Depuis les dernières années, j'ai eu la chance d'aller à des club dans les antilles.Bien sur, j'étais trop jeune pour vraiment m'amuser avec les G.O..Ils ne me prenait seulement comme un enfant vacancier.J'ai toujours aimé ce qu'ils faisaient mais rien de plus.Cependant, je suis allé à Santiago de Cuba il y a 2 semaines et c la que j'ai vraiment compris que je veux essayé ce travail.Pour la première fois, on me prennait au sérieux, à un tel point que je connaissait tout les membres de l'équipe d'annimation, leur boss et même les autres vacancier.Je vivais comme les G.O.: faire activité après activités, manger avec eux, connaitre aussi bien les danses de l.hôtel qu'eux, donner des cours de dance avec eux, faire des spectacles avec eux...Pour faire une histoire courte:COMMENT FAIT-ON POUR ALLER TRAVAILLER DANS UN DE CES CLUBS.jE SUIS TRÈS SÉRIEUX.
J'apprécirais vraiment tout l'aide que vous allez pouvoir me donner.
Regarde les autres postes qui parle du club med, il te renseignerons bien, tu paut aussi appeller directement le club med qui te renseignerons bien (le numéros sur lyon...) ciao

Tu dois surveiller le site regulierement. Il y a des annees ou ils recrutent beaucoup, d'autresmoins. J'avais dejà participer à une seance d'information et ils recrutent aussi des GO mais tu dois suivre une formation.

Déjà, pour pouvoir être pris, je m'étais installé à Paris chez une copine et j'assiégais le siège, place de la Bourse à l'époque, chaque jour avec le passeport à la main, et un jour de guerre lasse ils m'ont envoyé comme chauffeur en Sardaigne à Caprera......
Là, je me suis rendu compte que je n'avais pas encore le permis.....😉, et on m'a mis dans l'équipe d'animation comme aide accessoiriste, et j'aidais à monter les spectacles, j'y participais aussi, mais je faisais des journées de dingues......je dépensais le maigre salaire que j'avais au bar, on se jalousait tous entre nous sur le fait de savoir qui allait sortir avec telle ou telle fille......car tout tourne un peu autour de ça malheureusement, et au final je suis parti avant, complétement dégouté et sans un rond en poche......
J'en ai retiré que le plus intéréssant est de partir dans les postes administratifs, car ils ont des horaires bien précis avec des jours de congés fixes, les profs de sport aussi avaient l'air relativement cools, mais bosser dans l'équipe d'animation c'est vraiment galère, ou alors il faut avoir une sacré santé......et puis on dépense beaucoup d'argent malgré tout.......
Bon, tout évolue.....mais finalement peut être pas dans le bon sens quand on voit tout ce qui se passe, mais une expérience est une expérience, donc bonne chance à toi.......
Si t'es ds le staff administratif tu n'es plus GO tu es GE gentil employé (statuts partagés avec les locaux -techniciens de surface et compagnie-) : pas de soirée, peu de fiesta et contact limités avec les clients tt ça étant statutairement défini.
Sinon ils recrutent à chaque début de saison. Donc c'est maintenant pour la saison été. Si tu as une spécialité administrative, artistique, sportive tu as beaucoup plus de chance pour être GO. Si tu as de l'expérience en hotellerie-restauration tu peux être GE.
Les recrutements se font par candidature spontanée. Ensuite un seul entretien en général (parfois seulement une semaine avant le départ) et tu es envoyé en club n'importe où.
Le siège est à Correntin Carriou à Paris sinon en province à Bordeaux par exemple ou ailleurs ils ont des antennes de gestion du personnel déléguées ce qui peut éviter de venir tout spécialement à paris.
Plein d'autres choses à dire sur le club (mes voisins de taff) mais un peu long de tt raconter : grosso modo : mauvais plan financier et surtout...6 mois avec les mêmes tronches dans un village : "l'enfer c'est les autres" prend tt son sens ; enfin néanmoins aventure humaine semble sympa...on a rien sans rien
alors déjà excuses moi de ne pas t'avoir répondu de suite je n'ai pas consulté le site depuis pas mal de temps !!! c vrai qu'aparament g.o. c pas si bien que ça ... quand on y regarde les inconvénient et là finalement je vais partir dans le sud cette semaine plus précisément à nîmes chez une copine pour rechercher du taf pour la saison dans un pub, bar, glacier, ou discothèque un endroit avec bonne ambiance g besoin de voir du monde des gens qui s'amusent et pas des coinçés emmanchés jusqu'à la gorge ... lol ... et si je trouve du boulot cette semaine se sera pour commencer si possible mi-juin la copine veut bien m' héberger ce qui est plutôt bien et peut-être pour 4 mois mais là je verrai ... en tout cas je te remerçie de m'avoir donné ces renseignements et ton expérience qui fait quand même malgré tout partie des choses mémorable faut reconnaitre ... l'essentiel c que tu en es tiré des conclusions ! j'pense que t'avais réellement envie de le faire voilà tout ...

Non non ts ne st pas GO, cela est bien précisé sur leur contrat de travail et les obligations envers l'employeurs subséquentes sont différentes selon qu'ils s'agissent : du personnel de direction, du personnel administratif, du personnel d'animation, du personnel de service...et la qualification GO est spécifiquement réservée aux personnels d'animation (cf. leur convention collective qui à elle seule pourrait être l'objet de nombreux contentieux tant elle est sujet à controverses notamment en matière d'exclusion de la dite convention des GE à contrats signés à l'étranger mais travaillant en France...dumping social très malin).
Je me permet une fois de plus de rectifier par ce que bon bas voilas, je travail au club med dans un service trés concerné par ce type de chose, et les GE sont bien des employé locaux ou des francais dans des poste subaltèrne, les GO constitut le reste de l'équipe sur le terrain ou aux sièges (a titre d'exemple le PDG est un GO....., rigolés pas ...)
