J'aimerais trouver du travaille en france et demander une mutation pour toucher un salaire francais, mais je suppose que c'est complétement utopique! En meme temps j'ai peur de touché un salaire marocain soin 300E/mois! Alors voila je suis perdue.
Comment je peux faire pour travailler a Marrakech et touché un salaire francais soit minimum 1000E/mois?

Exactement, tu as choisi le bon adjectif pour qualifie ton objectif, c'est utopique .
Avec un simple BTS sans experience, tu risques evidement de bosser avec un salaire minimale entre 200 et 400 euro, avec certains conditions de travail qui n'ont rien a voir avec la France, tel que : le nom d'heur ( 44 h/ semaine selon la législation de travail marocain ) .
Je suis un homme du terrain, et je te conseille préalablement, de passer au moins un an dans une sérieuse boite française de tourisme en France, essayer d'apprendre au maximum que tu peux, avec une bonne expérience qui s'ajoutera a ton CV, et par la suite une fois postuler a Marrakech, tu pourra bien négocier ton salaire et les autres options de travail .
N B : Les grandes entreprise comme Marmara, n'ont pas les meme conditions de travail et salaire en France comme au Maroc, et d'ailleur pour cela que la delocalisation existe, ils sont toujours a la recherche d'un bon main d'oeuvre a un coup reduit

L'hôtellerie a Marrakehc c'est magnifique !! je vais etre un peu directe et te dire, il faut pas trop rêver Mlle, il vaut mieux garder les pieds sur terre, et rester pragmatique, comme ca le retour sur terre ne te fera pas trop mal,
J'essaye pas de te décourager, mais , malgré que Marrakech est une destination touristique avec excellence, mais le domaine demeure toujours mal structuré,

Oui, c'est sûr un diplome francais a du valeur au Maroc, mais le tourisme a Marrakech, les diplomes n'ont pas trop de valeurs, labas on cherche plutot la grandes expériences, le savoir faire et la maturité professionnelle ( les grandes chef cuisiniers, maitre d'hotel, les gérants des hôtel et restaurant ... )
Avec un diplôme sans expérience, tu risques de commencer trés petite ( avec un petit salaire ) .
C'est pour cela, qu'il vaut mieux acquérir une lourde expérience qui te permettra de bien négocier son statut de salarié et prendre les poste des encadrant .
Bien sur que j'y suis allée! et même plusieurs fois! En un an et demi j'y suis allé 10 fois et seulement deux fois dans hôtel, je me suis confrontée à la vie marocaine puisque ma famille vis dans la médina et c'est la ou je passe toute mes vacances scolaire.
Donc oui je continuerais de rêver mais ne vous inquiétez pas j'ai la tête sur les épaules 😉
Tu as le droit de rêver mais pour réaliser ses rêves il faut savoir faire des concessions. Tu veux le Beur et l'argent du beur, un peu difficile! travailler, vivre à Marrakech et toucher un salaire français, quand le smic marocain est 5 fois inférieur à celui français.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
