Bonjour, je souhaite monter une structure en Tunisie et je suis à la recherche d'une solution afin de pouvoir m'installer. Je n'est actuellement aucun fonds de disponible mais souhaite faire un emprunt auprès d'une banque tunisienne. Est-ce que quelqu'un connait les démarches à effectuer? Je suis de nationalité française et je pense que je vais devoir m'associer avec une personne de nationalité tunisienne afin de pouvoir faire aboutir le projet. Connaissez-vous d'autres solutions en sachant que je ne connaît actuellement personne pouvant s'associer avec moi. Par avance merci.🙂

Soit tu as un projet bien ficelé et des connaissances qui peuvent te soutenir, et dans ce cas, tu as des chances d'y arriver.
Soit tu as des envies mais pas vraiment de projets et pas de sous, dans ce cas, commence à réfléchir...
"une solution pour s'y installer" S'y installer c'est une chose, y faire des affaires c'est autre chose. Et s'y installer cela veut dire connaitre. En dehors de période de vacances, les tracasseries quotidiennes pour faire installer le téléphone, pour faire réparer le lave linge, convaincre le facteur que tu as bien une boîte aux lettres qui sert à mettre le courrier qu'on t'envoie (en 10 ans pas une lettre dans ma boîte à lettre !) parvenir à faire ouvrir un compte "Monsieur ou Madame" ...Enfin toutes ces choses qu'on fait tous les jours mais qui nous pourrissent la vie si on ne nous entend pas.
Attention aux propositions de tous genres que tu ne vas pas manquer de recevoir !

Il s'agit d'ouvrir une crèche. Cela fait quelques mois que je mûri le projet. Je commence à "connaître" la Tunisie, j'y suis allée plusieurs fois et sur plusieurs semaines avec mes enfants. Je suis éducatrice spécialisée en France et au niveau des compétences je pense correspondre à ce que réclame les "normes" tunisiennes. Le problème majeur est bien un problème financier. Pour ce qui est des garanties, mise à part une étude de marché j'avoue que je n'ai pas grand chose, si ce n'est ma motivation et mon diplôme... ça fait p'être un peu léger! Je ne sais pas comment fonctionne le système de prêt en Tunisie, et en quoi il peut différer du système français.

En général, les enfants ne parlent pas français dans les familles tunisiennes. A l'école, ils débutent le français en 3ème année primaire.

Tu ne dois pas avoir besoin d'attendre qu'on veuille bien te traduire. Commence par apprendre la langue si tu veux diriger une équipe, te faire respecter et t'intégrer.

J'apprends mais je ne pense pas avoir encore suffisament de connaissance pour atteindre ce niveau avant de commencer à travailler. C'est en ce sens qu'un associé de confiance pourra combler les lacunes que j'aurai au départ.

Vous voulez créer une crèche en Tunisie, c'est possible mais c'est que c'est un peu difficile, ils sont très exigent du point de vue de création et d'hygiène.
Moi même, j'ai un diplôme pour création de direction d'un jardin d'enfants et je ne peux pas créer une crèche, il faut avoir (un cahier de charge).

En lisant vos interrogations, je me rend de plus en plus compte à quel point il y a besoin de concrétiser mon projet qui consite à encadrer et accompagner les personnes désireuses de s'expatrier en Tunisie. Je suis Tunisien de 31 ans, je suis résident en France et je suis en train de faire des études dans une école Française à Strasbourg. Je peux donc vous conseiller en connaissance de cause, surtout que j'ai une expérience dans l'administration tunisienne.

Si vous consultez le texte de la loi de finance tunisienne de 2010, une nouveauté consiste à attribuer des terrains gratuits pour les étrangers désireux d'investir dans des projets d'animation de l'enfance et de la jeunesse. Vous pouvez donc saisir l'occasion en vous adressant à l'API (agence de promotion de l'industrie) en Tunisie. Vous semblez redouter le fait que vous n'avez pas financements pour le moment et à ce titre je vous conseille d'emprunter d'une banque française afin de ramener des devises avec vous, ce qui vous donne droit au terrain gratuit et là si vous vous associez avec un tunisien, il aura à sa charge tout ce qui se rapporte aux travaux de construction.
Pour ce qui est du problème de la langue arabe, vous pouvez vous spécialiser dans la garde des enfants des étrangers résidant en Tunisie. Pour celà vous pouvez consulter l'ambassade de france en tunisie pour avoir la liste des français qui y sont déjà. Vous pouvez aussi consulter les associations d'étrangers résidants en Tunisie.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
