je vis en martinique depuis 1 ans et demi, je suis originaire du sud de la france....j'ai rencontré un metropolitain qui souhaite avrir deux boucherie/charcuterie/traiteur au maroc prochainement, pays qu'il connais car sa femme est originaire du maroc.
il avait 2 restaurant ici qu'il a vendu, aprés qq converssation il m'a proposé si j'etais interéssé de le secondés sur une charcuterie/traiteur sur casablanca, il me payerais 1100 euros....je vis seul, j'ai une penssion alimentaire de 100 euros par mois....
peut on bien vivre sur casablanca avec 1000 euros par mois et vivant seul en incluant que je souhaite cotiser pour une protection sociale et retraite...?
je n'ai pas d'argent de cotés (trés peu), et ne connais pas le maroc....
ça fera presque 12 000 DH/Mois, tu va louer à la moitié de ça dèja et tu devra avoir une voiture, tu ne pourras pas supporter le transport en commun, si je rajoute les charges de la maison , les factures habituelles ( telephone, eau & electricité ) , tu sera juste juste .
merci de ta réponsse, je me doutais que cela n'aller pas etre le paradis, et j'avais quelque doutes sur les paroles de cette perssonne qui fesais la comparaison avec le smic marocain, et insister sur les prix plus bas qu'en métropole...j'ai encore quelques semaines avant de lui confirmer, je vais bien peser le pour et le contre, mais évidament si c pour vivre a flu tendu, et faire 60 heures par semaines sans aucun loisir, vivre les embouteillages et de mauvaise conditions, cela laisse a refléchirs...merci de ses informations....
a tu une idée de prix pour un logement moyen (style t1) sur Casa....je ne suis pas qq qui a besoin de luxe, mais un minimum de confort similaire a la france est un minimum (internet, mobile, petite auto, µ.....)
le smic au Maroc est à environ 180€ / Mois , mais ceux qui ont smic n'habitent pas le centre ville casablancais, si je te ramène la ou ils habitent tu pleure, donc on ne compare pas avec le smic.
un ètranger habite au centre ville ( quartier europèen ), et ne pourras pas être ailleurs puisqu'il ne pourra pas s'adapter , par plusieurs facteurs : le français, les voisins ....
un petit appartement F2 est entre 500 € & 600 € / Mois, vide sans meubles, avec quelques mois ( 2 à 3 mois ) payès en avance.
l'eau & l'electricité & le telephone & internet seront tous à ta charge.
1100 euros par mois , c'est 3500 euros d'impots par an !!
avec une couverture sociale locale !
Et même si le smic marocain est ce qu'il est, il ne permet pas de vivre hors du cocon familial et sans gros sacrifices.
Les locations "propres" à Casa sont aux mêmes prix que dans une ville francaise de province, voire proche parisien dans des quartiers centraux (Gautier!).
Le seul poste de dépenses qui soit moins cher qu'en France est la nourriture.
D'après mon expérience, au Maroc en général , à train de vie équivalent, à revenu net équivalent, l'économie ne dépasse pas 10 % , voire moins à Casa et à Rabat.
Il est vrai que l'on est pas tenté par les dépenses "culturelles".... librairies, spectacles de qualité. par exemple.
donc je ne serais pas mieux lotti que ds ma région d'origine, en dessous de toulouse ou la vie est moins chere que ds les grande métropole ...
cela sera exactement la méme chose, voir pire ???
donc finalement, c encore plus cher qu'en province française ????
cela dois etre interéssant avec 2000/3000 euros minimum...
surtout si il me fais faire beaucoup plus de 40 eures semaines ....
merci, cela me donne vraiment une autre idée d'une vie a casablanca;c'est surement une idée a refuser, et plutot venir découvrir l'authenticitée du maroc en vacance ???

A 1200€ je vous conseille de rester en France, voila mon avis.
t'es obligé de venir au Maroc plusieurs fois avant de t'installer, voir et dècouvrir et prèparer ton installation, c'est pareil pour toute autre destination.

Je crois que tu prends une sage décision surtout que des marocains exercent également ce métier et tu aurais sans doute des difficultés à obtenir ton permis de travail car depuis plusieurs années ce sont d'abord les marocains puis les étrangers après sauf si tu exerces un métier pas ou peu courant et qu'il existe une dzemande au Maroc
Moi aussi j'ai voulu m'installer à Casa et j'avais la chance d'avoir un loyer de 300€ pas loin du Maarif dans un quartier correcte et propre "Berger" mais le courage m'a manquer vu que mon activité ici en Belgique demande aussi une location de 400€ cela faisait trop d'assumer 2 loyers et les billets d'avions2 à 3 fois par mois.
Mais tu sais, le Maroc est vraiment formidable et si tu as une vraie opportunité de t'y installer avec un revenu de 1500€
Tu peux franchement essayer sans pour cela devoir te tuer au travail.

tout dépend de ta volenté, si tu es un bon vivant, quelqu'un qui aime le confort, les voyages et les sorties, avec 1000 euro tu ne pourra pas vivre au maroc, en plus payer les assurances et la retraite ce n'est pas évident, car ton employeur doit payer sa part patronale sinon tu va voir la moitié de ton salaire partir en l'air.
si tu veux vivre juste juste, partager peux etre le loyer avec kelk'un, ou prendre une petite garçonnière ça peux couter aux environs de 200 euro.
mais ce que je peux te dire que 1100 euro est le salaire moyen d'un cadre moyen, avec lekel il ne pourra pas s'offrire le luxe mais ça peux aller.
il faudra juste mesurer ce que tu as et ce que tu aura et bien faire le calcul.
Certains produits alimentaire sont moins chère qu'en france mais certains sont plus chere qu'en france ou qu'en allemagne. et les resto de luxe sont aussi trop chere, un resto moyen peut couter jusqu'à 50 euro pour un repas normal de 2 personnes ( sans alcool🏴☠️)
pour la voiture ne rêve même pas. soit que ton employeur te fourni une pte voiture mais avec ton salaire tu dois prendre un credit et depenserau moins 150euro par mois sur 5 ans pour avoir une bonne occasion pas mal. sinon tu apporte ta voiture si tu en a.
mais tu peux négocier avec ton patron des avantages comme la voiture de service, le tel mobile, l'internet le loyer ou autre chose, pour lui ce n'est pas un probleme puisque le tt va etre réduit de ses impots il faudra juste bien négocier.
et le plus important c que le salire doit etre net : 😉 veux dire que tu aura 1100 euro ds tes mains chaque fin du mois et pas un centime de moins. sinon tu va galerer.
en fin ne compart pas avec le smic. les personnes qui ont le smic c des personnes qui pour la majorité sont avec leurs familles, ou bien vivent dans des conditions vraiment mésirables. avec le smic tu ne pourra te marier et avoir une famille.

Personnellement, je vous conseillerai de ne pas vous fier à la parole de votre "futur" employeur tant que vous n'avez pas de papiers. Ici, vous risqueriez d'être fort déçu.
