Cela fait deux fois en 2 mois que je vais en RD. J'ai vraiment eu le coup de coeur pour ce pays et j'envisage sérieusement de m'y installer.

Je comprends assez bien l'espagnol et le parle sans trop de problème.
C'est certain que présentement nous arrivons en basse saison alors les possibilités d'emplois sont plus difficile à trouver. Le meilleur temps pour venir travailler ici est vers la mi-novembre. A ce moment là, les commerces et tout sont à la recherche de personnel, ensuite même si la saison basse arrive étant donné que tu as déjà un emploi, c'est plus facile de le garder. Si tu vas aussi dans les zones plus touristique c'est plus facile. Je ne sais pas ce que tu recherches comme travaille mais ici c'est surtout l'hotellerie, la restauration, la vente qui sont les emplois les plus solicités.

Je n'ai pas de domaine précis pour le travail j'aimerai bien l'hotellerie .
Je ne sais pas si je vais pouvoir attendre le retour de la haute saison pour revenir en RD car quand on y a gouté c difficile de s'en passer 😉 et j'ai vraiment envie de quitter la France.
En tout cas si tu entends parler d'un job je suis partante et trés motivée!

moi jai fait deux voyages en republique dominicaine et je suis vraiment tombé amoureuse avec se pays jaimerais vraiment aller minstaler a cabarete pour travailler et jaimerais savoir si il est dificile de se trouver un appartement et un travaile la bas

Pour te donner l'heure juste, il est certain que le meilleur temps pour venir s'installer ici est à la fin octobre, début décembre, juste un peu avant la haute saison car maintenant la saison d'été est trop avancé et à partir de septembre c'est la période morte jusqu'aux fêtes. Assure toi d'avoir un peu d'argent de côté car quand on vit ici ce n'est pas comme quand on est touriste en vacance, le coût de la vie est très cher, la bouffe et les loyers. Donc il faut prévoir pour les jours plus difficiles.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
