Je pars m'installer à partir de Janvier à Sao Paulo pour une durée indeterminée, et j'aurai qq questions d'ordre pratique, ce serait vraiment excellent de votre part de me répondre:
1/ Cb coute l'équivalent d'un F3 très bien situé (quartier chic), très bien équipé (piscine, salle de sport, parking) et très bien meublé (design, moderne, neuf)? Y a t il des formules avec elec, tel, net, eau inclus? sinon cb coutent ces prestations?
2/ J'ai vu qu'il valait mieux rouler en petite voiture pour ne pas tenter le diable, cb coute le leasing d'une berline normale par moi, si on ne veut pas acheter, et que c'est la boite qui paie? quel budget prévoir en essence?
3/ J'ai vu circuler le chiffre de 15/20 euros par jour pour les restaurants, cela correspond à quel type de restos à Paris?
4/ La prostitution est elle ostentatoire, y a t il des endroits où on se fait racoler, les filles sont elles venales? Je suis fiancé et ma fiancée n'est pas totalement à l'aise avec cette expatriation...
5/ Combien coutent les billets d'avion interne (au Brésil) pour les weekends si je désire visiter le pays, et les billets d'avions inter amsud?
6/ Y a t il une communauté marocaine installée là bas? Francaise? où se retrouvent les expats en général?
7/ Cb coute un prof de langue sur place, qui donnerait disons 6h de cours par semaine?
8/ Quelles sont les premieres choses à faire une fois à Sao Paulo? Administrativement?
9/ Pour tout ce qui est sorties nocturnes, comment cela s'organise t il? Bars, pubs? ou bien boites de nuit avec tables+bouteilles? Et pr quel prix?
10/ LEs habits pros (costumes, chemises, cravates...) coutent ils moins cher qu'à PAris par exemple et sont ils de bonne qualité ou faut il penser à tt prendre de France ou du Maroc?
11/ Comment sont percus les arabes en général au Brésil? quelle image business ont ils? Des préjugés particuliers ou n'en connaissent ils pas assz pour avoir une idée?
12/ Comment sont les gens dans leur quotidien? ouverts, partageurs, ...? Par exemple au resto, la jouent-ils a la francaise "chacun paie pour soi" ou sont ils plus "no chacun paie une fois"? invitent ils facilement chez eux? faut il apporter des présents une fois qu'on est invités chz les gens?
13/ Quels sont les horaires de bureaux généralement constatés? pour un job où on travaille pas mal mais qui n'est ni de la finance ni du conseil?
14/ Les gens sont ils sérieux et pros ou faut il les flicer au travail et être derrière eux?
15/ Si je désire embaucher sur place un jeune marketteur (niveau master) issu d'une univ locale (USP...), quel ordre de salaire prévoir? une secrétaire/assistante de direction experimentée? un commercial? du personnel administratif?
16/ y a t il de la corruption au niveau de l'administration? doit on régler les petites tracasseries avec un billet?
17/ comment conduisent les gens? j'ai cru comprendre que c'était dense, mais est ce risqué? les fous du volant ont ils débarqués à SP?

Tu as beaucoup de questions qui sont assez diverses et variées... Tu n'es jamais allé à São Paulo? Je vais essayer de te donner mon avis par expérience.
- Le prix du logement dépend vraiment du quartier et du prix du condominio services de la résidence). L'eau et le gaz sont généralement incluent ds le prix du condominio.
- Les restos à 15/20€ sont plutôt des restos de très bonne qualité. tu peux trouver des resto moins chers et très corrects.
- La prostitution n'est pas plus visible que dans d'autres grandes villes du monde. Brésil n'est égal à prostitution!
- Je trouve que les billets d'avion intérieurs ne sont pas forcément donnés mais il y a toujours des bonnes affaires avec la TAM ou la GOL. Les vols pour Buenos Aires ou Santiago sont plutôt à des prix intéressants je trouve au départ de São Paulo.
- Il existe une petite communauté française, marocaine peut être. après pour ce qui est d'un lieu où se retrouve les expats, j'en sais rien! Je n'aime pas trop ce genre d'ambiance et parfois je trouve dommage de se refermer sur soi (c'est un avis très perso!)
- Les arabes sont bien perçus comme toutes autres d'ailleurs. Il existe un très forte communauté de descandants de libanais et syriens à São Paulo avec de nombreux restos et la cuisine "libanaise" (qu'ils appellent arabes) est très présente.
- Les brésiliens travaillent beaucoup, les horaires vont de 7h30/8h à 19h généralement quand on a un bon poste.
- les gens sont très pros et très sérieux! Et pour avoir des collaborateurs sérieux et travailleurs, vaut mieux bien les rémunérer. Bon travail mérite bon salaire.

Je suis tout à fait d'accord pour ne pas se renfermer, of course je ne vais pas au Brésil pour trainer h24 avec des francais ou des marocains :) Mais c'était par pure curiosité !

São Paulo n'est pas une ville où il y a beaucoup d'étrangers comme Londres, Paris ou NewYork. Donc pour l'ambiance internationale, je ne sais pas trop on trouve ça. Mais je pense que les quartiers du Morumbi, de Jardim Paulista ou de Itaim Bibi semblent le plus correspondre à ce que tu recherches. Je pense qu'il faut compter autour de 6000/7000R$ (avec le prix du condominio inclut) pour un appart 3 chambres. Tu peux jetter un coup d'oeil sur cette annonce pour te faire une idée.

Pour un cadre commercial, moi si tu me donnes 7000R$, je viens bosser avec toi si tu veux! Mais cela dépend du profil du cadre. Mais si c'est un jeune qui commence et que tu lui offres 4000/5000R$, je pense que c'est acceptable.
Une assistante de direction polyglotte, autour de 3000R$ je dirai.
Et un chauffeur/coursier, c'est pas ça qui manque à São Paulo!! Je te conseillerai de travailler avec une boite de coursiers... C'est plus sûr.

Je doute, c'est la première communauté japonaise hors du japon, côté asiatique tu l'as dit avec les syriens et les libanais.
Surement une des plus grandes communautés italiennes hors d'Italie.
Tous les sud américains ( indiens, latinos et compagnies ). Beaucoup d'européens et de nord américains ( affaire quand tu nous tiens ).
Immigration d'Europe de l'Ouest très présente ( russe, polonaise ) dont l'origine remonte souvent au début du siècle.
Sans oublier que le Brésil c'est aussi l'Afrique, beaucoup d'immigrants venus d'Angola ou Mozambique ( anciennes colonies portugaises ).
Si avec ça, tu n'es pas dans une ville mixte par excellence.
Ce que je voulais dire c'est que les étrangers, au titre de l'immigration comme elle est vécue et perçue en Europe, est totalement différente!

Le brassage des étrangers n'est pas aussi visible qu'à Paris par exemple. Les gens se "mélangent" un peu plus à Paris qu'à Sao Paulo, la barrière sociale est trop importante. En tout cas c'est ce que j'ai ressenti lorsque je vivais à Sao Paulo...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
