En juin prochain je vais m'installer a Douala pour a peu pres 5 ans (j'ai eu un poste dans une banque locale).
Le probleme est je n'ai jamais ete a Douala et je ne connais personne au cameroun.C'est vrai que je vais me faire quelques amis au travail mais je veux juste etendre mon horizon et rencontrer beucoup de gens. J'ai appris que les camerounais/camerounaises sont les plus acceuillants et amicaux d'afrique.
Quelqu'un pourrait il me conseiller comment rencontrer les gens a douala?
J'ai entendu dire qu' il y a ce qu'on appelle les "reunions"?
Connaissez vous des activites de groupe a douala comme la danse?le volley ball?...
Quelles genres d'activites y a t'il a douala qui promeuttent les rencontres amicales?
L'hospitalité, l'acceuil et la gentillesse envers les étrangers sont des valeurs que nous defendons très chèrement au Cameroun. Je puis te rassurer dejà que tu sera rapidement intégré dans la société. Pas de soucis à la question de te faire des amis, les gens viendront vers toi pour partager et échanger.
Comme on te l'a déjà, il y a des réunions.......mais aussi des clubs de sport du dimanche, les clubs de danse.
Je te souhaite déjà la bienvenue. T'inquiète pas tu te feras de nouveaux amis bien vite. Tu pourras par exemple t'inscrire dans un club de danse ou de sport en général, là ya beaucoup de personnes à rencontrer. Je pense aussi qu'à travers tes collègues de travail tu feras de multiples rencontres interessantes. Take care😉

Suis français marié à une camerounaise et oui les gens sont accueillants par contre fais attention à ton argent et rentre à la tombée de la nuit. C'est quand meme dangereux et essaie de jamais te promener seul surtout si tu as de l'argent. fais attention a ton portable memes certains taxis sont des brigands

Je ne peux pas te donner les renseignements que tu cherche sur Les réunions mais je peux si tu vex te communiquer les noms de certaines personnes sérieuses de ma famille qui pourrainent te faire entrer dans leur cercles d'amis..... Si ca te dit, n'hésites surtout ps.

tu vois, l'hospitalité camerounaise n'est pas une légende. Déjà ici sur le forum. puis, comme l'a dit jeanrene, reste prudente pour ne pas être victime des vols. Sois simple et accessible mais pas crédule. Bonne chance

- Ya-t-il des collèges privés à Douala (à part Savio bien sûr qui coûte cher!!!)? si oui, les quels
- Combien peut couter un loyer à Bonanjo ou Bonapriso (appartement 3 chambres)?

Pour répondre à tes questions... Sache que en ce qui concerne les collèges privées, tu n'as pas à t'inquiéter il y'a par exemple le collège Libermann à akwa, et le collège Alfred Saker à Deido, le Collège moderne bilingue les Lauréat à Bonamoussadi, bref pour ne citer que ceux-là ; ce sont de très bons collège.
Concernant les appartements de 3 chambres, le coût minimum est de 300.000fcfa
J'espère que ta famille et toi vous sentirez comme chez vous au Cameroun. 😉

Mon probléme est que je connait personne la bas , si c est une region tranquille ? si il n y a pas des cambriolages ? ou des risque de vol ou d arnaque ?

je puis te dire que c'est une ville capitale de la région du sud c'est une ville ou il fait bon vivre la sécurité y est le paysage est beau les population sont en majorité bulu donc beti très hospitalières car c'est la particularité des peuple africains donc vous pouvez y vivre paisiblement et c'est une ville située non loin du Gabon, la Guinée équatoriale
moi je vis à douala, et je suis originaire de la région du Littoral. MAis j'ai des amis originaire de cette région du Sud, et ils n'en parlent que en bien.
Pour que tu te fasse ta propre opinion, je te conseille de venir à Ebolowa et d'y séjourner au moins pendant 1 mois ou plus , ainsi non seulement tu pourras apprendre à connaitre un peu les habitants de cette région et par la même te faire déjà des amis pour ta venue définitive.
