Après avoir lue de nombreux forums et avoir fais des recherches je me pauses toujours autant de questions! Voila ma situation...
Je suis actuellement étudiante en hôtellerie, par connaissance j'ai un possible poste de cuisinière qui m'attend au Vietnam (je ne saurais plus préciser ou exactement mais je pourrais le rajouter plus tard).
J'aurais juste voulu savoir si c'était difficile de ce procurer un visa (car visiblement c'est assez rare d'en obtenir un facilement)
Je voulais savoir également si en tant que française le changement climatique n'est pas trop dur à supporter (c'est ce qui m'inquiète le plus).
La vie est elle chère la bas?
Pour commencer les langues française et anglaise suffisent elles pour la vie quotidienne ?
N'est il pas trop dur de partir y travailler alors que je n'ai que 19ans (je partirais seule) ?

Concernant le visa de travail, c'est à l'employeur de le demander. C'est relativement simple de l'obtenir si le poste ne peut être occupé par un Vietnamien... donc, pour la cuisine Française, ca ne devrait pas trop poser de problèmes pour une durée de 3 ans, période dans laquelle vous devrez former votre remplaçant. Voila brièvement pour la chose officielle.
Par contre, c'est les conditions de travail qu'il faut absolument voir (durée de travail, pose, congés, salaires) car dans les petits établissements, rien n'est respecté. Ensuite il faudra vous faire aux conditions locale d'hygiène et y apporter votre savoir sans blesser les anciens employés qui ne vous écouterons pas surtout si vous petes plus jeune !
Pour le climat, le premier mois est difficile, après on s'y habitue.
Le coût de la vie augmente à un rythme effréné. L'immobilier sera votre gros poste de dépense, une chambre simple sans clim vous en coûtera 80 € à 90 € voir plus en centre ville. L'électricité est plus chère qu'en France. Le bol de soupe (Pho) qui coutaît moins de 1 € il y a deux ans vaut aujourd'hui 2 €. Là dessus il vous faudra cotiser à une assurance maladie (CFE par exemple) soit env. 100 € mensuel.
Si vous désirez une vie similaire à la France (appart 2 pièces) avec confort idem plus clim, pouvoir vous déplacer (scooter après avoir échangé votre permis), payé vos charges et de quoi vous faire de bons petits plats typiquement Français en gardant votre petit dej (le laitage est cher).... le tout dans un quartier, si ce n'est d'expat mais de niveau standard, il vous faudra un minimum de 800 € mensuel en ville.
Si vous vous contentez de la promiscuité, dans un quatier éloigné, d'une chambre sans clim avec un réchaud, un ventilateur et un matelas à même le sol et voyagerez en bus local il vous faudra compter sur env. 200 € sans l'assurance maladie. Notez qu'un vietnamien s'en tirrera à moins en ayant une petite moto qui dormira a côté de lui mais je doute qu'un(e) Français(e) y arrive dès son arrivée.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
