se prononcer, ensuite si ils pensent que le maraige est frauduleux, envoi au tribunal dinstance de ton domicile. A priori, vu les délais, ton mariage n'a pas été transmis au tribunal d'instance.
Je pense que tu devrais prendre contact avec une association qui pourrait juridiquement t'appuyer.
Car de toutes façons si votre mariage a été enregistré, le visa ne devrait pas être refusé.

Oui un avocat peut être utile... il y a parfois pas mal de laisser aller et même d'abus, qui se résolvent facilement avec la présence d'un professionnel.

Le consulat de France à Canton m'a bien précisé qu'il faut être précis sur le type de visa demandé, sinon mon épouse se devrait de revenir en Chine pour réaliser un visa ;adéquat a sa demande de carte de séjour....en France.

Bonjour, c'est une demande de visa de long séjour. Sur le visa le consulat doit indiquer que la carte de séjour doit etre demandée à l'arrivée en France.

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
