Si quelqu'un est partir vivre là-bas, savez vous s'il est difficile de trouver un emploi depuis la métropole? Est-il préférable de se déplacer?
Nous souhaiterions trouver un emploi dans nos domaines respectifs mais nous accepterions aussi des boulots n'ayant rien à voir!

j'habite en Martinique depuis 2 ans, je suis enseignante, j'ai donc pas eu de problème pour venir ici mais pour ceux qui viennent travailler ici dans le privé, c'est très difficile. J'ai eu de nombreux échos de gens arrivés de métropole et malheureusement, je n'ai pas entendu d'expériences concluantes... Ces gens sont sous payés et progressivement deviennent dégoûtés d'ici. Je vous conseille de trouver un boulot avant de venir ou de venir en vacances et de passer des entretiens. Sachez que ce genre d'expérience peut très mal se passer malgré le soleil et la chaleur !
De plus, effectivement, les gens préfèrent employer des moun bo'kay (des gens du pays.)
Sachez que les loyers sont chers et la nourriture est très chère !
Réfléchissez bien !
Si vous voulez un peu plus de dépaysement, regarder vers la Nouvelle Calédonie, nous y habitons depuis deux ans et vraiment il n'y a pas photo !!! j'ai vécu trois ans à pointe-noire (Guadeloupe) et trois ans à la Réunion (st denis) franchement wouah!!!! la Calédonie !

Quand nous sommes partis de la métropole, notre famille (a part mes parents et ma soeur qui connaissent l'outremer !) nous ont dit quelle chance !! mais nous on ne le ferais pas !
Aucun regret depuis deux ans, vous êtes jeunes ! (nous 39 ans mais jeunes dans la tête !) la seule chose la plus importante c'est le boulot, le mieux c'est de partir avec un contrat ou avoir un bon porte monnaie au début pour rechercher (je ne conseille pas trop !) c'est d'envoyer des CV, avec lettre de motivation. La vie est plus cher (trois fois) mais si il y a un bon salaire ou deux salaires moyen, que du bonheur !
La Calédonie est un pays d'outremer avec ses loi pays, sont gouvernement, ses administrations calédonienne, mais aucun problème. C'est vrai que l'empoie local est préoritaire, mais à ce jour il ya du boulot pour tous le monde (c'est une des îles française ou il y a le moins de chômage).
si tu veux, tu peux me poser desquestions plus précises il n'y a pas de problème. Ici le mot stress n'exsiste pas !! beaucoup de gens disent la Calédonie on adore ou on aime pas !!
Que faites vous dans la vie Pro. ? Les petits boulots à éviter (emploi local) le meiux si vous êtes spécialisés dans un domaine c'est recherché. Et pour trouver le mieux c'est Nouméa (40% de la population calédonienne!)
Pour les logements tu pourras te faire une idée immobilier nouvelle calédonie sur le net en location il y a le choix. le plus cher Nouméa, ensuite Dumbéa, Mont Dore et Païta, après cela devient la Brousse (en métropolitain la campagne !!)
Pour répondre à ta question je crois que l'agrément n'est pas le même que celui de la métropole, sur ce site de forumvoyage vas dans océanie et ensuite nouvelle calédonie et pose ta question sur les agréments tu auras des réponses à ta question
J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un logement de fonction les 6 premiers mois, donc nous avons le temps de chercher une location, puis au bout d'un an de location, nous avons acheter notre maison à Dumbéa.
Aucun problème d'intégration ni d'aménagement, ni pour Cathy et les enfants (école) cathy c'est inscrite dans une boite d'intérim quinze jours aprés notre arrivée, a été contacté une semaine plus tard et de fil en aiguille est en CDI depuis plus d'un an !

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
