Je me présente, je suis nouveau sur le forum et je suis agée de 17 ans. Je vis au Québec et évidamment je suis étudiant.
Je compte aller faire une partie de ma vie en Angleterre après avoir fini mes études. Le long périple auras pour but d'apprendre l'Anglais. Je suis à l'étape de la récolte d'information et je me suis dit que sa s'aurais une bonne idée de posez quelques questions sur le forum de voyage. Bref, je suis vraiment au stats du début en se qui concerne le voyage. Je m'informe sur la ville, moyen de transport, travail ect. Voici quelques petite question, je vous remercie d'avance de prendre le temps de me répondre🙂
1- Est-ce-que une auberge jeunnesse est avantageuse si je compte rester quelques années en Angleterre?
2- Est-ce-que un emploi est facile à trouver? Exemple (Londre, Manchester où Bristol)
3- J'ai fait quelque recherche , mes je n'est pas trouver d'information pertinente. Est-ce-que il y a des organismes qui donne une bourse pour les étudiants? J'ai vu qu'aux Canada il a Explore. Cependant, il donne juste des bourse pour des voyage au Canada.
J'ai plus pour habitude de donner des conseils concernant les USA mais bon étant française, je connais assez bien l'Angleterre.
Je pense qu'une auberge de jeunesse est avantageuse pour les premiers temps sur place, après le TOP c'est de trouver une colocation (moins cher).
Londres est une ville assez chère, notamment pour l'immobilier. Il n'est jamais super simple de trouver un Job mais à Londres, Brighton, Cambridge par exemple il y a pas mal d'emplois pour les étudiants en restauration je pense.

Il y a des petits jobs dans les villes universitaires, mais la concurrence est rude avec les étudiants parlant correctement l'anglais et bien sûr ton emploi du temps au travail ne doit pas gêner tes cours.
Il est quasiment impossible de vivre à Londres avec le salaire d'un petit boulot.

Si tu es citoyen européen et que tu veux être étudiant en GB, tu as droit au prêt remboursable au 1er emploi bien payé et tu peux postuler aux bourses de vie quotidienne. Si tu es citoyen canadien je ne crois pas qu'il y ait de bourses spécifiques, tu es dans la situation des étudiants étrangers, et si ceux-ci ont droit à des bourses (bursaries, grants), tu as le droit d'y postuler toi aussi.

Pour Worldiploma je vais aller jeter un coup d'oeil ! Secondement, j'ai regarder brièvement les auberges jeunnesses. Le prix est environ de 20$/nuit si je me trompe pas. Concernant la colocation, ses une excellente idée que j'avais pas pensée. Dernièrement, je me suis informer au près de personne dans mon entourage qui on étais en Angleterre. La restauration demande beaucoup d'employé effectivement.

Oui! Je suis un Canadien pas un Francais. Pour la deuxième question je suis indécis sur mon avenir en étude.Aller étudier en Grande-Bretagne où au Québec? Dur déscition... Je compte faire un DEC en éducation spécialisé au Québec. Mon Anglais est pas le meilleur! Je crois aussi faire le programme explore cette été. Cela me permetterais de peufiner mon Anglais et d'apprendre beaucoup. Concernant les emplois je crois que j'ai répondu à la question.. Je me débrouille en Anglais, mes je ne suis pas binlingue. Pour les bourses merci de l'information! J'étais plus ou moins sur que j'avais le droit à une bourse vu que je venais pas de l'europe. Reste que l'Angleterre est un projet de vie que je veut vivre. Je ne crois pas que la langue est un osbtacle. Ces un beau défis d'après moi!
En tant que Canadien tu peut venir comme touriste pour une période jusqu'à 6 mois. Par contre, touriste ca veut dire visiter, voyager : pas le droit de travailler pas le droit d'étudier.
Si tu veut étudier , il te faut un "student visa" (payer les frais d'étude pour les étudiants internationaux..très cher et avoir des économies pour payer les frais pour vivre ici, logement, transport, bouffe, etc...Pas d'aide offerte aux étudiants étrangers donc tu dois compter seulement sur tes économies !)
Si tu veux travailler ici, tu es chanceux car le Canada fait partis du Commonwealth donc ca te donne la chance d'appliquer pour le "Youth Mobility Scheme" (pour les 18-30 ans) qui est probablement le visa de travail le plus facile à obtenir. Ca te donne le droit de vivre et travailler 24 mois au Royaume Unis, à la fin de ton visa tu doit par contre retourner au Canada.
Le moins cher , pour le logement , serait de partager un appartement ou louer une chambre chez quelqu'un.
