Voilà je me prèsente, je me prénome Juan-Gabriel (Gaby pour les fainéants 😉), j'ai 28 ans dans 1 mois et j'habite à Bruxelles "merveilleuse capitale d'Europe".
Ma demande est assez simple mais je souhaite tomber sur les bonnes personnes pour me renseigner et non pas sur des faux guides SVP 🤪.
Alons-y, donc après avoir fait un peu le tour sur le net concernant l'ouverture ou à la création d'une entreprise au Quebec, je suis tombé sur ce Forum et je me suis dit pourquoi ne pas demander l'avis à des Quebecois ou Canadiens de m'aider dans cette tâche car je souhaite vraiment m'installer d'ici 2 ans au Quebec et je voudrais avoir mon propre commerce et pour celà rien de mieux que de parler dirrectement avec des gens résidant.
Voilà donc si il y a des personnes qui peuvent m'aider à atteindre cet objectif, je leur serais très reconnaissant.
Je suis à la recherche d'un emplacement commercial vide ou existant que je pourrais aménager ou agencer, celui ci doit se trouver dans un quartier commercial actuel ou en plein essor, je suis exigeant concernant la ville, ça doit être une ville quand même assez importante et multiculturelle (Ex.: Montréal, Quebec ville, Sherbrooke, etc.).Si possible me fournir les noms des quartiers importants commercialement dit.
Autre chose toute aussi importante si pas la plus importante, est de savoir ce qui manque au Quebec, ce que les gens souhaiteraient voir ou avoir chez eux (dans le domaine de la restauration, services, techniques, divers, tourisme, etc..) . En gros je veux lancer un commerce de qualité avec mes idées (que je ne dévoile pas dirrectement 😉)
Je suis même prêt à chercher des partenaires québecois qui seront prêt à partager cette aventure et pourquoi pas mélanger nos idées et créer un partenariat Europe-Amerique du Nord.

Le fait de vouloir aller au Quebec c'est parce que je veux vivre dans une région nord americaine c'est à dire avec cette mentalité et ou on parle le français. Et puis le Quebec c'est très vaste et on peut découvrir de merveilleux endroits, campagnes, montagnes, lacs, la nature quoi !!!! J'adore cette Province. De plus on est pas très loin de New York Big Apple si jamais on veut faire de bonnes affaires.

Je suis désolé de t'apprendre (mais kek chose me dis que dans ton très "profond", tu t'en doutais déjà...) que de la prospection à distance, cele ne fonctionne jamais...
Avant de s'établier à l'étranger, à plus forte raison quand on veut y créer une entreprise, il faut "sentir" l'endroit, et pas seulement au cours d'un seul séjour... Réponds-moi que tu es venu ici à plusieurs reprises ou au moins une fois, et je dirai: mea maxima culpa! Dans le cas contraire, un billet Bruxelles/Mtl est de rigueur, vieux!

Pour te répondre Marc, je suis allé 2 fois au Quebec et puis j'ai une amie qui se trouve à Sherbrook.
Mon souhait de partir au Quebec c'est comme l'a si bien dit bellibella, c'est un pays rempli de richesse, différents paysages, la mentalité quebecoise convient très bien à la mienne, on parle le français tout en étant en Amérique du Nord (je parle l'anglais aussi) et on est tout proche des USA. Je pense avoir fait le tour de l'europe une bonne dizaine de fois sans vraiment trouver la porte que je souhaite ouvrir.
