voila, je suis décidé a partir vivre en Thaïlande, plus précisément a phuket,
Mais motivation sont la découverte de se pays, la culture, la religion, mais plus particulièrement le muay-thai...je pratique se sport depuis 3ans et je voudrais m'imprégnais de cet passion au coeur même de sont pays d'origine...😏😏
Je sais que ses dur de trouver du travail pour les étrangers (autorisation de travail, visa, chômages, etc...). Mais je suis technicien frigoriste (diplômé), et aussi plombier (diplômé), et je travail dans une entreprise international (DALKIA).
Tous sa pour dire que j’exerce un métier manuel, dont les qualification sont spéciales, et ou le travail ne manque pas...
Donc pensez-vous que je puisse trouver du travail dans mon domaine??????
N'ayant jamais mis un pied sur le continent asiatique, je me donne 2 mois pour me décider sur place, si oui ou non, vivre ici a phuket me convient...

Agriculture: culture du riz, sel pour l'agriculture.
Activite commerciale: Le commerce intérieur dans les produits de l'agriculture, le commerce des terres.
Service aux l'entreprise: comptabilité, elevage des animaux de ferme, architecture, publicité, courtage, vente aux enchères, Salon de Coiffure et soins de beauté, industrie du bâtiment.
Catégorie B.
Culture des orchidées, élevage de vers à soie, exploitation du bois, pêche, riz. Commerce et industire: farine, sucre, boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées, vent de glaces, de produits pharmaceutiques, de bois, d'or, d'argent et de pierres précieuses, sculpture sur bois, laque, fabrication de vêtements et chaussures, leurs impressions, édition de journaux - antiquités et beaux-arts.
Tourisme:Tour operateur, Hotelleries (sauf sous certaines conditions) photographie, blanchisserie, tout ce qui touche aux transports (terre et eau)
Catégorie C.
Reste donc... l'exportation, equipements et outils, la vente de produits alimentaires, boissons favorisant le tourisme... fabrication d'aliments pour animaux, extraction d'huile vegetale, fabrication textile, impression sur tissus, fabrication céramique, assiettes et bols, articles de papeterie, exploitation miniere.
Donc a mon avis ca va pas être possible vu que ce sont des métiers liés a l'industrie du batiment.

Au delà du permis de travail, le grand problème, c'est surtout le salaire... Ce sera un salaire thaï, et ça ne va pas bien haut...

question idiote : n'as tu pas demandé à Dalkia ou Veolia qu'ils te mutent en Thaïlande ?
Sinon je suis d'accord avec mes prédecesseurs, ton salaire risque d'en prendre un sacré coup.
Et si tu veux cotiser pour la retraite française pour ne pas perdre tes acquis il faudra cotiser à la CFE qui est relativement onéreuse

Tout d'abord merci de vos retours...
Pour répondre un peu a tous le mondes, le salaire m'importe peu, du moment ou j'en est assez pour vivre sous un toit, est que je puisse financer mais cours de muay-thai (environ 200e/moi).
Je m'attend aussi a devoir vivre avec peu d'argent, donc peu de sortie, peu de dépense personnel...
Ses d'ailleurs le cas ici en France malgré un salaire correct!!!!

J'ai demandai au prés de DALKIA pour une éventuel mutation, mais DALKIA Energie, n'y est pas encore vraiment installer!!!
Puis si j'ai très peu de chance dans la partie Energétique, qu'elle autre métier pourrais-je exercer sans pour autant déranger les conditions thaïlandaises??

J'ai prit contact avec une boite de plongeur professionnel pour les touristes, ses se qui marche le mieux pour les étrangers!! Mais bon je ne vais pas à Phuket pour faire de l'argent, sinon j'aurais choisi un autre pays!!
J’attends de voir se qu'ils proposent, tout d'abord en formation professionnel, puis en tant que salarié.
Mais bon je ne me fait pas trop d'illusion non plut!!!
Beaucoup on tenté l'expérience avant moi et on était déçue, mais certain y sont arrivé alors pourquoi pas moi!!!

Question boulot => le travail manuel (surtout !) est totalement interdit aux étrangers en Thaïlande !(=> DESOLE !)et la liste des autres métiers interdits est très très longues la bas !!.(presque tout est interdit !!)
la question du salaire ne se pose donc même pas , ...puisque vous ne trouverait aucune possibilité d'embauche au pays du sourir , ....à moins...à moins ... de travailler pour une boite française (ou autres Co occidentales )instalé la bas ce qui relevé du possible dans ce cas , ....à condition de se faire muter par votre boite la bas , et d'avoir cette opportunité (contrat ficelé )déjà avant de partir surtout !
Question travail la Thailande n'est pas le pays eldorado !.(loin de là même !!)
les seuls qui sont bien venus la bas sont les retraités (apres 50 ans seulement donc selon les lois Thais ....avec des moyens conséquent attention )les fortunés ou investisseurs aussi , ...qui ont commis l'imprudence ( irreparable souvent !)de tout vendre dans leurs pays pour venir s'installer en Thailande 🤪😕 et qui investissent sans la savoir et très souvent à perte (dans les 95% des cas malheureusement et je suis gentille avec les 5% restant 😄)tout leurs argent disponible (le plus souvent ), ....sans espérer le recuperer un jour (très rares sont ceux qui arivent , ..par contre très nombreux sont ceux qui perdant la totalité de leurs investissement et en prime ils ont des AM ou gros problèmes à résoudre sur place et finissent par abdiquer au final !!), ....et les simples touristes muni des moyens nécessaires pour leurs sejour courte duré !.(environ 100 € par jour et par P , ...surtout dans un endroit comme phuket )
Donc on va en Thailnde pour vivre très sympa , ...mais sûrement pas pour y travailler , ....et si vous avez les moyens de partir vos mieux avoir des moyens déjà sous forme de => capital , ou une retraite , ou une rente quelconque , vous permettant de vivre la bas sans travailler SURTOUT !!
Voila et désolé (de nouveau ) de confirmer les dires des autres initiés sur la question !.😕...et ceux qui vous dirons le contraire éventuellement " ne sont pas vos amis, ... sachez le" , ...car cela peut vous être utile !.

Actuellement entrepreneur dans l'immobilier, transport, je cherche un(e) associé(e) / partenaires/ fondation pour un projet dans l'agriculture donc je suis propriétaire de 10 hectares de terrain.
Les hectares étant inexploités durant des années faute des moyens financiers car le projet nécessite un apport je dirait considérable , acteur principal que je suis je dispose d'un apport minimal.
Je crois qu'il est temps de donner vie à cette espace pour des besoins nesseciteux afin qu'il soit dans un intérêt commun à la société.
Le projet est simple :
1) Cultiver du maïs+usine de transformation en farine
2) Un mini super marché+une boulangerie moderne en utilisant la farine pour pâtisserie etc...
3) Construire un service de santé
4) Construire une école maternelle et primaire
5) Construire des logements gratuits pour expatriés à la retraite en échange de leurs participations gratuite dans leurs domaines respectives.
Ceci étant un projet dont j'y crois , j'invite toutes personnes intéressées à apporter une touche personnelle, sous la forme d'un conseil, une orientation et enfin une implication.
NB: projet à l'échelle nationale et internationale au niveau de l'emplois.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
