Pour des raisons de budget nous n'habiterons pas en quartier résidentiel style bonapriso ou bonanjo mais plutôt vers deidoo, new deidoo.
Je cherche donc des renseignements sur le prix des loyers dans cette zone pour un logement avec 2 ou 3 chambres, sur les bonnes écoles maternelles et primaires dans le coin.
on mari est camerounais mais il ne sera sur place que très rarement, pensez vous que l'intégration pour les enfants et moi sera assez facile dans ce quartier ?
Budget mensuel pour 4 : 500 euros, est-ce gérable ?

Bjr ici blanc ou noir on va te demander 1 an de loyer d'avance au meilleur 6 mois + 2 mois de caution (que tu ne revayera jamais sauf si tu en consomme l'équivalent en mois) et c'est comme sa partout au Cameroun et ce depuis 15 ans voire +.. Raison pour laqu'elle 350€ ??? avec 1 loyer de 140.000 sa frise l'inconscience. Ton mari est Camerounais tu dit ???? il connait pas son pays ??? j'en doute ou alors il a laisser l'amour au vestiaire excuse moi et ne te fache pas STP c'est le cri du cœur....
Pour l'école 1 fois payer l'inscription faudra encore payer la tenue les photos selon le cas et j'en passe, si tu arrive avec les mains dans les poches pour souffrir reste chez toi mais si tu a 23.000€ dispo tu t'en sortira a condition de trouver un emploi.
Avec 2.300fcfa 1 famille a nourrir .... Enfin chaqu'un vois sa vie moi j'ai envie de vivre meme à 58 ans je pense pas a mourir encore moins a me suicider (tu veux des témoignages contacte moi en MP)

Effectivement, comme dit Africainblanc, la pratique est de payer un an à l avance et au mieux 8 mois. Par contre, je trouve ton appartement un peu cher, 140 000 fcfa pour Un 2 chambres, est cher. Avec ça tu tu trouves une villa avec 3 ou 4 chambres du côté de bonamoussadi. C est d ailleurs de ce côté là que je te conseillerais de t installer. Par contre arrange-toi à avoir quelqu un de la famille de ton mari avec vous. Pour les écoles, ce n est pas un gros soucis. Il y en a beaucoup et des pas mal. Je connais l école le petit monde, elle n est pas mal, mais c est pas la meilleure. L'adaptation pour les enfants se fait tres facilement, bien cela sera un grand choc pour eux. Bonne chance.

c est vrai que bonamoussadi est un peu éloigné du centre ville. Mais le coin est tres bien désservi en transport et surtout les écoles y sont pas mal pour les enfants. Je connais l école Wafo qui est située à la zone A. C est une école privée qui a plutot une bonne réputation. Bonamoussadi est bien dans le sens où c est une partie complètement autonome de douala. Pour les coins interessant, je dirai que bonamoussadi est loin d être un vilage perdu... bien au contraire, c est tres vivant comme coin. Quand comptez vous vous installer? 500 euros pour quatre je trouve que c'est trop juste s'il faut payer le loyer et les factures d'électricité, de transport, d'eau, et en cas de maladie il faudra des soins, donc je crois qu'il faudrait revoir le budget, pour le loyer, à deux ou trois chambre tu peux trouver entre 100 000 et 200 000 fcfa dans ce quartier, pour les écoles il y en a j'ai ma collègue qui habite le coin et ses enfants vont dans de bonnes écoles écoles.

Je suis etudiant camerounais et le conseil que je peux vous donner c'est le choix de votre quartier qui n'est pas tres confortable pour les enfants on le surnome la rue de la joie c'est a dire un endroit fait pour des personnes qui viennent se distraire mais new deido est encore mieux que deido et le prix d'une maison pour deux serais de 200e à 300e a payer en avance de 6mois a 1 an . concernant des ecoles il y en des ecoles ou on trouve aussi des français dont il n'y aura pas de probleme pour une integration seulement a Douala il fait tellement chaud et je vous conseillerais plutot de vous installer a Yaounde ou le cout de vie est tres moins cher a vous de voir si vous avez d'autres question n'hesiter pas a me repondre

Pour ce qui est des prix des apparts, je ne connais pas trop sinon une chambre moderne meublé coùte 35.000F CFA/Moi.

En venant sur ce site je suis un peu venue à la pêche aux infos, justement pour préparer mon voyage au mieux !
Africainblanc m'a exprimé clairement son point de vue mais il m'a également donné pas mal d'infos et de conseils, il ne s'est pas contenté de juger sans connaître !
Les raisons qui motivent ma venue pour quelques mois au Cameroun avec mes enfant ne regardent que moi. Certes ne j'ai pas une situation financière extra mais cela n'empêche pas de vivre. Justement je cherche toutes les infos pour essayer de trouver comment vivre au mieux mes quelques mois sur place.

Une bonne partie de ma belle famille habite le Cameroun et aucun ne gagne 500 euros par mois pourtant ils vivent tous et ne se plaignent pas !!! Mon but n'est pas de passer un séjour de princesse mais de découvrir le pays, le vivre et faire découvrir à mes enfants une partie de leur identité;
Ce n'est pas parceque je n'habiterai pas Bonapriso que mes enfants seront malheureux et ne s'enrichiront pas de cette expérience.

D'ailleurs après des recherches un peu éparpillées je crois définitivement que c'est à Bonamoussadi que je vais m'installer. Ca me parait bien, surtout avec des enfants. De plus j'ai choisi de les mettre à Waffo car tous les petits frères de mon mari sont là bas donc ils seront moins perdus.
Et puis les "écoles de blancs" c'est vraiment hors de prix, je trouve ça abusé !

Très généreux de ta part de vouloir aider les frères d'ici, sur Douala je ne connais pas de centre pour personnes mal-voyants et aveugles, mais sur Yaoundé, à Nlonkack il y a un grand centre creé pour ces personnes et à qui profiterait bien de ton aide.
