Ma petite famille (nous deux plus nos jumeaux de 3 ans) franco-ivoirienne avons décidé de vendre nos affaires en france et partir au sénégal définitivement pour y créer un lodge.
Destination la petite cote sur ngaparou ou nghering - raison de ce choix : proximité de Mbour pour la scolarité de nos enfants - et communes un tout petit peu moins polluées (pour l'instant) que saly par les grands hotels all inclusive. Meme si le saloum aurait eu notre preference
Nous sommes au démarrage du projet et n'avons pas encore choisi notre terrain. Nous esperons pouvoir trouvé un terrain arboré, ni trop loin ni trop prs du goudron et assez grand pour y construire un grande case servant de bar-restaurant et lieu de vie, une dizaine de cases indépendantes et une grande piscine car nous ne souhaitons pas etre en bord de mer. Nous prefererons proposer des excursions vers l'interieur du pays, le saloum, des plans chasse...)
Nous aimerions avoir vos conseils et votre avis sur notre choix (est ce un projet fou, pourrons nous en vivre, interet pour ce genre de tourime plus cosi et plus proche des gens mais evidemment sans le farniente les pieds dans la mer...)
De plus, nous aimerions recevoir des commentaires sur vos experiences de construction de case (cout, galeres...)

Ce serait bien pour vous de savoir que le tourisme est un peu en crise et alors s'y préparer. Dons il faudrait dès à présent chercher des clients depuis l'Europe et leur proposé cette destination. S
Un projet touristique au Sénégal, ce n'est aps gagné d'avance. Je ne suis pas le mieux placé pour vous conseiller, mais voici quand même ce à quoi il faut faire attention.
Le Sénégal est une destination assez chère, les infrastructures sont en mauvais état, les routes, l'électricité, l'eau, ce qui entraine des coûts supplémentaires. Pour l'instant le transfert de l'aéroport vers n'importe où est long et épuisant pour les touristes et donc difficile de les faire revenir.
De plus l'environnement des affaires sénégalais et la conjoncture ne sont pas , et loin s'en faut, propice aux affaires et la législation du travail très contraignante, ce qui dans ce domaine n'est pas avantageux.

En ce qui concerne l'aeroport, ne pensez vous pas que la création du nouvel aeroport Blaise Diagne va apporter plus de souplesse pour le transfert des touristes ? etant donné que notre projet est une creation, cela va etre long et je pense que l'aeroport sera ouvert bien avant nous.
Quand vous parlez de la conjoncture non propice, que voulez-vous dire ? toutes les infos recues seront une aide pour nous.

Pour l'aéroport, c'est possible, mais il faut savoir que le premier avion a décollé en janvier 2006 ou 2007, je ne me souviens même plus, selon les promesses du président, c'est vous dire que répondre à la question est aléatoire.
Pour la conjoncture, à part la conjoncture internationale, les dépenses de l'état du Sénégal font que les caisses sont vides, et que tous les moyens sont bons pour trouver de l'argent, le plus simple étant de sanctionner les entreprises avec des taxes valables ou fictives!
Le code du travail est assez stricte au Sénégal, il faut aller voir le site du gouvernement c'est bien expliqué. Le principal problème, il me semble, est qu'il n'existe qu'un contrat de travail à plein temps, donc dans une activité saisonnière, vous devez payer les employés toute l'année, même si ils ne font rien.
L'assurance maladie au Sénégal fonctionne avec des IPM (Institut de prévoyance maladie). Chaque employé paye une petite somme, je pense autour de 2000CFA/mois et tous les frais sont avancés par cette "caisse", puis ensuite, l'employé rembourse. Selon les IPM, le montant remboursé correspond entre 50 et 100% et peut être écheloné. Il faut savoir que les frais médicaux ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en Europe.
Bonjour , a propos d un lieu comme une petite commune , je vous preente ma commune la commune de Diofior en plein coeur de sine saloum pas trop tourisque mais proche des hotels comme les hotels pelicans de Ndangane aux environs de 3 km a 7 km des autres hotels ou tu peux avoir un terrain de 1600metres carres a 6.000 euros car la commune promovoit la commune pour attirer les investisseurs pour developper leurs activitees a une 42 km de mbour et 2.5km de la mer et vraiment que le niveau de vie est 3 fois moins cheres que mbour ou les grandes capitales mais je te conseille de venir nous rendre visite pour un petit sejour de quelques jours ou semaines pour vous accompagner et vous loger et tu connaitrais mieux de toute la localite et je vous rassure la , ous allez apprecier ;nous avons 5 ecoles elementaires, 3 college moyen secondaire et deux lycees et ca nous manque seulement l universite et par contre notre a pris des logements pour nos etudiants residants de notre commune qui st a l universite et vraimment si vous venez pour visiter avant de prendre une decision et je m appelle moustapha

La région de la petite côte est une bonne destination mais évitez Saly : tourisme sexuel, on ne peut pas faire un pas sans être accosté, c'est sale et bruyant, ce n'est pas le vrai Sénégal.
Nous habitons la Somone 6 mois par an, où l'on trouve des campements, des chambres d'hôtes, des hôtels de niveau ***.
N'Gaparou est un vrai petit village de pêcheurs mais vous y verrez très peu de touristes. Il n'y a pas de petit supermarché, de pharmacie, c'est un village très pauvre. Je ne suis pas certaine que l'encadrement se prête à un Lodge.
Il existe beaucoup de possibilités de locations dans la région, il vous faut donc trouver quelque chose qui fasse la différence. Nous louons très bien notre villa (quand nous sommes en Belgique) car nous avons opté pour un certain luxe, un personnel exceptionnel, de l'eau et de l'électricité en permanence et certains plus comme CanalSat et la console Wii. Mais cela exige une attention permanente à tout, que ce soit le confort, la peinture, le jardin, tout doit être parfait. Les constructions doivent être faites avec des matériaux de qualité, sinon vous aurez rapidement des infiltrations d'eau aux périodes de pluie, des fissures, ...
Je peux vous mettre en contact avec un entrepreneur exceptionnel, qui a construit notre maison et est devenu notre frère. C'est un musulman muride : travail, honnêteté, détachement des biens matériels.
Il réunit avec lui une équipe hors normes d'ouvriers spécialisés. Il est exigeant et fait recommencer le moindre détail dont il n'est pas satisfait. Il fait par exemple réaliser par sa propre équipe les briques pour éviter celles du commerce où l'on met trop de sable pour faire des économies.

Ah tu vois , heureusement c est moi a fait logé awa et mettre cette association avec ce couple et il vit avec moi dans ma maison , un projet d installation doit etre bien reflechit car c estun projet a longterme , cest par cette voix d association et de centre pour les enfants que j ai fait pour ce couple qui desirait s installer definitivement au senegal et d ailleurs je leur avait propose de venir dabord me visiter pour voir et me connaitre davantage et ils ont venu me rendre visite au mois d avril passé pour 5 jours et ils retournes s installer au mois de mai le 10 , je vous souhaite bonne chance et du courage , tout ira bien

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
