J'ai la possibilité de partir en poste au maroc Casablanca exactement, debut 09. cette expatriation serait en famille et pour environ 5 ans. Famille = mon epouse, ma petite fille 14 mois et moi meme.
Bien sur nous avons beaucoup de questions mais commencons par celles qui me paraisse les plus importantes sur le plan " vie a Casa". la réputation de ville polluée et pleine d'embouteillage est elle fondée? ou bien quelles infos pouvez vous me donner? quels quartiers et a quels prix pour un standing correct? en gros quels sont les quartiers sympas et agreables a vivre et quel est le loyer moyen? quel budget moyen doit on imaginer pour vivre confortablement mais simplement?peut -on envisager d'avoir un 2nd bebe sur place / suivi et conditions hospitalières casa est elle une ville comme paris ou plutot comme une ville de province en France ou ailleurs en europe? climat? je connais agadir pour des raisons pro mais ce doit etre different une femme francaise diplomée et multilangue mais sans l'arabe peut elle trouvée un poste dans une entreprise soit marocaine soit etrangere est ce aisée de s'intégrer pour un jeune couple avec enfant, sachant que nous avons une volontée forte de vivre localement et que nous voyageons beaucoup et que j'ai grandi à l'etranger?
Quelle belle expéreince!!! J'ai passé 2 ans à Casa et j'en garde un excellent souvenir. J'ai résidé et travaillé de juillet 2004 à septembre 2006. Par mon job, j'ai fréquenté la haute bourgeoisie de Casa, et par d'autres relations la classe populaire. Par exemple mon gardien de rue. Tant d'un côté que de l'autre, j' ai gardé des liens très forts avec mes amis.
Côté résidence, j'habitais Anfa supérieur, une magnifique villa, salon, sam, 5 chambres dont 1 suite parentale avec SDB, mes 3 enfants chacun une chambre, 1 sdb pour le gars, et 1 sdb en commun pour les 2 filles
Loyer mensuel 17 000 MDH ( payé par mon employeur )
CALIFORNIE est un autre quartier agréable, mais moins cher qu' Anfa ou la Corniche. Autre quartiers agréables, c'est la zone de Aéroport de Casa Anfa. Pas de pb de bruit, cet aéroport est désaffecté et n'est plus en service. Un quartier ou j'avais beaucoup d'amis ets le MARIF Extension
Pour trouver plusieurs pistes
1) Le CAF ( Cercle Amical Français ) des annonces passées par des français pour des français
2) Le consulat, il ya des annonces. De toute façon il faudra se faire inscrire au consulat, et obtenir auprès de la police sa CI nationale
3) Autre piste, au CAF tu pourras contacter Valérie, agence immobilière.Cest par son intermédiare que j'avais trouvé
4 ) Voir au Lycée Français de Casa, il ya aussi un réseau Le lycée Lyautey et le plus grand lycée francophone du monde
Si tu veux réussir ton intégration au Maroc, il faut respecter les autres, et les marocains te le renverront bien. Ils sont adorables!!!!!
