Je me présente et vous explique un peu ma situation:
Je m'appelle Stéphane, j'ai 23 ans, je vis en Belgique et travaille au Luxembourg depuis maintenant 2 ans et je me rend vraiment compte année après année que j'ai besoin de changement, besoin de voyager, de vivre des expériences humaines, et, surtout, de profiter un maximum de la vie! J'en ai plus que marre de cette course après l'argent que reflète la société d'ici!
J'ai le projet de partir à Vancouver avec un ami début janvier 2011, avec un PVT d'un an et peut-être plus si le Canada me fait rêver je pourrai toujours entamer les démarches d'immigration permanente!
Je voulais savoir si d'autres jeunes ont déjà eu l'occasion de réaliser un projet similaire et comment ça s'est déroulé! Mon anglais est assez basique mais je sais qu'apprendre une langue en immersion totale n'est pas un travail de titan... J'aurai, au mois de janvier, un budget total d'environ 4000 euros, j'aimerais avoir des conseils pour trouver une colocation et un job en tant que PVTiste (j'ai déjà consulté plusieurs sites internet mais les témoignages valent plus que n'importe quel discours et c'est pour ça que je suis ici!
Est-il facile de s'installer et de travailler à Vancouver en tant que Belge francophone? Quelles sont les démarches et les chances que le dossier soit accepté? (j'ai déjà télécharger la trousse d'application sur le site de l'ambassade du Canada mais je ne sais que faire pour la suite car je me retrouve juste avec une feuille qui contient mes coordonnées et un code barre!)

Je ne peux vraiment pas t'aider dans la mesure où je suis exactement dans la même situation que toi sauf que j'ai 26 ans et que j'habite Paris.
Ceci dit, j'ai également frequemment la bougeotte, et je voudrais préparer également un pvt pour 2011.
J'ai choisi Vancouver. J'ai un pote qui l'a déjà fait et il n'a pas galéré pour trouver appart en coloc et boulot (serveur bien sur)
Apparemment, chez nous en tout cas, il faut attendre l'automne pour l'envoi des dossiers.
on peut se tenir au courant de nos recherches respectives et bien sur, je recherche également d'autres temoignages et pourquoi si vous connaissez des gens sur place, à vancouver, avec qui je pourrais discuter..

trouver un emploi à Vancouver est une chose ardue sans relations...
et selon tes qualifications professionnelles tu auras plus de chances à Toronto..
si ton domaine est la Finance ou la Banque c'est presque mission impossible à Vancouver, très peu d'opportunités.

Sauf si tu veux bosser comme vigile dans certaines sociétés de protection..
Bonjour je vient sur se site pour demander un peu d'aide, actuellement je termine une formation de tuyauteur industriel, c'est a dire je travail dans les raffineries de gaz et de petroles mais aussi dans tout type d'industries pour l'acheminement de matieres diverses dans de la tuyauterie a usages industriel, pour vous donner une meuilleure idee, vous avez deja vu les grosses station de petrole enormes avec des tuyaux enormes a la tele? et bien voila le metier dont je vous parle, je souhaite juste rester quelques mois en france pour faire mon argent et travaillait, mais aussi pour me faire une petite experience apres cela mon projet serait de partir au canada, mais pour cela je me demande bien dans quelle region cherche un emploi? (apparement sa serait plus l'alberta ou l'ontario mais je ne sait pas vraiment) je souhaite demarre de la province française avec mon sac a dos comme a mes habitudes et avance vers l'ouest dans l'objectif de decouvrir un nouveaux pays par le voyage, mais aussi trouve un emploi dans la tuyauterie industriel en anglais sa se dit pipefitter, pour finir le derniers objectif serait de parlait courrament l'anglais a savoir que j'ai deja quelques connaissance qui peuvent etre tres utiles. Si quelqu'un pourrait me conseiller sa serait sympa car je me demande bien ou m'oriente pour mes recherches a savoir que ce voyage contrairement aux autres que j'avait entreprit regroupe plusieurs objectifs, apprendre une langue mais la parlait courrament comme le français, travaillait a l'internationnal au canada, et voyage dans le but de decouvrir un nouveaux pays et vivre une nouvelle aventure. mon objectif serait de demarre du quebec et par le train, le bus, voyagait et traverse le canada dans un premier temps ce qui me permetterat de me remettre en phase avec mon anglais lol, apres me poser un peu pour travaillait si quelqu'un pourrait me donner une idees des endroits ou ce concentre les grosses iundustries au canada et les endroits avec pas mal de travail sa serait sympa et aussi peut etre les formalites pour travaillait encore merçi.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
