Voilà, mercredi 30 mai j'ai postulée sur internet pour un poste d'employée d'entretien sur le site
www.clubmedjobs.com et vendredi 1er juin je reçois l'appel de l'assistante du centre de présélection.
L'entretien téléphonique c'est très bien passé, et je suis convoquée à lyon le mercredi 6 juin pour la
session de recrutement!! oulalala 🙂
et donc je suis venue sur ces forums pour avoir un peu plus d'info sur ce métier, mais je n'est vois que du négatif 😕
J'ai eu les informations suivantes lors de l'entretien téléphonique:salaire 950 € + nourrit, logerla durée de travail est de 6h30 par jour / 6 jours sur 7le trajet est rembourséet sur les forums que j'ai visité je vois que les employée d'entretien n'ont pas accès aux activités et soirées des clubs
et qu'on ne vie pas dans les même conditions que les GO...que nous devons être invisible pour les GM???
Est-ce que quelqu'un à déjà exercé ce métier au club? pouvais vous m'éclairer?
Sinon j'habite en Auvergne et je vois souvent la remarque que les GE sont des locaux mais il n'y a pas de club vers chez moi...
Pensez vous qu'il serait possible pour moi de postuler pour un poste de GO, si oui lequel?

Le plus simple serait de demander directement à l'agent de recrutement, elle pourra répondre à toutes vos questions.
Sur les forums, l'info est parfois périmée ou valide pour quelque chose de similaire mais pas identique.
Par contre, je n'étais pas du tout au courant que le Club Med recrutait à l'étranger pour des postes d'entretien, d'habitude ils n'ont pas de difficulté à recruter des locaux pour ce genre de boulot. Je ne serais donc pas surprise qu'il n'y ait pas d'accès aux installations pour ces employés. Mais le mieux est de demander à la personne qui recrute.

Je l'ai lu en vitesse, mais rapidement mes commentaires sont:
1- Tu donnes plutôt l'impression de quémander un emploi au lieu d'offir tes services ("activement à la recherche...je suis tombée sur votre site", "je serais vraiment heureuse..." etc.)
2- Trop de langage familier (""super", "je suis tombée sur...")
3- Ça manque vraiment de verbe d'action
4-Tu pourrais être plus concise et aller droit au but.
En gros, tu dois dire qu'est-ce que tu es capable d'apporter à l'employeur et être plus explicite au sujet de ton expérience dans le domaine.

J'ai 38 ans et je suis Québécois. Je travail dans le domaine de la construction comme menuisier. Je regarde pour aller travailer dans un endroit plus chaud que le Québec lol... et je suis tombé par hasard sur le site du ClubMed. J'ai postulé pour un poste de menuisier (entretien des bâtiments). J'ai passé une première entrevu téléphonique et je vais passer une seconde entrevue via Skype d'une journée à l'autre.
Le poste est pour un ClubMed des Caraibes (j'ignore encore lequel) et il semble que ce soit pour une durée de 6 mois renouvelable si désiré.
Bref, puisque tu sembles avoir fait les démarches pour ce genre de travail, j'aimerais avoir tes commentaires sur ton expérience.. si bien sur tu es allé y travailler.
Malgré un salaire plutôt faible, ils semblent promettent plusieurs choses (transport en avion, nourri-logé, alcool inclus, Visa, Assurances santé). Je me demande si tout ça est fiable ??? Et un truc qui me fait un peu hésiter est le fait d'être 2 par chambre. Partager une chambre quelques jours ça peut aller, mais pendant 6 mois???? Goodbye l'intimité!!!
La discussion date d'il y a 2 ans et ce n'est pas certain que la personne va y répondre.
Mais je peux te dire que c'est la norme et le standard chez Club Med de payer l'avion, l'hébergement, les repas et les assurances à leurs employés. Cela explique d'ailleurs les salaires faibles, qui sont compensés par les avantages offerts.
Seulement deux par chambre, c'est déjà pas pire je trouve!
En tout cas, je t'encourage à foncer car c'est le genre de truc qu'on peut regretter de ne pas avoir fait quand l'occasion s'est présentée. Dis toi que 6 mois dans toute une vie, ce n'est pas grand-chose.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
