je m'apelle Rina, j'ai 24 ans et je vais me marier dans l'année. j'habite dans le sud est de france.
J'ai habité 4 ans en Calédonie de mes 10 ans à mes 14 ans. Et depuis mon retour en France, je déprime, je ne suis pas bien. Je ne me suis pas "réhabituée" à cette vie, cette mentalité... je n'ai pas d'amis, ils sont tous restés là bas. Je communique tout les jours avec eux via FB... bref, tout ça pour dire que notre but avec mon futur mari et d'aller habiter là bas, (pour ma part je savais déjà que j'allais y retourner!).
voila en gros mon histoire. Seulement comme j'y ai habité étant petite, j'ai quand même pas mal de questions à vous poser... en comparant avec les réponses de mes amis.
déjà, pour commencer, mon fiancé est menuisier et moi coiffeuse. Je crois savoir que pour lui il y a pas mal de boulot. Mais pour la coiffure je ne sais pas trop. une idée pour les salaires? à peut près?
notre but et de tout revendre en france et racheter les meubles, la voiture la bas. est-ce une bonne idée?
un budget de 10.000 euros pour les meubles est-ce suffisant?
quel budget moyen pour vivre en comptant un enfant? Je sais que la crèche est cher. On m'a donné les prix. mais budget nourriture+ couches...etc....?
les voitures d'occasion, peut on en trouver pour un budget d'entre 3000 et 5000 euros?
Nous sommes logés chez des amis en arrivant (au moins un mois), est-ce suffisant en un mois de trouver un job, un appart, des meubles, une voiture? peut on voir depuis la metropole pour une place en crèche?
pour le loyer j'ai tout les renseignements.
nous ramenons notre chat. Il me semble que pour la quarantaine et tout ça, il faut bien 2000 euros, non?
nous disposons d'un budget de 30.000 euros (billets, meubles, loyers d'avances, voitures.....)

En épluchant un peu VF tu touveras une bonne partie des réponses à tes questions. Il faut te servir du moteur de recherche, en haut, mettre les mots clés et en général on trouve.
sinon, résumé très rapidement:loyer équivalent à une ville en france, électricité la + chere au monde, multiplie par 1,5 ou 1,7 ce que tu payes en france, idem l'eau le tel, internet etc.... pour la nourriture, pour certains produits, multiplie par 2 et parfois 2,5, parfois par 3 ( exemple: endive, poireaux et bien d'autre, de 6 à 10 euros le kilo quand on en trouve )
Tu parles de mentalité, que penses tu que tu vas trouver la-bas, une mentalité bien française, donc tordue !! les français sont par définition raleurs et cons de toute façon, et crois moi, la-bas, c'est pire !!
Alors comme l'evoquait Maiki pas mal de réponses se trouvent déjà dans ce forum mais bon... je vais essayer de t'eclairer sur ce que je sais, ça sert toujours à d'autres aussi... et puis c'est d'actualité ce que je vais te donnner.
Pour le metier de coiffeuses, je vois régulièrement des offres d'emplois dans le journal donc ça recherche. Pour les salaires, je connais un salaire d'une coiffeuse mais faudra pas se fier à cela car un salaire ne donnent pas une idée de la globalité des salaires de la profession. Avec plus de 5 ans d'ancienneté, avec les primes sur le chiffre, les bons mois elle arrive à 300 000cfp soit 2500€. Juste en salaire fixe à peu près 150 000cfp soit 1200€.
Vendre meubles et voitures pour racheter ici, je trouve que c'est bien. On peut acheter ici beaucoup de choses d'occas car il y a beaucoup de va et viens. 10 000€ oui ça me parait tout à fait suffisant.
Le budget moyen avec un enfant, je ne sais pas trop. Prends le meme budget qu'en France et rajoute 30% en plus, tu devrais pas etre loin.
Pour les voitures entre 3000 et 5000€ pas de probleme, d'occas tu trouveras, pas une voiture aussi bien qu'en france car le prix du marché est superieur mais tu trouveras.
1 mois pour trouver une voiture et des meubles oui, pour le boulot et l'appartement, peut etre. Si vous avez le boulot ce sera plus facile de trouver l'appart... sinon ce sera pas impossible mais un peu plus dur, ça depend des agences...
Quand à la creche à voir depuis la metropole, j'y crois pas trop mais là j'ai pas de certitude. Il me semble quand meme plus facile de voir dejà ou vous allez habiter et travailler pour viser une creche pas trop loin, nouméa est assez etendu et y circuler aux heures de pointes est souvent galère!
Pour ton chat, malheureusement, la quarantaine est fermé pour renovation pour une durée inconnue et il est impossible de faire venir les animaux en ce moment. Quelqu'un en a d'ailleuirs parlé il y a peu sur ce forum.
Concernant les prix, l'electricité comptez 10 000cfp soit 83€ (c'est le minimum qu'on paie nous pour un F1, et c'est plus souvent 12000cfp), assurance hab 83€ annuel (F1), voiture (type C4 avec un bonus de 36 , au tiers) 340€ annuel, internet 80€ mensuel. Aucune idée pour la mutuelle et pour ta question pour la retraite pareil.

Pour le salaire de coiffeuse, j'ai pu avoir pas mal de réponse là bas. c'est à peu près ce qu'on me dit. Moi ici je suis coiffeuse à domicile, et on m'a dit que ça marchait bien aussi. ON verra bien.
Pour les appart on m'a dit qu'il vallait mieux passer par les particuliers si possible. Je demanderais qu'on regarde pour moi sur place 2 ou 3 mois avant que je parte, ou peut être trouver du boulot avant c'est vrai.
Pour la quarantaine on m'a dit. J'espère que d'ici 2 ans ça sera rétablit....
Pour l'electricité, ça fait cher je trouve ce que tu me dit, moi on m'a dit qu'il fallait compter à peu prêt 8000cfp et pour l'eau a peu prêt 5000cfp...
Pour internet, elle m'a dit qu'elle payait 4100cfp...

Juste quelques précisions au sujet des chiffres et notamment pour l'electricité... Nous on a tout electrique, plaque, four et chauffe eau alors ça grimpe vite... si tu as du gaz et bien tu reduit ta facture elec!
Pour internet il y a plusieurs niveau de rapidité... donc il y a des formules à partir 4000 et quelques mais faut voir ce que tu veux faire avec ton internet. Et puis ça c'est le prix du fournisseur d'internet, mais faut aussi souscrire un abonnement telephonique normal OPT, donc si on aditionne OPT+fournisseur internet tu arrive à ce que je t'ai donné.
Comme quoi les chiffre peuvent etre relatif sur ce forum! et sont donc à prendre avec precaution...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
