Bonjour tout le monde!!
J'aimerais partir travailler en France au mois de février (milieu-fin février probablement) jusqu'a la fin de l'été si possible. J'ai déja obtenu mon visa de travail. Étant donné que c'est la premiere fois que je vais faire un tel voyage, c'est a dire partir seule a l'étranger et me débrouiller pour trouver un travail, j'aimerais mettre toutes les chances de mon coté en demandant quelques conseils. Je ne me cache pas du fait que ca me fait un peu peur et je suis insécure.
Ma soeur étudie a Paris pour un an, elle revient fin juin. Je vais aller la voir en premier et apres me diriger par moi-meme vers la destination que j'aurai choisi.
J'aimerais savoir vers quelle(s) ville(s) je devrais me diriger pour avoir le plus de chances possibles de me trouver un emploi. (Ville touristique? Grosse, petite?) Le Sud de la France, est-ce que c'est une bonne destination?
Je pensais travailler dans la restauration ou dans un bar, mais je n'ai malheureusement pas d'experience dans ce domaine. Je suis infirmiere et j'ai commencé tres jeune a travailler dans mon domaine, ce qui ne m'a pas donné le temps d'avoir beaucoup de jobines. Mais j'imagine qu'avec la saison estivale qui arrive, ils recherchent quand meme pas mal de monde. Un autre type d'emploi ferait aussi mon affaire. Je me demande aussi quel genre de logement je devrais me chercher? Est-ce que c'est facile se loger pour quelques mois seulement? Je ne veux pas vraiment d'auberge de jeunesse... étant donné que je pense rester quelques mois.
Je pense que ca va etre tout pour l'instant, ce sont mes principales préoccupations!

Voici quelques elements que je peux t'apporter et qui j'espere pourront t'aider....
Tout d'abord il y a beaucoup d'etrangers de tous les pays qui decident de venir travailler en france principalement pour y faire leurs etudes. Ils choississent des grandes villes comme Paris bien sur, Marseille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Montpellier ou Toulouse... Ce sont toutes des grandes villes etudiantes et touristiques. Maintenant si tu viens pour l'ete tu peux aussi choisir de venir dans une station balneaire et là tu as le choix car la france a beaucoup de cotes ;-)
Pour ce qui est du job, on manque d'infirmieres en france mais apres dans quelles conditions peux tu exercer en france je ne sais pas.... peut etre en prenant contact avec des hopitaux ou des cabinets privés qui peut etre chercheront des remplaçantes pour l'ete ??? Ou peut etre avec des hotels, clubs de vacances, campings etc.. qui ont souvent une infirmerie....
Sinon pour ce qui est d'etre serveuse etc... pourquoi pas mais c'est je pense assez dur, pas super bien payé et pour ce qui est du logement souvent tu payes tres cher le meme prix que les touristes surtout si tu fais ça au bord de la mer.... Je pense que tu peux trouver car ils cherchent toujours beaucoup de monde mais attention en france ça marche aussi un peu au piston/par connaissance (pa stout le temps heureusement) et tous les etudiants français vont chercher eux aussi ce genre de boulot au meme moment que toi...
Dans l'absolu je te conseille la colocation pour te loger, c'est plus sympa, moins cher et ça se trouve assez facilement meme pour des periodes courtes surtout l'ete (souvent des etudiants sous louent leur chambre), il y a des tas de sites internet specialisés ou sinon dans tous les points d'infos pour etudiants.

Saches encore et toujours que le Canada et la France sont deux pays qui s'admirent mutuellement. C'est normal outre les raison historiques!...
Mon épouse et moi serions très heureux de t'ouvrir notre porte pour te loger car la maison est assez grande pour recevoir les amis.
Nous habitons en Charente Maritime à Saintes mais l'emploi dans cette région située sur la côte atlantique entre Bordeaux et La Rochelle, ne procure pas trop d'emploi et, Saintes est une ville de trent cinq mille habitants: Donc pas très attractive pour quelqu'un qui vient d'une grande ville; ça dépend ce qu'on recherche! ( Je vais me faire tuer par le Maire!!!)
Saintes est à trois heures de Paris. Plusieurs trains par jour. ici en France ce moyen de trransport est assez cher, même pour nous.
C'est vrai qu'habiter une grande ville procure plus de chance de trouver un emploi mais à contrario, les logements sont plus honéreux.
Vois ce que tu souhaiterais que l'on fasses pour te faciliter ton séjour.

Pour ce qui est de travailler comme infirmiere, je ne sais pas si en France mon diplome est reconnu sans que j'aille a passer d'examen...
Je sais que le genre de travail que je recherche n'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux payé, mais ce que je recherche n'est pas de revenir chez moi riche. Je veux tout simplement voyager, voir comment c'est vivre en France pour un bout de temps, sans que ca me coute tres cher!
De plus, j'ai le gout de changements et mon premier choix serait de faire autre chose qu'infirmiere! Mais je vais quand meme m'informer, on sait jamais!
La collocation est une bonne idée, je n'y avais pas pensé.
C'est vraiment gentil d'offrir votre hospitalité, j'apprécie ce geste. Par contre, vous dites que vous habitez dans une petite ville et que c'est difficile de se trouver un emploi. Étant donné que mes projets sont d'aller travailler, je crois que ce n'est pas le meilleur projet que d'aller à une place ou je n'ai pas beaucoup d'opportunités. Je crois en effet qu'une plus grosse ville serait l'idéal.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
