Nous vivons depuis presque 2 ans à Bangkok, on ne peut pas acheter comme en France, c'est un bail de 99 ans, ce n'est pas le même système et çà ne vaut ps le couppour s peu de temps.Nous louons dans un condominium, c'es ce qu'il y a de mieux.
Le quartier du lycée fraçais est très loin du centre ville de BKK et les tarifs du lycée très élevé.
Dans quoi allez vous travailler à BKK ?

La vie n'est pas un long fleuve tranquille surtout en Thaïlande...
La question se pose partout ! En Thaïlande, les prix de l'immobilier montent très vite. Mais il va y avoir un ralentissement en raison des résultats économiques médiocres de l'actuel gouvernement militaire -provisoire-.
Pour 2 années, je ne suis pas sûr qu'il soit intéressant d'acheter. Mais il y a toujours des opportunités ! Permettez-moi un conseil de pro: prenez votre temps pour choisir, et testez le quartier pour être certains qu'il vous convient. Bangkok est immense, et le choix d'appartements énorme. Quant aux agences spécialisées
pour farangs, elles pratiquent des tarifs souvent exorbitants !
Le quartier Ratchadapisek est assez sympa, car plutôt calme (pour Bangkok !). Mais du coup c'est un quartier cher. L'avantage est d'être à proximité du Lycée Français pour les enfants. A noter que les tarifs de ce Lycée sont extrêmement élevés, mais il est le seul établissement permettant de rester dans le circuit des études françaises, hormis le CNED.
Sous réserve que l'immeuble où vous voulez acheter comporte moins de 49% de tantièmes dans les mains d'étrangers, vous pouvez acheter en pleine propriété comme en France. Sinon, ou dans le cas d'une maison (propriété du sol), vous devez constituer une compagnie pour acquérir le bien. Ca fonctionne pareillement mais occasionne des frais de création, puis chaque année (néanmoins peu importants).

Merci infiniment pour ces précisions importantes, nous pensons en effet nous installer quelques temps à l'hotel et faire le tour des agences immobilières locales, notre problème majeur est notre anglais plus que rudimentaire alors pour une transaction de cette envergure, nous aurions étés plus à l'aise avec une agence et des collaborateurs "français". Nous sommes également conscient du coût "farangs" que nous subirons automatiquement... notre choix en effet se porterait aux alentours du lycée Français prix élevé mais nous n'avons pas le choix.(nous ferons un dossier pour l'obtention d'une bourse), le quartier Ratchadapisek que vous mentionné nous interesserait beaucoup nous voulons éviter à nos enfants un parcours embouteillé et long chaque jour. Pouvons nous penser négocier facilement le prix d'achat. Nous sommes preneur de tous conseils nous permettant de mener à bien notre projet.
