Salut les résidents de KL nous projetons de s'installer à KL où nous enverrons nos filles au LFKL, et nous nous demandions si le quartier du Lycée (Segembut) est sympa pour y habiter? Est ce un ghetto de Français🤪 ! Est ce tranquille ? ? ?

Pour nous sympa c'est pas trop bruyant, pas trop crade, pas trop snob et exclusif ! Un quartier vivant, vert, propre et avec une mixité !!!

Pour choisir ton lieu de résidence tout dépend de ton lieu de travaiL
Pour le LFKL il y a des navettes de ramassage sur toute l'agglomération.
Kl est une ville très vaste et aux "Peak Hours" les embouteillages sont grandioses.
Perso Segambut ne me branche pas. Mais il y a des lieux proches du Lycée qui sont tout à fait sympa si ça colle avec le paramètre emploi. Ensuite le montant de la loc est aussi à envisager (500€ ou 5000€)
Un exemple. J'habite au centre ville et ce choix correspond malgré tout à tes paramètres.

Salut
J'habite à 1.5 km des Twin Towers.
Pour moi Segambut est un quartier neuf sans âme et mal urbanisé en plus d'être loin de mes repères et repaires.
Les" Gated Communities" sont trop grandes et moches.
Pour les navettes elles fonctionnent avec la demande donc passent parfois chez moi et les résidences aux alentours à 15 km du LFKL s'il y a des élèves.

Je te déconseille absolument de louer quoique ce soit même neuf avant d'avoir vu de tes yeux vu et d'avoir négocié le prix.
La démarche normale adoptée par la plupart est de louer temporairement un appart hôtel le temps que ton container arrive.
Tu as alors tout le temps de visiter les différents quartiers et des dizaines d'apparts de types très différents (bungalow, condo, town house...) de comparer les prix après avoir compris un peu le marché de voir l'environnement les services proposés et leur qualité, les temps de déplacement à envisager. De rechercher aussi le mobilier qui te convient...
Si le séjour se prolonge un peu acheter est une option.

Mais je suis tellement excitée que lors ce que je ne peux plus me concentrer dans le travail j'aime aller rêver sur les sites d'apparts, sur voyage forum, etc et me monter un dossier concret pour pouvoir avoir des éléments pour comparer et anticiper notre départ de la France!

Oui nous non plus nous n'aimons pas les bouchons, d'ailleurs nous ne connaissons pas, vivant dans un village de 500 habitants dans l'Aude!
Mais on a un délire ville en se moment ça durera le temps que nous pétons les plombs, on verra bien!!!
