Principalement pour ma fille ainée qui a 5 ans 1/2. Je sais déjà que les calendrier scolaires sont inversé par rapport à ici. Nous devons rallier la NC en juillet2009 et je m'inquiète de savoir dans quelle classe elle sera accueillie car en métropole elle devrai intéger le CP a la rentrée prochaine. En effet je me demande si elle sera intégrée en CP ou si elle devra rester en Grande section de maternelle. Quelqu'un pourait-il me donner de plus ample renseignement merci d'avance.
Sinon ma 2ème fille aura 2 ans en janvier prochain et je me demande a partir de quel âge elle pourra être inscrite a l'école.

Je ne connais pas sur Tontouta, mais je suppose que c'est la même chose qu'à Plum.
Les enfants sont acceptés à l'école à partir de 3 ans révolus à la date de la rentrée (février).
Pour votre ainée, elle fera surement un 4ème trimestre de grande section maternelle. Le trimestre "perdu" sera rattrapé à votre départ, elle ne fera que 2 trimestre en NC et rentrera dans la classe suivante au retour en Métropole. les écoles accueillant des enfants de militaires ont l'habitude. Avant le retour en métropole, ils boostent les enfants pour qu'ils puissent intégrer la classe supérieure.

J'habite Tontouta et Laëtitia t'a répondu correctement.
Tu n'as pas d'inquiétude à te faire, le niveau de Tontouta est bon voir très bon. A la fin de la grande section de maternelle, la plupart des enfants savent lire.
La directrice Mme Trahan applique strictement les textes pour le passage en classe supérieure ou non. C'est à dire en fonction de la date de naissance de l'enfant. Si l'enfant est né après le 31/05, ta fille fera à nouveau un troisième trimestre. Sinon elle lui fera passer des tests pour voir si l'enfant peut intégrer la classe supérieure. Donc pour ta deuxième fille elle aura 3 ans en janvier 2010, elle ira en petite section en 02/2010.

Etes-vous sûre que vous serez domiciliés à TONTOUTA.? Certains militaires de la B.A.N TONTOUTA sont logés à NOUMEA.
De toute façon pour la scolarité des enfants, cela ne change rien.
Pas seulement certains, la grande majorité est logé à Nouméa et prend le bus 😉 Après si vous voulez absolument vivre à Tontouta, pas de problème, le bureau logement sera ravi d'avoir des volontaires 😛
A priori oui, nous serons domiciliés sur tontouta, la personne que mon mari va remplacer y habite avec sa famille et d'après ce que nous savons, toute les personnes ayant occupées ce poste on toujours été logées là.
Cela ne m'inquiète pas trop de vivre à Tontouta; malgré tout ce que l'on peut lire ou écouter je préfère rester sans opinion et constater par moi même lorsque je serais sur place.
Chacun a sa façon de voir les choses et je préfère m'en préserver.

Pour chercher la commune en visue tu peux aller sur Google hearth mais LA TONTOUTA fait partie de la Commune de Païta. Si tu aimes la nature, tu seras servie, la côte est magnifique (quand il fait beau !) de toute façon tu es as 45 minutes de Nouméa et la route est très bonne .

Je me permets de te répondre puisque l'année dernière avant mon départ j'avais déjà pu lire tes messages sur ce site.
Apparemment Tontouta ne te plaît pas si tu y as du moins déjà vécu!!!
Sache que la plupart des personnes qui y habitent s'y plaisent réellement, la vie y est très douce et surtout appropriée si tu as des enfants.
Les villas sont très agréables et quoi que l'on puisse dire c'est quand même super important, le wharf de tomo est tout prêt et si tu as un bateau le "paradis" est à quelques miles avec notamment les ilôts Ténia.
Enfin bref je suis une ardente défenseuse de Tontouta...
Nouméa c'est bien aussi mais tu y va facilement et cela reste une ville très polluée avec en ce moment de gros problèmes de baux pour les militaires d'où une véritable loterie pour les logments qui peuvent être vraiment pas top!!!
Donc pas d'inquiétude si vous êtes logés ici.

je vie sur Tamoa à 5 min de Tontouta, ma fille est scolarisée sur la Tamoa une des deux écoles qui desservent la région de Tontouta et je travail sur Nouméa. Franchement je ne déménagerai sur nouméa pour rien au monde.
les écoles sont très bien, la vie y est agréable il y a un centre équestre pour les enfants des plages à proximité la rivière de Tontouta pour l'été ( pour les nouveaux vous y allez aussi l'hiver).
on est pas loin de Nouméa.
les logements militaires sur tontouta sont un peu vieillo mais ça fait club de vacances tu peux laisser jouer tes enfants dans la rue sans crainte, ya des jardins, franchement c'est bien.
je vais souvant promener mes chiens le soir dans ce quartier car il est agréable paisible.
non franchement faut pas s'inquiété ya même un super U!!!!!!!!
Ca fait du bien de voir qu'il y a des gens qui se plaisent sur place parce que à en croire d'autre c'est pas la vie en rose.
Personnellement j'habite à la campagne dans une maison avec un grand jardin ( en métropole ) et je m'imagine très mal en ville. Mon mari et mes enfants ne supporteraient pas non plus de vivre en "cage à poule".
Adepte de la mer et de la campagne je pense que le lieu doit être sympathique à vivre.
De toute façon, je suis plutôt du style à m'integrer assez rapidement.
Quoiqu'on en dise c'est sur place que l'on constatera les choses par nous même, mieux vaut ne pas se donner trop d'impression negatives car sinon autant laisser nos maris partir seul.
