J'ai travaillé pendant plus de 8ans dans une compagnie fluviale : j'ai débuté en tant qu'animatrice pour évoluer ensuite au sein de l'entreprise en tant que commissaire de bord ( responsable de l'hôtellerie restauration). J'avais en charge la responsabilité du bâteau, du personnel et des passagers ( gestion , management, et satisfaction de la clientèle).
J'ai quitté l'entreprise pour diverses raisons et maintenant j'ai beaucoup de mal à trouver un emploi. Pour rester en corrélation avec mon profil professionnel, je souhaite diriger un établissement touristique.
J'ai eu aujourd'hui un entretien avec la psychologue de l'AFPA (association de formation professionnel pour adultes) pour une entrée en formation " responsable d'un établissement touristique". Cette personne en charge de mon dossier me suggère de tenter une "EMT" - évaluation en Milieu de Travail - qui me permettra de faire le point sur mon savoir-faire et mes aptitudes...BLABLA mais pour cela il me faut un hôtel qui serait prêt à me prendre en stage; de plus les ASSEDICS FINANCENT LE STAGE donc tout bénéf pour l'établissement.
Je suis prête à tenter le coup mais je ne sais pas comment m'y prendre...
Si certains d'entre vous ont rencontré la même situation, j'aimerai que vous me donniez des conseils afin de réaliser mon objectif; si tel est le cas j'aimerai faire ce stage au Maroc ou en France.
L'entrée en formation est possible mais j'ai de nombreux tests à passer et celui qui m'engoisse est le test en Anglais car je suis bilingue Allemand. J'ai étudié l'anglais en cours mais j'ai tout oublié et mon test est la semaine prochaine.

Je pense qu'un EMT n'est pas possible dans un pays étranger. L'évaluation en milieu de travail sert à valider un projet professionnel. Une sorte de vérification des capacités à exercer le métier que tu as choisi. Pour cela un contrat en tri-partie est signé entre Pôle Emploi (le décisionnaire), l'entreprise, et toi. L'EMT est d'une durée de 5 ou 10 jours maximum (35 ou 70 heures). Pendant ce temps tu perçois (ou non) les indémnités ASSEDIC.
Pour le choix et les démarches vers les entreprises, tu risques de te heurter à des refus, beaucoup d'entreprise sont déçus par les stagiaires précédemment accueillis (dit "les observateurs". Pour faciliter tu peux préparer un bon Cv qui fait ressortir tes compétences et être clair (voir joindre au Cv) sur tes objectifs, tes attentes mais aussi ce que tu peux apporter à l'entreprise pendant cette période (grâce à tes compétences) Du coup il est conseillé de faire une petite enquête sur l'entreprise pour ciblé leurs besoins éventuels avant de déposer ton Cv physiquement, çà a plus d'impact. Autre possibilité demandé à effectuer un Atelier Cv auprès de Pôle Emploi pour faire un Cv à la mode 2009 :-) et sinon pour ton projet tu peux demander un accompagnement à projet auprès de la conseillère Pôle Emploi. Il consiste à un suivi de 2 ou 3 mois par un Conseiller spécialisé dans ce domaine qui pourra t'aider à construire ton projet sans rien oublier...
Pour tes tests d'anglais te fais pas une panique, c'est le seul moyen de tout rater, le stress tétanise ! Les tests visent surement le métier choisi, tu peux réviser le vocabulaire qui correspond (sur internet vocabulaire nom du "METIER") auquel tu peux ajouter les fomrules de politesse, quelques retours sur les verbes irrégulliers qui ont bercé l'enfance de tous (avec les tables de multiplications ;-) une pincée de grammaire pour les accords et le tour est dans le sac. Pour les tests chronométrés il est conseillé de répondre à toutes les réponses que l'on connait et de revenir sur celles non répondus en fonction du temps restant.

C'est bon...J'ai trouvé un hôtel qui accepte de me prendre dans le cadre de l'EMT.
C'est une petite structure de 15 chambres: 1femme de chambre, 1veilleur de nuit et la gérante.
De plus, dans 1an, elle compte embaucher une directrice: qui sait, peut- être moi...
D'après elle, j'ai toutes les compétences requises pour occuper un tel poste et elle me formera au niveau de la réception.
Mais tu as eu raison : j'ai essuyé beaucoup de refus avant de tomber sur cette opportunité mais "ils" ignorent qu'ils sont passés à côté d' un très bon élément.
Je vais néanmoins passer mes tests pour entrer en formation et j'espère que cela va jouer en ma faveur ( motivation). Qu'en penses tu ?
Par contre, vers qui dois- je me renseigner pour le contrat: Pôle Emploi ou ma psychologue du travail ?
Penses - tu aussi que cette formation soit necessaire si je réponds totalement au profil ?
Où dois-je en profiter pour continuer à chercher un employeur ?

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
