Je reviens d'un long voyage en asie, et la Thailande m'a enchantée, c'est pourquoi je voudrais y retourner travailler en tant qu'infirmier. Lorsque j'étais encore sur place, je n'ai récolté que quelques maigres renseignements furtifs; j'ai envoyé des cv par mail à quelques cliniques et hopitaux, du style Bumrungrad ou saint-louis hospital.
Il y aurait du travail, à priori...???
mais lorsque je creuse sur le net, des opinions divergentes fusent à toute vitesse : oui, il y a du boulot infirmier mais mal payé - ou non, pas de boulot infirmier pour les étrangers...
Il n'est apparemment pas interdit dans la liste, mais personne ne croise jamais un farang dans le personnel hospitalier... Il faut un permis de travail et une licence, quelle licence???
Que faut-il réellement penser du metier d'infirmier en Thailande?
Qu'en est-il vraiment? Un infirmier d'ici peut-il y travailler? Faut-il chercher le public ou privilégier le privé? Est-ce plus facile de trouver à Bangkok, ou en province, le nord ou le sud?
Faut-il autre chose que le permis de travail? Y a-t-il une équivalence ou des tests à passer?
Avez-vous des infos à ces sujets, ou peut-être connaissez-vous quelqu'un sur place qui en aurait?

Peut-être que ça vous amuse et sûrement que vous n'avez que ça à foutre de vos journée d'écrire des conneries, mis à part glander devant votre ordi...vous êtes pathétique.
En effet parfois les gens sont un peu moqueurs, mais c'est parce que ton histoire ressemble à celle des centaines d'autres jeunes français (dont moi même) qui sont tombés amoureux d'une thaie et qui tout de suite ont des projets de vie commune, d'enfant etc... parfois nous sommes cyniques mais je peux te dire que les conseils sur ce forum m'ont été d'un grand secours.
Alors bien sur il y des histoires qui se passent super bien, mais surtout le conseil primordial est ne pas s'emballer, de prendre le temps de bien connaitre ta copine et sa famille et de bien être au courant des mentalités thaies.
Potasse bien le forum il regorge d'histoires de ce type.
Pour le boulot en effet même si tu trouves la question est de savoir si tu accepterais de vivre avec 250 euros / mois....
Apres tout est possible quand on a l'amour...😉

apres 25 ans de thailande je n'ai jamais vu d'infirmier farang avec toutes ses etudiantes en medecine ca manque pas, d'autres part a part au "bungungrad" a bkk avec un salaire "europeenise" je vois mal un farang"survivre avec un salaire thai".je trouve la demarche tres belle mais peu realisable et comme on vous l'a deja faite mille fois je ne peux me retenir qu'il faut avoir bonoeil mr.bonpiet. nous vivons en asie pas de couvertures...r.m.i.alloc de toutes especes..etc...ya pas!!! bonne chance et pourquoi pas bonvent.🏴☠️
L'avis qui suit n'est qu'une opinion personnelle, tu en feras ce que tu voudras :
Il y a quantité d'infirmiers thaïlandais compétents dans le pays, il n'y a pas de demande de main d'oeuvre étrangère dans ce domaine. Engager un "farang" c'est devoir remplir une quantité de paperasse incroyable sans oublier les démarches à gauche et à droite. Je vois dès lors très mal l'administration d'un hôpital s'engager dans de tels méandres administratifs alors qu'ils disposent de toute le personnel qualifié local à portée de main.
Le salaire d'un infirmier débute plutôt dans les 6 ou 7.000 bahts s'il fait les nuits et les week end. Vivre comme un Thaïlandais avec 120 ou 140 euros par mois autant dire mission impossible, aussi fort que soit l'amour qui t'unit à ta belle qui risque de toute façon de ne pas te garder très longtemps si elle doit vivre avec un "farang" comme si elle vivait avec un Thaï, sans s'élever dans l'échelle sociale.
Barrière de la langue aussi avec un malade en train de hurler ses maux en thaï et toi dans l'incapacité de comprendre de quoi il retourne. Je ne pense pas qu'un hôpital te mette un interprète à disposition durant tes heures de service.
As tu de plus une formation sur toutes les maladies tropicales et autres petits problèmes spécifiques à ces régions d'Asie ?
Bref, tout cela et mille et un petits détails qui me font penser qu'il est peu probable que tu trouves le poste tant convoité.
Si ce n'était que ton boulot d'infirmier je te dirais de te lancer dans le bénévolat pour tenter l'utopique possibilité de trouver les bonnes personnes-relais pour décrocher un boulot rémunérer. Mais comme tu y vas pour le grand amour alors là je ne vois pas très bien comment t'en sortir, désolé

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas de bonnes nouvelles; les messages recus sur ce site, les recherches sur le net et même ma visite à l'ambassade de thailande me confirment qu'il serait difficile voire illusoire pour un infirmier farang de travailler en Thailande... mis à part la barrière de la langue et le bas salaire escompté, ils ont la main d'oeuvre nécessaire, donc ils appliquent une certaine "protection de l'emploi"; même les cliniques privees devraient payer une forte somme somme pour nous engager...
Concernant le bénévolat, je ne sais pas trop pour la thailande... mon expérience à ce sujet pour le vietnam et le laos m'ont refroidi quelque peu ( ong et assos pas tres serieuses au final)

Parler le thaï, l'anglais, et tu auras alors une (infime) chance de trouver un job (infirmier, médico-social) dans un établissement catholique, à condition bien entendu d'être de cette confession.
Une autre solution pour augmenter tes chances (suivant ton cursus) est de te spécialiser, donc de reprendre des études ou des stages en France.
Très hypothétique, tout cela...
