1) j'aimerais savoir si c'est possible de louer une casa sans être en casa particular? Légalement, non. Les rares maisons ou appartements complet qui peuvent être légalement loués sont dans le coins de La Havana.
2) Que dois-je faire comme formalité, quel document demander?
3) Pourrais-je habiter chez la tante de mon novio? Y a t-il des demandes particulières à faire? Pour habiter légalement chez un CUbain qui n'a pas de casas particular, il faut un visa. Dans votre cas, il s'agirait du visa familial A2. Toutefois, ce visa n'est généralement remis qu'aux membres de la famille. Il faut donc être mariés... J'ai moi-même demandé ce visa lors de mon séjour à Cuba, et on m'a demandé mon certificat de mariage. Il il semble y avoir eu des exceptions par le passé, et certaines personnes ont obtenu le visa sans être mariés. Il s'agit d'essayer. Toutefois, si le visa est refusé, il faut absoluement habiter dans une casa légale, car soyez assurée que les officiers de l, immigration vont se faire un plaisir de vous rendre quelques visites à l'impromptu...
4) Que me conseillez-vous? Je ne veux pas me mettre dans des situations illégales Allez en casa particular légale. Pour 3 mois, vous devriez pouvoir négocier un très bon prix, autour de 350CUC par mois.
5) j'aimerais aussi y travailler (bénévolement) et étudier, vivre comme une Cubaine, pas comme une touriste. Si vous voulez faire du bénévolat ou étudier, il vous faut le visa approprié. Pour le bénévolat, il faut l'obtenir avant de partir et y aller avec une organisation bien établie. Pour étudier, vous pouvez obtenir le visa à l'université de La Havana et y étudier, mais c'est pas la porte à côté. Il y a aussi Cienfuegos qui offre ce genre de cours.
6) Combien devrais-je prévoir de sous? Sans compter les frais pour la casa, et en prenant en considération que vous ne vous déplacerez pas et ne ferez pas la fête à tous les soirs, mais aussi que vous devrez payer les repas, les sorties, les verres, souvent pour la famille, les amis, etc... Je dirais un minimum de 20CUC par jour... En faisant attention... Mais là-dessus, Bohème pourra mieux vous renseigner car elle a apssé 3 mois à Matanza, elle connait donc bien les prix de la région.

Je pars 3 mois en mars avec un visa étudiant. Je vais étudier (plutôt perfectionner) mon espagnol.
Je me suis inscrite à l'université de Matanzas.
L'université de Matanzas offre seulement des cours d'espagnols pour étranger en mars... Donc t'a pas le choix d'y aller en mars!
J'imagine pour les université de la Havane ou de Santiago il doit y avoir plus de demande, donc plus de groupe qui s'ouvre pendant l'année...
Tu peux choisir entre 2 et 3 mois... Les prix sont différents...
Il y a 3 jours de cours par semaine, ce que je trouve assez bien. Ça te permet de visiter et d'être avec ton copain et sa famille en même temps.
Le problème, c'est qu'avec l'administration de l'université et l'immigration, tu dois absolument donner les coordonnés de l'endroit où tu va séjourner pendant tes études...
Moi, je suis entrain de me battre avec eux pour qu'ils acceptent que je sois chez mon fiancé...
Le bureau d'immigration nous demande de prouver que nous sommes ensemble depuis un bout de temps et qu'on va se marier prochainement... Et même encore il existe des chances qu'il nous le refuse...
Donc dans ce cas là, c'est soit une casa particular ou les dortoirs de l'université!
Les démarches, je les ai fait sur place, en juin dernier lorsque j'étais à Matanzas.
Et puisque j'y retourne en octobre, je finaliserai le tout làbàs.
Je sais que tu peux faire les démarches sans y aller...
Tu dois rentrer en contact avec la personne de l'université qui s'occupe des étudiants étrangers...
Ensuite lui transmettre les informations qu'elle a de besoin.
Si ta demande est acceptée tu dois aller récupérer et payer ton visa étudiant à l'Ambassade Cubaine ou le Consult Cubain à Montréal.

J'ai vu que tu planifies partir en mars à Matanzas pour y apprendre l'espagnol.
J'ai cherché de l'info sur leur site Web pour faire la même chose, et j'ai l'impression 1) que c'est plutôt cher, 2) qu'il faut s'inscrire à un cours style "prépa" médecine ou dentisterie... et que 3) il faut être âgé de moins de 25 ans.
Je sais qu'en septembre il y a des groupes qui s'ouvrent pour ceux qui viennent effectuer toutes leurs études à Cuba, genre des étudiants africains qui viennent étudier la médecine, avant qu'ils comment leurs vrais programmes ils doivent étudier l'espagnol pendant 9 mois.
Ceux qui comme moi, veulent seulement étudier l'espagnol à l'université de Matanzas, il y a des groupes qui s'ouvrent en mars. Vous pouvez choisir entre 2 ou 3 mois.
Coté argent... Il faut croire qu'on a toute une perception différente de ce qui est cher et de ce qui l'est moins...
Puis je ne sais pas non plus pour l'âge...
Comme je l'ai dit plus haut, moi j'ai effectué toute les démarches làbàs et lorsque j'y serai en octobre j'irai finaliser le tout...
En fait, il y a deux types de cours : Estudios de Español et Estudios preparatorios de Español.
Les prix qui sont affichés sont pour les "Estudios preparatorios de Español"... Ceux-ci sont pour les étudiants qui poursuivront ensuite leurs études en médecine, information, dentisterie etc.
P-e ces prix te paraissent chers... Mais ils comprennent l'habitation, la nourriture...
Ceux qui étudient comme moi 2 ou 3 mois c'est moins chers...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
