Je souhaiterai avoir des renseignement sur l'hotel OCEAN TURQUESA . En fait , je souhaiterai surtout des renseignements sur la plage . Nous envisageons de partir , en novembre 2010 , et aprés avoir lu , quelques Forum , il apparait qu'il yu aurai beaucoup d'algues sur cette plage .
Si vous avez été à cet hotel , pouvez vous me donner votre avis, et la date à laquelle vous y étiez .

Je suis preneuse de tous les recommandations , nous devrions, faire de la visiite , par nos propres moyens et profiter du complexe hotel (sports ) et baignade (snorkeling) .
Bonjour Dofra. Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel en février 2007. Il était fraichement construit. Tout était de bonne qualité vraiment 4.5 étoiles. Les algues en bord de mer sur la plage étaient présentes. Elles étaient ramassées et nettoyées chaque jour cependant par le personnel. Mais pour le reste c'était super, sable blanc, service de bar sur la plage, chaises en quantité etc. Le seul hic était que nous étions loin de la ville. L'hôtel est situé entre Playa del Carmen et Cancun. Le taxi prenait environ $60.00 US pour s'y rendre. On peut se grouper pour s'y rendre. Pas de navette à l'époque. Bon voyage.

C'est vrai , que ctte histoire d'algues nous contrarit . En effet un commercial d'une agence , m'a dit , les algues , elles se déplacent et donc ne sont pas toujours là. Mais il est vrai , que si partons au Mexique , et d'autant plus les caraibes , c'est aussi pour trouver une mer idyllique ....
Il est vrai que vous y étiez en 2007 et en Février donc , je ne peux qu'éspérer qu'il n'y a pas d'algues en Novembre , et aussi d'avoir d'autres réponses .

Comme il n'y a rien de mieux que de "voir" voici une photo de la plage des H10 Ocean Coral & Turquesa qui à l'époque s'appelaient H10 Punta Coral & Turquesa.
J'y suis allée en janvier 2008 et l'hôtel venait d'ouvrir ses portes en décembre, il n'y avait pas grand chose de rodé. Auj. tout a changé.
Comme une personne qui m'a précédée, c'était très loin de la route principale. Vous pouvez prendre le taxi à la porte de l'hôtel et vous faire conduire à la route principale et vous traversez la rue pour prendre un collectivo ou ne pas traverser et vous rendre à Cancun toujours en collectivo. Dans le temps pour se rendre au coin en taxi ça coûtait 6$us. Pour aller au village de Puerto Morelos ça nous coûtait 9$ pour aller à Playa 30$ si on marchandait pas mal aller seulement. Au Crococun zoo nous avions payé l'entrée au coin de la rue 20$ us auj. il en coûte presque 30$ pour une entrée + la bouffe qu'on vous vend.
Si vous prenez un taxi, demandez toujours le prix avant d'embarquer car vous aurez des mauvaises surprises. Les chauffeurs sont gentils si vous donnez des bons pourboires sinon ils vous ridiculisent quand vous débarquez. Nous en avons eu un très bête et impoli.
Bon voyage vous trouverez que c très beau. Si vous êtes de bons marcheurs vous pourrez aller à la ville de Puerto Morelos par la plage. Environ 1 hre de marche. Ça se fait très bien je l'ai fait, c'est très tranquille. Mais, ça peut avoir changé.

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
