30000 euros pour une maison c est tres possible par contre qui dit maison dit terrain ca me parait un peu leger, de plus il y a pas mal de loi protectrice pour les thai.
Je pense qu un condo de bon standing sera plus approprié a tes moyens et plus simple au niveau de la praprasse.

Sinon comme le font remarquer mes collegues voyageurs si tu as dix huit ans il va falloir faire pas mal d aller retour pour pouvoir rester en thailande a long terme. Il y a une autre possibilité c est un visa etudiant (1an) tu auras l obligation de suivre des cours de thai dans une ecole reconnu par l etat thailandais mais tu n aura plus besoin de faire des aller retour dans les pays limitrophes.
Sachant que la plupart de ces ecoles sont sur bangkok, phuket, pattaya et je crois chiang mai il faudra choisir un emplacement dans ces secteurs.
Ensuite tu n indiques pas le niveau de tes rentes du coup on ne peut pas te conseiller fiablement sur la possibilité de ton projet.

A ecouter et lire certaines personnes sur ce post/forum, on dirait qu'ils sont tous arrives en Thailande avec 100, 000 euros dans la poche...
Bref, ca sert a rien de polemiquer donc pour en revenir a ton post, 30, 000 euros + rentes (montant annuel?)pour toute une vie, c'est pas enorme en effet mais c'est possible, tout depend ton rythme de vie. Cependant, si tu achetes une maison de suite, tu risque de griller tes 30, 000 euros assez vite donc prevoit plutot de louer pendant quelques mois.
