Je fais pas mal de recherche depuis quelques heures mais je ne trouve pas la bonne info.
Pour quelqu'un qui travaille à Lausanne (disons avec un salaire de 100 000 CHF annuel, pour simplifier le calcul), et vit en France à la frontière, au niveau des impôts, s'il décide de les payer en France par exemple, comment ça fonctionne avec le prélèvement à la source du canton de Vaud ?
Combien seront prélevé à la source par la suisse, et combien par la France (d'ailleurs comment ça fonctionne vu que la France instaure aussi le prélèvement à la source).
Outre les formalité administrative à remplir (ça j'ai trouvé toutes les infos), je voudrais savoir en gros sur les 100k CHF combien il reste une fois tous les impôts payés à l'un et l'autre.
J'ai cru comprendre que la suisse faisait un prélèvement à la source pour le canton de vaud pour les frontaliers qui font un aller-retour quotidien. De combien est ce prélèvement ?
Pour les impôts en France, peut-on déduire ce prélèvement? Comment ça se passe ?
Merci. Le lien que vous m'avez fourni donne une partie de la réponse: les salaires ne sont pas soumis à l'impôt à la source si la personne rempli les 3 conditions (durée de trajet, fournir tous les papiers et retour à domicile tous les jours).
Il me reste donc une dernière question : Y a-t-il d'autres impôts à payer (en dehors de tout ce qui est TVA, et autres consommations quotidienne), du genre pour la commune ou le canton du lieu de travail par exemple ?

Oui, désolé, en fait je l'ai supprimé lorsque j'ai vu qu'il y avait déjà d'autres posts similaires. Cependant j'ai réalisé après coup qu'ils datent de 2009, 2011... Un peu vieux donc.
Je demandais en gros le cout de la vie, pour voir combien je pourrais mettre de côté avec un salaire de 100k.
- Loyer (disons 3 pièce, 75m², pour 2 personnes)
- Parking (est-ce mieux de vivre en dehors de lausanne et venir en bus / metro ? ou plutôt vivre à Lausanne et garer sa voiture ?
- Internet / TV / Tel
- Nourriture (bio, manger bien et sain)
- Meubles / electromenager etc. (pour meubler mon futur aparte, à moins qu'il ne soit déjà meublé ?)
- Amendes (j'ai un peu peur de ça, il parait qu'on se fait dénoncer toutes les 5 minutes pour tout et n'importe quoi, genre temps de réaction trop long à un feu qui passe au vert...)
- Assurances (quelles assurances sont obligatoires ?)
- Sécu ?
- Electricité / eau / gaz ?
- Impôts ?
- Frais bancaires ?
- Transport en commun (bus, metro)
- Essence, assurance auto ?
- Y a-t-il d'autres dépenses à prévoir (genre taxe d'habitation, ordures ménagère, autre ?)
- Loisirs (Club de tennis, salle de sport, danse ?)
D'après mes calculs, en vivant en France à la frontière, je mettrais autour de 3000€ / mois de côté, mais la fatigue du trajet quotidien (1h facile, voire plus quand il neige en hivers etc.) me fait un peu peur...
Je ne connais pas les loyers à Lausanne, 3 pièces dans le canton de Vaud, c'est 1 cuisine, 1 salon et 2 chambres (à Genève, la cuisine compte dans le calcul)...
Les 2 postes qui coûteront le plus cher, ce sera le loyer et l'assurance maladie (ce que vous appelez "sécu"), surtout si vous prenez une assurance complémentaire ("mutuelle" chez vous).
Ce matin, j'ai fait le plein de ma voiture 1.72 frs le litre de super95 sans plomb. Pour ma voiture, avec casco complet, j'en ai environ pour 1'200 fr. d'assurance, à quoi il faut ajouter les plaques (env. 280 fr. de mémoire par année, le chiffre ne sera pas le même à Lausanne qu'à Genève de toute façon et cela dépend du type de véhicule)...
Internet, portable et téléphone fixe, env. 60 frs par mois pour moi, mais je téléphone très peu...
Redevance TV annuelle, ça va baisser sauf erreur à 365 frs par année.
Il y a 40 ans que je conduis, l'an dernier ai reçu une amende pour être passée à 56 km devant un radar mobile là où il fallait passer à 50 km/h... (40 frs), donc je ne peux pas vraiment dire que je me sens persécutée à chaque feu rouge ou autres... 😉
C'est bien dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'amende pour ceux qui sont longs à la détente aux feux rouges......les caisses publiques déborderaient...😛😛
La santé, comptez en tout cas 400.- par personne pour une assurance sans complémentaire ( je dis par personne car il me semble qu'en France les enfants , ou le conjoint qui ne travaille pas, ne cotisent pas)
Pour les loyers faites un tour sur immoscout24.ch , vous verrez quelles sont les propositions sur le site pour la région que vous recherchez.
Manger bien et bio, tout dépend de votre consommation de viande.Elle coûte au bas mot entre 2 et 3x plus cher qu'en France ( je fais régulièrement mes courses en France, habitant à 5 km de la frontière, je connais les prix des deux côtés). Fruits et légumes environ le double, parfois moins selon les promotions ( qui s'appellent "action " ici) Allez sur le site leShop.ch, c'est la version en ligne d'une grande chaîne de supermarché, vous pourrez voir combien coûtent les produits équivalents à ceux que vous aimez consommer.
