Coucou, nous avons tout quitté cet été pour venir vivre à la Réunion, pas une mince affaire ! Mais c'est une île exceptionnelle, je travaillais sur Marseille en tant que coordinatrice sociale oui je pense qu'en tant qu'educ tu trouveras du boulot, un employeur important c'est l'arast, une association qui embauche as, educ et autres! hello, je pense qu'il ne faut pas trop réfléchir justement nous en trois mois, délais du préavis de mon copain, nous avons loué notre maison, vendue nos voitures, vacciné le chat et yallah!!!!!! Et aujorud hui trois mois que nous y sommes! Es tu aller voir notre blog? Si non je te le conseil, après ça tu partiras sans te poser de question! Puis tu sais y a l'anpe comme en métropole tu peux déjà regarder les annonces!

Je suis venue avec mon ex qui était éduc, elle a trouvé du taff rapidement et bien rémunéré, mais attention ile de la réunion, "ile de la désunion", je parle en connaissance de cause, mdr. Bref pas facile de venir seul ici, après ca dépend de chacun, y'a ceux qui le supporte et d'autres moins...
Moi perso, seul j'aurai était incapable, ici on n’est pas chez nous et chercher la compagnie des gens pour combattre la solitude, sans façon! On voit à st gilles tous les zoreills qui restent qu'entre eux, les profs et compagnie, tout le monde "plane" avec tout le monde, un jour ce sont les meilleurs amis après ils se parlent plus. Que des amitiés par intérêts, c'est pathétique...
Bref dans tous les cas te pose pas trop de question, on a qu'une seule vie...

bonjour, je suis à la reunion depuis 4 mois, pour répondre à ta question boulot: oui il y a des postes d'éduc spé, beaucoup de projets, d'ouvertures d'établissements et pas assez de personnel formé. Quand au reste, c'est une île multiraciale mais pas multiculturelle, et tu risques d'être déçue de ce point de vue; l'île est petite, très européanisée et il faut quelques fois se " pincer" fort pour se convaincre qu'on est dans l'océan indien...😕 si ce n'est la végétation luxuriante! les loyers sont élevés particulièrement dans le nord mais le coût de la vie au quotidien équivalent à celui d'août en métropole; on trouve facilement à se loger; voilà, si tu as d'autres questions... cordialement
Bonjour, je connais pas mal de monde dans le secteur et j'entend bcp parler de création de structures dans ce domaine alors" inquiek pa ou" comme on dit ici et fonce! Pour ce qui est de l'intégration si tu es une personne ouverte sur le monde et les autres avec un joli sourire et qui aime la vie, no problem.

Je décourage les métropolitains surement mais je dis la vérité, ne croyez pas que c le paradis.
Essayez la martinique, guadeloupe, guyane ou meme tahiti(ça c le paradis, la plage surtout)

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
This is a project I truly believe in, and I invite anyone interested to add their personal touch—whether through advice, guidance, or involvement.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
