Je viens d'avoir recemment une proposition pour travailler a lausanne en suisse. J'aimerai avoir des avis afin de pouvoir prendre la meilleur decision.
J'ai 35 ans et je suis administrateur reseau depuis 9 ans à la caf (france). Je gagne 2100 net/mois et on vient de me proposer un job similaire en suisse à lausanne comme technicien IT a poste fixe plein temps.
J'ai passé l'entretien qui s'avere positif et l'on me propose 6000 francs net. Ma femme ne travaille pas et nous avons un enfant de 1 an.
Est t'il possible de bien vivre a toi avec un seul salaire pour 3 personnes ?
D'apres vous que nous restera t'il approximativement pour nos loisirs en payant le loyer, la nourriture, la retraite, l'assurance maladie... ?
T'es sur que c'est 6000.00 net??? On négocie rarement son salaire net en entretien en Suisse... A voir aussi si c'est x12 ou x13.
En habitant sur Lausanne, je trouve ca assez juste pour 3, va déjà voir sur www.homegate.ch / www.immoscout.ch pour te faire une idée des loyers de la région.
Oui c'est 6000 ch net soit environ 7000 ch brut sur 13 mois.
Sachant que les loyers sont elevés on compte mettre environ 1000 à 1500 ch par mois. (j'ai regardé le site homegate)
Je sais que l'on doit payer obligatoirement l'assurance maladie, la retraite, les impots, etc ...
A trois sur le salaire, pensez vous que l'on pourrait s'en sortir ?

Je ne connais pas votre train de vie, mais avec ce salaire pour 3 oui vous vous en sortirez mais il ne restera pas grand chose une fois que vous aurez tout payé, ca ne laisse pas beaucoup de marge pour les activités annexes.
La proposition d'emploi est bien a lausanne. Par contre, que voulez vous dire par saturation de logements ? Il me semble que plusieurs soient disponible dans ces prix la ... Ya t'il peut etre des criteres de selection ? Aussi, savez vous si les salaires evoluent rapidement en suisse ?Merci beaucoup !
Pénurie d'appartement, il faut être sur place pour trouver qqchose et être très réactif.
Un appartement à Lausanne pour CHF 1000??? Je ne me baserai pas sur un prix autant bas pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. A moins que vous ne recherchiez qu'un petit logement de moins de 40m2. Lors de la lecture d'annonce, comprendre qu'un appartement 2 pièces = 1 chambre à coucher (et non 2!!) + salon + cuisine + salle de bains.
Aussi, savez vous si les salaires evoluent rapidement en suisse ?
J'imagine que ca dépend des secteurs. En règle générale, le salaire doit être bien négocié lors de l'entretien, il n'est pas forcément évident de demander des augmentations par la suite.
La plupart des employeurs nous augmentent automatiquement d'1% en fin d'année (ou plus) par rapport à l'inflation du coût de la vie.
Je souhaiterai disposer d'un aussi bon salaire, et certainement bien des familles Suisses! qui bouclent leur fin de mois tant bien que mal. Pour te donner une idée de budjet, je joins un lien, pour ma part j'émets des réserves, bon je suis de l'ancienne école! on économisait pour acheter... etc..

Une appartement à lausanne pour vous 3 serait un 3pièces 1/2 (2 chambres à coucher).... le prix est à partir de 1300 francs ... si on déduit assurance maladie... 650 fr pour tous mais avec franchise par adulte de 600 fr (donc à mettre de coté 120 fr par mois au cas où) sans compter qu'après il faut payer les 10%... bref nous en somme à 6000-1300 - 650 - 120 = 3930
ensuite les impots... c environ 1mois et des bananes de salaire brut... donc environ 8400 divisé par 12 = 700
du coup il te reste environ 3230....
nourriture 800
tél natel 100
electricité 75
on est à 2200 environt
allez on arrondi à 2000
là il faut encore déduire les abonnements de transports.... ou bien la voiture... le gros morceaux.
et le reste pour les habits, sorties, loisirs et éventuellement vacances....
avec ca je pense que ca peut jouer.... mais c pas le grand luxe

Personnellement, je suis seule avec 4 enfants et mon revenu est d'environ 9500 net (allocation enfants inclus) et je paie 1100 d'impot par mois...et je m'en sors assez bien

Les chiffres de la FRC que vous indiquez ont été publiés en janvier 2009. Ils n'ont donc pas pu être calculés d'après les montants relevés en 2008, mais en 2007.
A mon avis, ils ne sont plus valables aujourd'hui, ils sont trop en-dessous du coût de la vie. Tout a augmenté, sauf les salaires.🙁

L'assurance maladie propose plusieurs prix de cotisation mensuelle en fonction de la franchise choisie. Si l'on choisit une franchise de 1'500 fr. annuelle, la cotisation baisse.
Les 600 premiers francs dépensés ne sont pas couverts, donc Nathalie dit il y a 2 adultes, ça fait 1'200 fr. non couverts par année, alors elle met de côté chaque mois environ 120 fr. pour couvrir ces 1'200 fr. au cas où je suppose.
Maintenant, si vous trouvez un appartement à Lausanne à 1'300 fr. par mois, je pense que c'est un miracle... Personnellement, je chercherais peut-être à Yverdon (liaison train et autoroute avec Lausanne).

Tu dois surement parler de CHF 6000.-- brut, car pour un un salaire brut de CHF 7000.-- tu as au minimum CHF 1050 de charges sociales plus les impôts qui te seront prélevés à la source, donc un total d'environ 25 % de charges, soit un salaire net de CHF 5'200.-- environ...

J'ai cherché ce matin des appartement sur lausanne... et le moins cher que j'ai trouvé est de 1560 francs.. (2 chambres à coucher)

Pour la retraite... il y a l'avs (assurance vieillesse) qui est de 5.05% du salaire brut.. obligatoire et relevé à la source

Ce n'est pas tout à fait ça, la retraite en Suisse repose sur trois piliers:
Premier pilier: AVS (assurance-vieillesse et survivants)
Couverture des besoins vitaux
Retraite par répartition
Payé à part égal entre l'employé et l'employeur
Deuxième pilier: LPP (prévoyance professionnelle)
Maintien du niveau de vie
Retraite par capitalisation
L'employeur choisi la caisse et détermine le taux de cotisation
Troisième pilier: Prévoyance personnelle
Besoins personnels
Retraite par capitalisation
Cotisation personnelle
C'est sur le troisième pilier que tu peux jouer, il n'est pas obligatoire mais très intéressant car tu peux le déduire des impôts! La cotisation annuelle max est de 6566chf, contact ta banque pour plus de renseignement...

personnellement, cela fait quelques mois que nous sommes installés sur Lausanne et nous dépensons depuis notre arrivée en moyenne 5200 CHF /mois sans le loyer à 4. Ca donne une idée mais tout le monde vit differemment ... Il faut arriver à faire ces propres calculs. De mon côté, j'avais fait les miens et je ne me suis pas trop trompé.
Et attention à toutes les charges liées à l'arrivée en suisse : permis de conduire, controle véhicule, pneus neige, taxe habitants...

Chez moi, l'eau est comprises dans les charges de l'appartement, le gaz je n'en ai pas, et l'électricité est facturée par l'équivalent d'EDF (il en serait certainement de même pour le gaz si j'en avais)

Moi, j'aimerais bien trouver un bulot aussi, mais je ne sais pas s'il y a de travaille pour les architectes en ce moment (A l'Espagne il n'y a pas) et a quelle salaire peurait je m'attendre. Efectivement 6'000 brut c'est peu, surtout il me semble pour le poste, mais je ne ne m'avance plus trop niveau salaire, selon mes compratiotes plus vraiment à la page!
Concernant le fait de trouver un boulot comme architecte, désolée mais je pense qu'en ce moment sur le marché Suisse c'est très diffiicile! voir impossible. Dans ma région les rares postes disponibles sont conducteurs de travaux, donc pas vraiment pareil! et j'imagine qu'en Suisse Romande c'est identique. Il faut dire aussi que le métier à bien changé!!! Comme c'est la crise, le secteur bâtiment est le premier touché! et nombreux Suisses sont au chômages, donc...
