Bonjour à tous, en cherchant sur le net, divers raison d'une non-obtention du Visa américain, je suis arrivée sur ce forum. Je ne vous cache pas , qu'après avoir lu plusieurs topics, je commence à me poser sérieusement la question " est-ce que j'obtiendrai mon Visa américain ou pas ? "
En effet, non seulement j'ai un casier judiciaire ( délit de fuite ) qui plus est, j'ai ma peine à encore exécuter ( 1 mois de retrait de permis + 40 heures de travaux à intérêt général ) mais en plus, mon niveau scolaire n'est pas brillant...
En ce qui concerne l'histoire de mon casier judiciaire, ça c'est produit en Octobre 2011 : J'étais arrivée chez moi en voiture, lorsque je vois une place de stationnement, manque de chance pour moi, j'effectue une mauvaise manœuvre et je cogne une voiture. Un peu perdu, j'ai décidé de stationner tout de même la voiture et d'aller voir ma mère. Encore manque de chance, elle était avec une amie à elle donc j'ai attendue. Pendant ce temps, la personne dont la voiture a été endommagé à appeler la police et ils sont venu chez moi...
Le jour où le juge a prononcé son jugement ( Mars 2012 ) j'ai écopé de la peine voir ci-dessus...
On m'a appelé pour exécuter ma peine et la femme qui m'a reçu m'a dit que je devrais commencée d'ici fin novembre. Et en ce qui concerne mon permis de conduire, j'ai appelé les gens qui s'occupent de cette affaire et mon agent de cartier devrait passer chez moi 1 semaine après mon rendez-vous chez l'ambassade.
Et justement, j'ai rendez-vous avec l’ambassade des USA dans seulement 4 jours !
Bref est-ce qu'il y a des chances que je me fasse recalée directement ou j'ai tout de même une chance d'avoir mon VISA ?
Il est très important pour moi d'avoir mon VISA afin d'une part approfondir ma maitrise de la langue et d'étudier les finances pour devenir trader d'autre part pour continuer de pratiquer mon sport et pourquoi pas remporter le championnat des USA et soyons fou participer un jour à des championnats du monde.
Bonjour je suis un peu dépitée de ne pas avoir la moindre réponse mais là n'est pas le plus important de mes soucis : J'avais pris un rendez-vous avec l'ambassade pour demain mais je ne peux y allée étant donné que la banque ne m'a toujours pas envoyé le document attestant du montant disponible sur mon compte en banque ( donc la preuve que j'ai assez d'argent pour vivre durant toute la durée de mon séjour ).
Pour cette raison donc, je ne me présenterai pas à mon rendez-vous de demain. J'ai essayé d'appeler l'ambassade aujourd'hui pour prendre une fois encore un nouveau rendez-vous mais hélas, il semble que ce soit les vacances américaines ( jusque quand ? Je ne sais pas je vais devoir rechercher ).
Là j'en viens donc à ma question : si je ne me présente pas au rendez-vous de demain, est-ce qu'on m'accordera tout de même un nouveau rendez-vous si je les rappelle ? Et est-ce que cela peut avoir une quelconque influence pour mon obtention de visa ?

Ton visa étudiant t'est délivré si tu as été admis dans une université. Cela me semble tôt pour les admissions et vu ton dossier je doute que tu sois passé par Early Action/Early Admission, donc je ne comprends pas bien.
Oui ton casier judiciaire sera à expliquer mais c'est un délit (misdemeanor, due to a parking offense) et donc ça ne jouera pas contre toi si par ailleurs tu arrives à bien expliquer ta situation en anglais. Tu dois donc préparer ton entretien (en anglais).
Hm, trader, tu dois être dans une "feeder school", cad Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Williams, Amherst, Colgate, Darmouth, etc. Wall Street ne recrute que là et tu n'as aucune chance d'être admis si tu n'as pas eu ton bac mention TB (facteur nécessaire mais non suffisant) + prix international de science, d'écriture, etc. ou être en sélection nationale de ton sport.

Je ne suis pas allée à mon rendre-vous je l'ai reporté pour le 26, moi je veux mettre toute les chances de mon côté donc quand j'irai là-bas, je serai que j'ai tout et que je serai prête à tout.
J'ai été admise dans une école de langue pour mieux maitriser la langue, cette école m'a envoyé mon I-20 et tout le bazar qui va avec.
Après vérification, c'est pas inscrit dans mon casier judiciaire mais si nécessaire, je saurai expliqué mon cas en anglais.
Je ne compte pas devenir trader aux usa mais dans mon pays natal à savoir la belgique et en ce qui concerne le sport, ça me ferait plaisir d'avoir une bourse grâce à mon sport ( quand j'entrerai à l'université ) sinon ben tempi mes parents et moi financeront.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
