Ayant vécu à Angers 2 années et 3 sur Nantes, je pense pouvoir vous éclairer un minimum.
Angers : Bon compromis entre grande ville et campagne, avec un centre ville concentré autour d'une place (ralliement). Ville assez bourgeoise très agréable. Mais malheureusement, toutes les richesses de la ville sont mis à nues au bout de quelques années seulement.
Nantes : Très agréable, toujours en activité, plusieurs hyper-centres, une ouverture à la culture : festival de Jazz, concerts (olympique), bars à thèmes, expositions gratuites, Parcs, architecture riche et conservée...
Inconvénient : Circulation mais Nantes est très bien desservie en transport en commun.
Personnellement, j'opte sans réfléchir pour Nantes, même si Angers restera toujours une ville à laquelle je suis attachée.
J'habite à l'extérieur de Nantes dans un parc, où je peux allier nature et ville à 10 min en voiture ou 20 en transport en commun, Que du Bonheur.

Pour te donner une idée, je vis avec mon ami dans un 50 m² avec une terrasse de 10m², garage, neuf, et surtout dans un grand parc privé : 630€ TCC, c'est cher comme ça mais la nature est un luxe maintenant. En tout cas, étant donné tous les avantages, le prix est abordable.
Tu peux trouver mieux en allant sur le site de la Nantaise d'habitation. Ils ont des logements pour tous les prix en fonction de ton niveau de vie
ex : J'ai rencontré une mère célibataire avec 2 enfants, le loyer de son logement neuf (2 mois) 60m² est de 336€, sans compter ses aides du fait de sa situation.

les bordelais de souche n'ont pas une super réputation d'ouverture d'esprit mais c'est peut-être les relents de l'histoire...
Bordeaux devient une vitrine, les aménagements princiers le long de la garonne sont à gerber mais les bordelais trouvent ça "beau", peu importe s'ils ne participent pas à la politique de leur quartier du moment qu'on leur dit qu'ils habitent une belle ville... c'est unraccourci mlais j'aivécu à Lille où le milieu associatif est beaucoup plus dense, les gens se font entendre tandis qu'à Bordeaux on bêle ! Pour ma part je n'ai jamais rêve d'habiter versailles, je me méfie des rois et de leur cour...
il ya heureusement des poches de résistance par ci par là mais là où j'habite on se toise à distance et quand je débarque avec mon vélo et mes sacoches dans la rue j'ail'impression d'être un martien ! ouf dans un sens ...
côté loyer c'est cher, j'habite un T1bis sous les toits de 26m2 à 350 €...
sinon juppé est un mec très cool (mdr!), l'autre jour je l'aicroisé à un festival de théâtre, il était au buffet et demandait un verre de vin rouge, j'en ai profité pour lui lancer "vous avez raison c'est une belle couleur le rouge", il m'a répondu sèchement "pour le vin oui !" .
Vous revenez d'afrique et vous souhaitez vous installez pres de nantes angers ou bordeaux ? Moi personnellement j'habite en plein milieu de l'axe Nantes-Anger et je peux vous dire que :
Nantes est une grande ville bien desservie qui bouge bien et qui est assez joli. Les prix ont flambé comme dans beaucoup de grande ville française mais dans la province nantaise il peut y avoir des occasions plus abordables. La culture artistique est très développée à Nante notemment grace à la troupe ROYALE DE LUXE qui chaque année sort dans la ville avec son énorme éléphant ou autre animal géant confectionné. Vous êtes aussi près de la mer puisque en 1 heure par voie routière vous arriver vers pornic, st nazaire, la baule ... Ce sont des sites maritimes très charmant et tr-s courtisés.
Angers est une plus petite ville qui bouge pas mal, qui est bien desservie, les prix de l'immobilier ne doivent pas bcp différer de nantes mais angers est aussi une ville qui se développe et qui a un véritable charme mais si pour aller a la mer c'est un peu plus éloigné. Cependant par le train Angers et Nantes ne sont qu'a une demi heure l'une de l'autre.
Bordeaux je connais pas vraiment mais j'en ai entendu du bien, vous êtes près de la mer, dans les landes et en plein dans l'axe sud-ouest ce qui est un bon point strategique pour les personnes qui sont interessés autant par l'atlantique le vignoble nantais et l'anjou car en 2heures de route maxi vous accedez a ces regions et autant interréssé par le sud, l'espagne, le pays basque toujours l'atlantique mais aussi les forets et les montagnes car les pyrénées ne sont pas loin.
Voila un petit tour d'horizon mais je ne sais pas exactement ce que vous rechercher a obtenir dans ces villes, quelles sont vos priorités, vous vous vivre en location etre proprio, le marché de l'emploi ... autant de question qui me laissent vous dire que si vous voulez je peux vous obtenir des renseignements plus précis en fonction de vos critère de recherche, voila.

Je situe un peu mieux la ville de Bordeaux dans son esprit, j'ai posé la même question sur plusieurs forum et tous les témoignages se rejoignent. Nantes et Angers ont l'air plus intéressantes dans ce que nous recherchons. Je suis un bourgeois sans en avoir la mentalité pédante (que je n'ai jamais comprise). Heureusement je ne suis pas le seul 😉
Donc nous resserrons notre recherche sur l'axe Angers-Nantes.

Sur tous les forums auxquels je participe, les réponses sont très positives pour Angers et Nantes, ce qui donne un choix difficile. Mon domaine d'activité peut s'exercer partout. Celui de ma femme un peu moins. Car elle veut rentrer en IFSI, pour professer en tant qu'infirmière de bloc opératoire par la suite. J'avais déjà visité les axes Bordeaux-Nantes-Angers, et j'avais été sous le charme de ces endroits.
Dans un premier temps, nous comptons vivre en location pour connaître les lieux, ensuite si nous sommes séduit, nous achèterons. Nos priorités sont les transports, les pistes cyclables (je préfère le vélo ou la trottinette électrique à la voiture), la sureté (ou sécurité). Et plus perso, l'activité politique de la ville. Nous sommes plus citadins que campagnards, donc le centre et ses bordures nous conviennent tout à fait.

J'avoue que pour vivre de manière citadine nantes convient très bien, je connais une commune qui s'appelle ST Sébastien sur loire ou tout du long de la loire et c'est très agréable. Pour ta femme il ya le CHU de nantes ou je connais du monde et j'ai aussi une grande tante qui travaille dans autre établissement et je lui demanderai des renseignements. A nantes, il ya 3 lignes de tramway, et il y désormais le busway qui est sympa a prendre aussi. Je ne sais pas dans combien de temps vous rentré mais je t'indique que pour obtenir un logement social (hlm) à Nantes et environ la durée d'attente est en moyenne de 13 mois. Il y a une pénurie de logements et une liste d'attente interminable.

On a beaucoup cherché et on va opter pour Nantes. On a trouvé que ces 3 quartiers sont intéressants après filtrage de tout ce qu'on a lu => Bouffay - Chantenay - Madeleine Champs de Mars. Pourrais-tu me confirmer si on est dans le bon, ou au contraire on fait fausse route au niveau de ces quartiers ?
