Je souhaiterais connaitre approximativement le cout de 1hectare de terre agricole titré au maroc(style prairie) et savoir en gros le minimum et le maximum niveau prix, entre mohammedia et agadir un peu dans les terres(20km env de la mer) et egalement proche de la mer.C'est un peu vague pour le moment désolée.

Beaucoup de francais achetent ( ou plutot concession de 99 ans). Si tu es passionnée de chevaux. il vaut mieux acheter une maison ou terrain ds zone urbaine et louer un terrain ou fermette á proximité, ou alors comme je ferais: faire heberger tes chevaux chez un petit fermier moyennant une somme...
Les prix des terrains sont tres tres variables selon les endroits. hectare: de 500 € á 500 000 €.

Si quelqu'un a vu des vraies prairies avec au Maroc, avec des chevaux dessus, et de plus "a vendre" pas cher, à quelqu'un qui veut payer avec des allocs francaises, qu'il nous l'écrive, je suis curieux !
Ho la la, les prix que vous me donnez sont largment plus elevé qu'en France que ce soit en location ou a la vente je parle niveau agricole.

Voila comment est la loi marocaine.
Comme la nationalité se transmet de la mère à l'enfant, et qu'il suffit d'en faire la demande même pour les enfants nés avant la promulgation de la loi (j'ai vérifié auprès d'un ami avocat), comme le mari est obligatoirement musulman si la marocaine et musulmane, et donc le fils itou, je ne vois pas pourquoi un marocain musulman ne pourrait pas hériter des terres d'une marocaine musulmane qui est sa mère ?

Je voulais juste dire qu'il est possible d'acheter des terres agricoles au maroc pour une francaise, pour cela il faut faire une promesse d'achat avec le propriétaire et déposer une demande de vocation non agricole. Quand la demande de vocation non agricole t'es accordée tu peux finaliser la vente. Une demande de vocation non agricole peut etre déposée en vue de construire différents projets : villa, immeuble, auberge, carriere, ranch... Par contre si tu n'as aucun projet sur le terrain je ne sais pas si tu peux obtenir cette vocation.....La vocation est provisoire, elle devient officielle le jour ou tu as fini de construire ton projet. C'est une comission du centre d'investissement de la région qui s'occupe d'attribuer les vocations...elles sont faciles à obtenir quand on veut construire un projet touristique, immobilier..mais si c'est juste pour une maison privée je ne sais pas..Renseigne toi au centre d'investissement de la région d'achat du terrain. Autre possibilité : achete un terrain avec une construction, meme petite.
Moi j'ai acheté un terrain agricole d'1 hectare a 6000 euros...Dans ma région (Fes) les prix tournent entre 6000 et 20000 l'hectare (en dehors du périmettre urbain), tout dépend de la terre (si le terrain est caillouteux et en pente il sera bien moins cher qu'une terre fertile ou il y a de l'eau) et de l'emplacement évidemment... Autre détail : il vaut mieux acheter un terrain titrisé car c'est plus facile pour avoir la vocation non agricole et c'est plus sécuritaire...et enfin : les prix que je te donne sont les prix "normaux" et ils peuvent etre facilement augmentés par les propriétaires quand ceux ci voient débarquer une étrangère !!! Le mieux c'est de se renseigner sur les terres à vendre directement dans les villages en s'aidant d'une personne parlant l'arabe évidemment.
PS : une demande de vocation non agricole peut etre accordee dans un délai minimum deux semaines....
