Qui d'entre-vous sait si Peru Rail rembourse si le train est annulé?

Je te transmet ce que m'a envoyé peru rail :
We are currently offering the option to reschedule your trip without any cost, (respecting your current services), in case you have an upcoming date in 2020 or 2021. You can request the changes, at least 24 hours prior to your original train departure, attaching tickets and indicating your new dates
If you do not want to proceed with the above, we can provide you with a letter for the corresponding refund amount as a balance for future trips in our services until March 2022.
Refund of 100% of the tickets as a balance: Tickets with date of travel from March 16th until August 31st
Refund of 90% of the tickets as a balance: Tickets with date of travel from September 01st
