Alors voilà: je pars début janvier comme live in caregiver dans l'Alberta à Calgary entre les écrits et les oraux de mon capes (concours pour être professeur de lettres en collège lycée) Donc 6 mois jusque fin juin. Eh bien sûr avec permis de travail!! Je suis en train d'en faire la demande avec la famille qui me reçoit, enfin mes futurs employeurs.
Mais voilà, à terme ce que je souhaite vraiment de tout coeur c'est travailler au Canada pour beaucoup de raisons que je ne vais pas détailler ici, il n'y aurait pas la place 😉. Aussi ma future famille d'accueil m'a expliqué que ce serait avec plaisir qu'elle prolongerait le séjour pour que je puisse après 2 ans chez eux obtenir le statut de résident permanent et tavailler au Canada, peut-être Calgary!
Ma grande question est: croyez-vous réellement qu'avec mon master2 français en enseignement, mes expériences antérieures avec les enfants (fille au pair en Irlande, cours de français à des enfants néerlandais, cours particuliers par agences, gardes périscolaires, mon stage de prof de français en lycée durant 1 mois) et cette nouvelle expérience au Canada (je m'occuperai de leur garçon ayant une forme de syndrome d'Asperger, irai avec lui à l'école primaire car il a besoin d'une attention constante et j'enseignerai bénévolemment le français au sein de l'école) donc croyez-vous que j'ai mes chances d'obtenir un job dans l'enseignement là-bas???
Je suis même prête à suivre des cours si besoin ou une formation? Que me conseillez-vous? Je suis trés motivée et déterminée!
J'ai lu sur un site..sérieux? que Calgary avait cette chance d'avoir un taux de chômage très peu élevé mais de là à proposer beaucoup de jobs dans l'éducation enseignement..et à des Français!

Vous voulez enseigner à quel niveau? Sachez qu'il faut avoir un permis d'enseignant du Ministere pour pratiquer ce métier, renseignez vous sur le site du Ministère de l'Education de la province qui vous intéresse.

Oups j'oubliais de vous répondre à la question concernant le niveau auquel je voudrais enseigner:
J'ai été formée pour enseigner à des élèves entre 12 et 17 ans en France..niveau collège-lycée..donc tout ce qui a trait à la grammaire française, orthographe, littérature, étude de textes, d'oeuvres, les exercices de stylistique, composition..enfin un large éventail d'exercices littéraires pour mieux maîtriser la langue et la culture littéraire française.
Cependant j'ai beaucoup d'expérience dans l'éducation des plus jeunes, l'aide aux devoirs, les cours particuliers, l'apprentissage du français à des enfants néerlandais etc sans pour autant avoir suivi une formation dans ce domaine..

Merci pour tout, j'aimerais profiter lors de mes temps libres ( comme je l'expliquais à Nikky) pour approfondir ma pratique de la pédagogie (enfin j'ai peur que cela reste très théorique à travers les livres) Peut-être devrais-je lors de mes vacances de fille au pair, non pas forcèment retourner en France mais animer des camps de jeunes, voire des camps où ils apprennent le français le matin et profitent des activités de plein air l'aprèm.;enfin je suis encore en France, je précipite un peu trop les choses! ;-)
Ce que je veux dire c'est que je suis une personne très active qui a besoin de se rendre utile et d'apprendre sans cesse. Aussi je veux profiter du séjour comme au pair pour préparer le terrain pour une future carrière dans l'enseignement au Canada, pourquoi pas en Alberta où je serai. Peut-être pourrais-je faire du bénévolat certains soirs également??

Effectivement, les écoles privées n'exigent pas obligatoirement de permis d'enseignement, elles sont libres d'embaucher qui elles veulent.

D'accord, merci beaucoup pour l'info! En effet, je dis cela notamment car une des filles au pair originaire de Slovaquie qu'ils ont accueillie a pu travailler comme enseignante au sein d'une école privée à Calgary, et qui plus est une des meilleures écoles m'ont-ils dit. Enfin, c'est encourageant.

Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
