Je souhaite avoir une boutique au Maroc en association avec un marocain tout en restant en france (pour ma part) dans un premier temps.
N'ayant pas de carte de sejour, pouvez-vous me dire si cela peut se faire ? et si oui comment ?
je suppose qu'il faut s'adresser à la chambre du commerce de la ville concernée, mais y aura t-il des obstacles du fait de ma nationalité étrangère ?. Je sais que ca existe déjà, mais je ne sais pas comment ils ont procédé au départ pour les papiers administratifs.

Il n'y a aucun problème légal a être actionnaire d'une entreprise sans être résident au Maroc. Tu arrives, tu payes les sous, tu signes les statuts.
C'est pas la chambre de commerce, c'est le greffe. Et c'est l'expert comptable qui s'en charge pour toi.
Maintenant j'espère pour toi que tu connais très très bien le marocain en question....

Concernant mon voyage recent au maroc, je n'ai pas contacter mr tourabi, mon projet étant mis en suspens pour le moment, voir annuler. En effet mon arrivée à essaouira s'est fait après les grossespluies qui ont fait 4 morts, additionnez au propos du directeur investissement de casa qui a trouvé mon idée bonne mais inquiet sur les tentes hors saison et me conseiller de faire un bungalow recouvert d'une tente, il voyait également un village complet, bref plusieurs élements m'ont decouragé de persister pour un projet qui devenait tres gros. je reviens decue.
J'espere que cet autre projet sera plus chanceux, je vais déjà me renseigner pour le greffe, merci du renseignement.

vous savez le maroc encourage maintenant l'investissement, il y a beucoups de facilités.
vous pouvez faire méme une petite sociétée si vous vous voulez, etant donné que le capital est devenu à partir de 1000euro et pour les frais de la constitution sont au voisinage de 300 euro . et il existe un centre régional d'invesstissement qui s'occupe dans un plus bref delais.
en conclusion tout est possible et simple.

je suis marocaine et j ai beaucoup apprecie votre reflexion sur ce qu est devnu notre monde et surtout a quel point nous regrettons tous le temps d avant, le temps de la famille elargie et ou les grands parents vivaient avec leurs petits enfants sous le meme temps. Aujourd hui, le profit et le gain sont devenus des priorites avant tout autre chose. Il n empeche que la bonte, la generosite et la chaleur humaine existent encore, bien sur seulement dans quelques pays et au sein de certaines communautes humaines. Bref, tout n est pas encore et partout perdu.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
