Alors voilà , comme à peu près toutes les personnes qui ont eu cette chance de vivre en australie comme moi , on subit tous à notre retour en france , un retour casssegueule ! depriment pour ma part ! awfull!!!
On dit qu'en on aime pas la france on la quitte ! HA mais oui avec joie mais faut t'il men donner les moyens ( je veux juste un visa pour le reste je me débrouillerais )
j'aimerais donc immigrer la bas. j'ai fais pas mal de lecture concernant toutes les possibilités des visas aprés les vwh (car je l'ai déjà fais) en résumé sa donne ce qui suit :
- visa student = trop cher! ( je suis pauvre) même le VET est cher 5000ds oz for 1 trimestre non merci !
- visa sponsor = j'ai tenté et meme parti sur place avec visa touriste pr trver un sponsor mais rien (option pour les chanceux)
- visa e175 = si vous n'êtes pas ingénieur ou scientifique avec beacoup de patience ( délais +1ans) avec de l'argent à risquer( pauvreté qd tu nous tient !) on laisse tomber tout en y songeant mais le temps passe et l'age aussi :(
- visa par mariage: je veux dépendre de personne et ne souhaite pas utiliser qlqun
- visa touriste 6 mois : renouvelable automatique à chq entrée et sortie ( je l'ai otbenu) il m'a couté 105 dlr oz (autant dire rien)
je peux rester jusqu' 18 mois en cpt 2 sorties du pays ( aller à bali ou nz) . le hic c'est que je ferais des petits job de m**** pour survivre ( en plus sa serais o black ( pay cash) donc pas très sérieux) ( et suis smart avec des diplomes dc quelle gachis!) en meme tps je me dis que si je tente cette option peut etre bien que sur place une opportunité s'ouvrira à moi!!!!!
of course l'australie est en effet une land of opportunity faite de pleins de rencontre. j'ai par ailleur fais la rencontre il y a peu d'un libannais devenu australien par l'astuce suivante :

Ce fameux nouveau australien à l'accent libannais m'a proposé cette solution qui me coutera 5000 dlr oz payable éventuellement en plusieurs fois. Cool .
( il à mis en avant le faite que j'étais francaise (d'orgine arabe muslim) et que la réputation de la france dans le monde n'échappait à personne ( pays contre le voile etc... austalie (les femmes travaille chez david jones ou encore myer avec le voile( vu de mes yeux vu ) " quel pays de la liberté" j'a même été controller ds le bus en direction de bondi le 380 ;) par un controlleur avec un gros turban couleur block sur la tête...... je l'ai fixé bien longtemps (lui il attendais mon ticket de bus bien sur) mais mois j'étais stupéfaite ! my godnesse je voulais lui dire : Sir en france vous ne pourrez jamais me dmder mon ticket de bus ds cet acoutrement ! ( sa sonne déscriminatoire ? "accoutrement" c mon coté frenchi) , est ce qu'en en france vous avez déjà vue un controlleur ou officier avec un turban ??? anyway ce n'est pas le topic de ce message et puis sa ce dispute !
mais j'avoue que c'est un bon point pour moi (le fait que la france ne soit pas si laic et libre qui ne le prétend)

Obtenir le statut de réfugié sera à mon avis impossible. Le statut de réfugié est accordé lorsque la persécution menace la vie et la sécurité d'une personne, quand il y a réellement en danger, et que cette personne ne peut obtenir de la protection dans son pays. D'après les exemples que tu donnes, ce n'est pas le cas (se faire contrôler peut être ennuyant, mais ça ne mets aucunement ton intégrité physique en question!!). Il s'agit de discrimination, mais pas de persécution.
Je me désole que ce Libanais tente de faire de l'argent sans scrupules. C'est connu comme arnaque. Car il lui aura son fric mais toi rien ne te garantie que tu obtiendras le statut de réfugié (tu n'en es pas une!!) puisque seul le gouvernement australien est habileté pour prendre la décision. Il te faudra fournir de nombreuses preuves de tes "attaques" et comme bien des avocats véreux, ce dernier misera sur de faux témoignages. Et demander le statut de réfugié quand on vient de France, quand même...!! Aucun commissaire à l'immigration n'y croira. Ça, je peux te le garantir...
Je trouve que tu jettes la serviette bien vite. Trouver un sponsor, c'est difficile mais faisable, trouver de l'argent pour étudier, c'est difficile...mais faisable aussi! Il faut un peu plus de persévérance, et tu n'as même pas essayer via les autres moyens, tout de suite tu abandonnes...Allez, si tu souhaites vraiment immigrer en Australie, tu sauras bien le faire par des moyens légaux et honnêtes.😉

Il n'y a pas de solution a ton probleme. Tu as oublier une solution qui commence a dater et ne marche plus depuis un moment: aller sur place en touriste, oublier de repartir et attendre une hypothetique amnistie. C'etait encore jouable dans les annees 80 mais plus depuis un moment.
Objectivement, vu le cout en temps / argent / paperasses de la plupart des options, le mariage blanc est de loin l'option la plus simple. Je dirais meme que Bali est le bon endroit pour faire affaire a ce niveau la. C'est l'option que m'avais recommande a ma grande surprise un avocat d'immigration d'origine grecque, qui lui meme reconnaissait que le systeme actuel ecartait des personnes ayant une sincere envie d'immigration et donc que la ruse etait donc legitime.
Ceci etant, le gouvernement australien sait ce qu'il fait: les visas vacances palient au probleme de main d'oeuvre cree par le boom des mines qui aspirent pas mal de main d'oeuvre ( a juste titre vu les salaires allechants) et par le manque de volontaires pour les boulots physiques ( fermes notamment).
Par contre, pour emigrer, il faut avoir le bon pedigree car le pays ne souhaite pas specialement importer la misere economique et sociale du monde entier et quand on voit comment l'Europe a gere son immigration, on ne peut pas reellement les blamer !
L'idee de la demande d'asile est une bonne piste en theorie mais je doute que la France figure sur la liste des pays concernee. soyons raisonnable !
Tu peux toujours partir a Bali, bruler tes papiers, contacter un passeur et prendre place sur une des embarcations qui tente le voyage. C'est assez extreme comme solution avec le risque eventuel de mourir. Faut voir.

Il voulais aussi me faire passer comme victime ds mon payer part du baratin puis par la suite il ma conseillé le point que j'ai évoquer sur le fait de pas pvr travailler librement ds mon pays par discrimination (je pense qu'il aurais inventer un bon baratin) je le sais bien que c'est pas très honnête mais j'avoue etre désemparée ! Dc jetudie tte les solutions. Puis en mem TPS il venait du Liban lui et ses amis et c surement dauger la bas! Dc des raisons. Personnellement , je trouve que c'est un moyen à la fois risqué et coûteux . Risqué car si tu te fais prendre c'est renvoi en France. Coûteux car au noir tu auras des salaires de misères et aucune protection en cas d'accident ou maladie. Plus, advenant que tu trouves un sponsor, il te faudra quitter l'Australie pour monter ton dossier , car un visa de travail ne se fait pas sur place (à moins d'avoir déjà un visa de travail et qu'on souhaite changer d'employeur). Cela engendrera d'autres frais (partir , revenir, visas, assurances).
Je crois que l'option étude est intéressante , car un diplôme australien dans un domaine en demande là-bas est un critère très pertinent si tu souhaites immigrer en tant que "skilled immigrant". Il y a sûrement moyen d'y faire des études à prix raisonnable , vois ça comme un investissement .

Il est vrai que je ne pensais pas que l'on devais quitter le territoire pour transiter vers un visa sponsor. Ca ce complique en effet .....
il va dc falloir qu'à partir de mon visa 6 mois que je fasse un visa étudiant (je sais qu'il est possible de le faire surplace du moment qu'on paye) car j'avais eu un entretien avec un conseiller qui m'a demander 5000 dolllars pour un trimestre ;) et que je passerais en student visa sous quelques jours seulement ..... je suis partie en lui disant que j'allais y réflechir (meme si cétais tt réfléchis : trop cher!!!! ) mais j'avoue que le cout des études la bas sont pour le moins onéreux!!!!
je vais donc rechercher une formation la plus cheap qui puisse exister sur sydney.
