Voila chers voyageurs cela fait maintenant quelques mois que nous avons pris la décision
en famille de s'en aller du territoire français pour s'installer en Indonésie plus précisément
dans le/la Sulawesi et cela de manière définitif et j'insiste bien la dessus de manière définitif.
J'aimerais vraiment quelque chose de carré vous voyait "Il faut faire ca, ca et ca"
Comment s'installer définitivement en Indonésie ?
Que faire ? est ce possible ? le mariage est il une solution ? l'expatriation peut être ?

Si vous etes de nationalite francaise : soit un contrat d'expatriation, soit statut investisseur.
Sachez qu'en Indonesie, comme dans beaucoup d'autres pays, il faut un sponsor si on n'est pas investisseur.
C'est le sponsor qui s'occupe des paperasses pour l'obtention des permis de sejour; une carte de resident d'abord.
Les formalites sont definitivement allegees si vous etes marie a un citoyen indonesien.

Le mariage une solution ? Avec qui ? L'expatriation surement, si vous trouvez une société qui vous embauche pour profiter de vos compétences non précisées.

L'ambassade d'Indonésie à Paris me semble la première à contacter. Et votre fiancée indonésienne pourrait vous aider dans vos démarches utilement. Elle doit maitriser mieux que nous la langue et les subtilités administratives

Es-tu sur le point de te marier avec une Indonésienne ?
Les choses changent beaucoup pour les couples mixtes, depuis les nouvelles lois de 2006 et 2011.
1) Depuis la loi de 2006 :
- En étant marié légalement à une indonésienne, tu as la possibilité de faire un visa "KITAS ikut istri" valable 1 an, renouvelable tous les ans sans sortir d'Indonésie. Pas cher (moins de 100 € par an). Mais il ne donne pas le droit de travailler. Si un jour tu trouves un employeur, à lui de te faire un visa de travail, qui remplacera ton kitas ikut istri. Ce visa se fait en Indonésie, après être entré avec un visa sosial budaya sponsorisé par ton épouse.
- Si vous êtes mariés légalement, vos enfants auront automatiquement droit à la double nationalité jusqu'à leurs 18 ans
2) Depuis la loi de 2011 :
- Etant en Indonésie avec le kitas décrit précédemment, tu peux, après 2 ans de mariage, le convertir en KITAP, permis de résident permanent, valable 5 ans, renouvelable sur place pour 3 fois rien.
- Théoriquement, avec cette nouvelle loi, le conjoint étranger aura également des possibilités de travailler sans permis de travail, mais c'est encore confus et les décrets d'application ne sont pas encore sortis.

Ici, j'obtiens plein de reponses differentes... ma question : mon epoux est proprietaire d'un warung. nous souhaiterions maintenant travailler ensemble. Le kitas me permet-il de travailler avec et pour mon epoux legalement?
